Villa Kundalini Ayu has four bedrooms that are located around the veranda and garden with glass doors that lead directly outdoors. The soothing ambiance is made even more homely with four-poster beds - double and singles - minimal furniture, and earth-tones. The elegant décor is luxurious and opulent even with the simplest of designs. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms featuring natural Bali-green stone walls, a shower, and/ or freestanding bathtub. The rooms are fully-serviced with fresh linen and towel change.

If you are one that revels in more natural surroundings, then the verdant gardens at Villa Kundalini Ayu are right up your alley. Primed and trimmed hedges, bushes of vibrant pink flowers, freshly-cut grass, and thickets of trees are only your initiation into this magical place. Nestled amid all this luxurious nature is the 10-metre swimming pool flanked by a pool deck.
The stone deck is lined with recliner chairs you can sunbathe on and even take a nap. All the while you spend outdoors, you can relax on the two Balinese bales that overlook the spectacular ocean and the lush gardens. The sounds of waves crashing on the sandy shores, the wind howling across the ocean, and mounted peaks of nearby hills visible from the garden will lift your spirit tenfold.
The traditional living area is meant for a soothing, calm, and serene time spent solely with your loved ones. Enjoy the quiet of the villa gardens and a special view while relaxing on plush sofas. The large space is open-concept to reveal mesmerising and satisfying views of the verdant gardens. Decorated with traditional art and handicraft such as bamboo trays, wooden, teal window frames, jute lanterns and chandeliers, and especially indoor plants, the living area is rustic and exudes an old-world charm.
For dining purposes, the villa’s spacious veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. The best part about the dining area has to be the gorgeous backdrop against which you can relish your meals. Watch as the sun sets over the horizon and enjoy views across the ocean right as you cherish the company of loved ones. There is a fully-equipped kitchen at the villa however, your stay also includes a personal chef who will make the most delicious dishes upon request.
Villa Kundalini Ayu has everything covered from 24-hour security, laundry, garden/pool maintenance, guest assistance, to housekeeping as part of your stay. The house chef will prepare decadent Indonesian and Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries (approx. $8/day) that are picked fresh from the market each morning. The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist you with booking in-house massages, transportation such as a car or scooter, half-day trips, etc. She’s available round the clock in case of emergencies.
Umeanyar beach is a serene corner of Bali’s northern coast that is well-known for its black-sand beaches and hot springs. You have the advantage of a colourful and vibrant coral reef teeming with local marine life right outside your home. Enjoy water activities such as snorkelling and swimming since the water level is shallow. 10/10Amazing place. The 4 of us stayed at Villa Ayu for 5 nights. We had more than enough space, beautiful garden, huge swimming pool, and beach front access. Everything is organised for a stress free experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were taken care by the on-site cook. Dini was super helpful with organising activities. Private balenese dancing, massage, dolphin trip leaving from the beach, taxi, etc. Highly recommended if you are looking to unwind and take a break from everything.
10/10The house is very nice and calm, you need a car as otherwise you’ll be a bit stuck there, no restaurants or shops nearby, but we knew this and it was ok for us. Iluh was a fantastic cook, housekeeper and nanny, the pool was lovely but the beach was really dirty and not enjoyable.

10/10Great place and better than the pictures! We really enjoyed the peace and quietness in the villa, with a fantastic garden and pool and the best meals cooked by the local chef! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the north of Bali.

10/10We had a wonderful week stay at Villa Kundalini Ayu. The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We did several trips to temples, waterfalls and even had massages at the house. It was very easy to organize all the outings. The best part of our trip was hanging out by the pool and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and very well kept. If you are looking for a more authentic place away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, this is the place for you.

10/10We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids (6,4,1) and we loved our 5 night stay! It's so peaceful and the food was amazing! We ate so much, haha. The staff are all great and so helpful and the arranged a nice surprise for the birthday of our son. We didn't do much: swimming, 'treasury hunting' on the beach and eating, haha. Would definitely come again!
10/10A very beautiful place to stay, very comfortable with everything we needed. The pool is huge and stunning. The gardens are lovely with a huge number of birds and flowers. The beach was pretty too although we didn't go there much as we were too busy relaxing in the gazebo, sun lounges, outdoor sofas. There are rice fields behind the villa which are fascinating. The team were fabulous and very friendly. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Also, the staff helped organizing a doctor as our daughter was unwell. She was very fast in arranging and very helpful, highly recommend.

Dini can organize anything you need, the ladies in the house cook and keep everywhere perfectly clean, even the laundry, the gardeners keep the garden and pool beautiful and the security guys keep you feeling safe.
