Nyang Nyang Beach also has an abundance of natural cosy love nests hidden away in between the tropical plants at the bottom of the cliff. Bring your beach towels, bathers, sunblock and a backpack stocked up with drinks and snacks. Your romantic beach day can’t go wrong!
2. Sunset gazing on the beach
Bali’s sunset is world-famous for a reason: it is magnificent! As the sun kisses the day goodnight, spreading its honey-coloured glow over these sacred lands, all love birds gather for that magical twilight moment, gazing at the horizon together while holding hands and sipping some tropical sunset cocktails. The ambience is almost enchanting, creating memories to last a lifetime. You can also take some fantastic selfies to capture this love trip to Bali. The most romantic nature walk in Bali is Campuhan Ridge, leading you straight through the gorgeous emerald rice paddies of Ubud. The 9-kilometre trek through this rice paddy wonderworld is totally free and simply wonderful. You will pass the lush valleys, the streaming river of Wos and the sacred temple complex of Pura Gunung Lebah. When you start in the early morning, you might see the holy Mount Agung, Bali’s highest volcano, rising up as the backdrop. Stunning!
4. Island Motorbike Trip
What is more romantic than cruising around the island on a motorbike? With your babe on the back, you can go anywhere! Ride away and stop where you like, at cascading waterfalls, lush green valleys, desolate beaches, it is all up to you. 1. Craft silver rings for each other in a silversmith class
Ever thought you’d be crafting your own silver ring? Let alone, crafting it for the one you love while holidaying on ‘the island of the Gods’? Well, sometimes strange things happen! Bali is home to so many craftsmen villages, artists and creative souls. There are several silversmiths where you can sign up for a workshop to learn the trades of this ancient profession. Sundara Bali by Four Season provides an afternoon tea, made up of 12 mouth-watering French pastries. Its serene beachside location only adds to this romantic experience. The food is an eclectic mix of sweet and savoury bitesize delights, including; smoked foie gras, mini lobster rolls, lime and passionfruit tarts, childhood madeleine, strawberry opera and more. Also included in the package for two is a selection of specialty teas and coffees, and also cocktails and champagne upon request. Price starts at Rp650,000++ for two people. 3. Swim in a glass-bottomed infinity pool, 5,500 feet above the ocean
One Eighty is an awesome clifftop bar found in the southern tip of Bali Island with astonishing views of the ocean. The coolest thing about this clifftop bar is their infinity pool which hangs over a high limestone cliff, featuring a glass-bottom at the edge, allowing you to gaze down 5,500 feet where crashing waves hit the cliff. It scary, its thrilling, it’s exciting and it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You can take the most amazing photos, too! Spend the whole day here, lounging, swimming, snapping photos and living a good life together. The entrance fee is Rp. 400.000 including a 350.000 voucher to spend on food and drinks.
