The location is also superb, right in the heart of chic and trendy Petitenget, yet tucked away in a quiet lane, providing guests with the best of both worlds. Each bedroom at the NicoNico Mansion is deluxe and unique, featuring its own dedicated theme. There is the Japanese room and Pop Art room on ground level and upstairs you will find the Romantic room, Colonial Room, Chinese room, White Room and the Black room. Each room is fully air-conditioned, fitted with quality king-size bed and all rooms have a private en-suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washbasins. The black room ( yes, this room is completely dark) and the Japanese room come with a fridge and the Chinese room features a daybed which can be used as an extra bed for kids or an additional guest. The Chinese and Colonial room are adjoined to the upper balcony, perfect for soaking up the morning sun with a hot cup of coffee or tea. The white room has its own private balcony.

The spacious tropical garden is made for long, easy-going days outdoors. Take a dip in the private swimming pool, stretch out on the lawn, relax on the swing bench, or retreat to the hammock beneath the trees with a good book. When hunger calls, the garden's BBQ area is ready for relaxed group meals, with a private chef available to arrange a memorable BBQ dinner.
For something more energetic, the pool can be transformed into a volleyball court, while a giant Jenga set on the lawn adds another layer of fun for groups and families. There's plenty of open lawn for children to play and for everyone to gather together.
The villa also offers flexible spaces for slower moments. The rooftop lounge and garden lawn can be used as private yoga spaces, whether you're joining a session with a yoga instructor arranged by the villa manager or simply stretching out at your own pace while enjoying the Seminyak surroundings.
NicoNico Mansion makes a strong first impression, starting with an impressive entrance filled with vintage artefacts, antiques, framed photographs and chandeliers. The grand double-storey pavilion continues the theme, combining comfortable living spaces with an eclectic collection of industrial details and original artwork.
On the ground floor, a teak dining table provides a stylish setting for group meals, while the leather sofa offers a comfortable spot to relax overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen features a bar with three playful, unexpected seats — a swing, horse seat and bicycle — adding to the villa's distinctive character.
Entertainment is spread across both floors, with foosball and ping-pong downstairs and a billiards table upstairs, giving guests plenty of options for friendly competitions throughout the day.
A stay at NicoNico Mansion comes with thoughtful hospitality touches that go beyond the typical villa experience. Start the morning with a floating breakfast in the pool, complete with waffles, tropical fruit, pastries and coffee, or gather everyone in the garden for a private BBQ prepared by the chef.
For a slower afternoon, spa therapists can arrange treatments in the garden gazebo, creating a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. Drinks can also be enjoyed by the pool, with the villa team ready to assist with arrangements. If you're planning a special event and would like a dedicated bartender or mixologist, this can be arranged separately.
Throughout your stay, the villa manager is available to help organise transport, massages and other requests. The villa is supported by three housekeeping staff, with night-time security also provided. For assistance during the day, simply ring the bell at the bar in the living room and the team will be ready to help.
The location could not be any better, tucked in a quiet lane right in the heart of Seminyak. Within minutes walking you will be standing on the lively street with famous shops, cafés and restaurants such as The Iron Fairies Bali, Potato Head Beach Club and the renowned restaurant like Merah Putih or Bambu. The Pepito Supermarket is right across the street, there are metered Blue Bird Taxi's around, pharmacies and ATM's. Everything needed is just a short walk away. Venture out and explore this happening, trendy beach town by foot and don't miss out on watching Bali's breathtaking sunset!

It was a thoughtful touch that made our family time even more fun. The villa is very kid-friendly, with facilities that cater well to families, allowing both children and adults to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. The entire place felt cozy, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their friendliness and dedication made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future!

9.6/10After staying in Bali several times, where I’ve always favour high end resorts, I chose Nico Nico Mansion to accommodate 9 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday. The villa itself is spacious, immaculate and there is a heap of artwork and quirky decorative pieces that made it interesting. Our villa manager Argus and his team were beautiful hosts and cared for us well during our stay. We also booked the in-house chef and beauty therapists that came recommended and were pleased with both.
10/10The villa itself was as good as the photos promised. All the bedrooms were spacious. We never felt that we were crowded, despite there being 13 of us. The staff were eager to please and kept the place neat and tidy at all times. They were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
10/10NicoNico Mansion is absolutely amazing. Total luxury, the photos don’t do it justice. The architecture, art, garden and pool are all stunning. The staff provided exceptional service and made us all feel at home. This villa was the perfect base for exploring nearby restaurants and shops, although it was so fun hanging out there we didn’t want to leave. Cannot recommend highly enough for a large group of friends or a couple of families.

10/10We had a wonderful stay for a 40th birthday. The staff were super friendly and always available. The villa is spotless and maintained at a high level. Great location - close to everything, yet peaceful. The house itself is very unique and full of creative touches, that made our stay even more eventful. We'll be back!

9.6/10The photos looked good but the reality was even better. From ages 7 to 70 our family loved just being here. Fabulous staff, interesting and creative features and so much to do or just enjoy. And the chef in house dinners were exceptional. Highly recommended. Thank you.
