Emirates Announces Daily Flights to Bali

Emirates Bali

Multiple layovers, long travel times and taxing journeys are a common story for travellers to Bali, so when we heard that Emirates will be launching daily flights between here and Dubai, we were ‘stoked’ to say the least.

Starting on June 3rd of this year, the Gulf-based airline carrier plans to add Bali as its 148th global destination, providing non-stop service to passengers flying to the island from the Middle East and connecting countless more from Europe, Africa and America as well. As the world’s fourth largest airline and the biggest in the Middle East, Emirates is no rookie when it comes to tapping into the potential of a tourist destination.

“Bali is a significantly important market for Emirates. There is a high interest in Bali from across our network, specially in the leisure segment,” Emirates executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Thierry Antinori, told The Jakarta Post. As of now, travellers have to stop in Jakarta, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur before reaching their final destination of Bali, adding time and extra hassle to holiday trips. “The new service will greatly increase convenience, choice and consistency of travel experiences for consumers who currently have to travel via multiple stops, or via other points in Indonesia to reach Bali.”

As the island of Bali, Indonesia’s most popular tourist destination, continues to attract more and more visitors every year, we are sure to see more direct flights popping up in other locations and airlines. But for now, you can visit Emirates.com and pick which daily flight you will choose when coming to stay with us here in Bali!
