Nico Nico Mansion is misschien wel de coolste villa van heel Seminyak! Dit prachtige vakantieverblijf met 7 slaapkamers is absoluut uniek in zijn soort en het is bijna alsof je in een museum van een coole ontwerper verblijft, waar traditioneel, vintage, industrieel, popart en koloniaal samenkomen. Maar wat NicoNico echt onderscheidt, is de service: dit is een ervaring op hotelniveau in een privévilla, van drijvende ontbijtdienbladen en een eigen BBQ-chef tot spabehandelingen in de tuin en drankjes aan het zwembad, allemaal gecoördineerd door je eigen villamanager. Reizigers met een voorliefde voor kunst en design zullen deze plek zeker geweldig vinden! Het beschikt over unieke kenmerken, moderne entertainmentfaciliteiten en een grote, uitgestrekte tuin met een zwembad. De locatie is ook fantastisch: midden in het hart van het chique en trendy Petitenget, maar toch verscholen in een rustig straatje, waardoor gasten het beste van twee werelden krijgen. De villa ligt op loopafstand van het strand, de Potato Head-strandclub en de beroemde ‘eat street’, om maar een paar hoogtepunten te noemen. Geniet ervan!

Elke slaapkamer in het NicoNico Mansion is luxueus en uniek, met een eigen thema. Op de begane grond bevinden zich de Japanse kamer en de Pop Art-kamer, en boven vindt u de Romantische kamer, de Koloniale kamer, de Chinese kamer, de Witte kamer en de Zwarte kamer. Elke kamer is voorzien van airconditioning en uitgerust met een hoogwaardig kingsize bed; bovendien beschikken alle kamers over een eigen badkamer met regendouche, toilet en wastafels. De zwarte kamer (ja, deze kamer is volledig donker) en de Japanse kamer zijn voorzien van een koelkast, en de Chinese kamer beschikt over een slaapbank die kan worden gebruikt als extra bed voor kinderen of een extra gast. De Chinese en koloniale kamer grenzen aan het bovenste balkon, perfect om te genieten van de ochtendzon met een kop warme koffie of thee. De witte kamer heeft een eigen balkon.

De ruime tropische tuin is ideaal voor lange, ontspannen dagen in de buitenlucht. Neem een duik in het privézwembad, strek je uit op het gazon, ontspan op de schommelbank of trek je terug in de hangmat onder de bomen met een goed boek. Als de honger toeslaat, staat de barbecuehoek in de tuin klaar voor ontspannen maaltijden met een groep, waarbij een privékok beschikbaar is om een onvergetelijk barbecuediner te verzorgen.
Voor wat meer actie kan het zwembad worden omgetoverd tot een volleybalveld, terwijl een reusachtig Jenga-spel op het gazon extra plezier biedt voor groepen en gezinnen. Er is ruim voldoende open grasveld waar kinderen kunnen spelen en iedereen samen kan komen.
De villa biedt ook flexibele ruimtes voor rustigere momenten. De lounge op het dakterras en het gazon in de tuin kunnen worden gebruikt als privéruimtes voor yoga, of je nu deelneemt aan een sessie met een yogaleraar die door de villamanager is geregeld, of gewoon op je eigen tempo wat rekoefeningen doet terwijl je geniet van de omgeving van Seminyak.
NicoNico Mansion maakt een sterke eerste indruk, te beginnen met een indrukwekkende entree vol vintage voorwerpen, antiek, ingelijste foto’s en kroonluchters. Het grootse paviljoen met twee verdiepingen sluit naadloos aan bij dit thema en combineert comfortabele leefruimtes met een eclectische verzameling industriële details en originele kunstwerken.
Op de begane grond biedt een teakhouten eettafel een stijlvolle setting voor gezamenlijke maaltijden, terwijl de leren bank een comfortabele plek biedt om te ontspannen met uitzicht op de tuin en het zwembad. De keuken beschikt over een bar met drie speelse, onverwachte zitplaatsen – een schommel, een paardenzadel en een fiets – die bijdragen aan het onderscheidende karakter van de villa.
Het entertainment is verdeeld over beide verdiepingen, met tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis beneden en een biljarttafel boven, waardoor gasten de hele dag door volop mogelijkheden hebben voor vriendschappelijke wedstrijden.
Een verblijf in NicoNico Mansion biedt doordachte gastvrijheidsdetails die verder gaan dan de gebruikelijke villa-ervaring. Begin de ochtend met een ‘floating breakfast’ in het zwembad, compleet met wafels, tropisch fruit, gebak en koffie, of verzamel iedereen in de tuin voor een privébarbecue, bereid door de chef-kok.
Voor een rustige middag kunnen spa-therapeuten behandelingen regelen in het tuinhuisje, waar u kunt genieten van een vredige omgeving te midden van het groen. U kunt ook genieten van drankjes bij het zwembad; het villateam staat klaar om u hierbij te helpen. Als u een speciaal evenement plant en graag een eigen barman of mixoloog wilt, kan dit apart worden geregeld.
Gedurende uw verblijf staat de villamanager tot uw beschikking om vervoer, massages en andere verzoeken te regelen. De villa wordt ondersteund door drie schoonmaakmedewerkers en er is ook nachtbewaking aanwezig. Voor hulp overdag hoeft u alleen maar aan te bellen bij de bar in de woonkamer; het team staat dan klaar om u te helpen.
De locatie kan niet beter, verscholen in een rustig laantje midden in het hart van Seminyak. Binnen enkele minuten lopen staat u op de levendige straat met bekende winkels, cafés en restaurants zoals Sarong, Biku, Saigon Street en de bekende beachclub Potato Head. De Pepito Supermarkt is direct aan de overkant van de straat, er zijn gedoseerde Blue Bird Taxi's in de buurt, apotheken en geldautomaten. Alles wat u nodig heeft ligt op loopafstand. Ga erop uit en verken deze trendy badplaats te voet en mis niet de adembenemende zonsondergang van Bali!

It was a thoughtful touch that made our family time even more fun. The villa is very kid-friendly, with facilities that cater well to families, allowing both children and adults to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. The entire place felt cozy, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their friendliness and dedication made our stay even more memorable. 9.6/10After staying in Bali several times, where I’ve always favour high end resorts, I chose Nico Nico Mansion to accommodate 9 of us to celebrate a milestone birthday. The villa itself is spacious, immaculate and there is a heap of artwork and quirky decorative pieces that made it interesting. Our villa manager Argus and his team were beautiful hosts and cared for us well during our stay. We also booked the in-house chef and beauty therapists that came recommended and were pleased with both.
10/10The villa itself was as good as the photos promised. All the bedrooms were spacious. We never felt that we were crowded, despite there being 13 of us. The staff were eager to please and kept the place neat and tidy at all times. They were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
10/10NicoNico Mansion is absolutely amazing. Total luxury, the photos don’t do it justice. The architecture, art, garden and pool are all stunning. The staff provided exceptional service and made us all feel at home. This villa was the perfect base for exploring nearby restaurants and shops, although it was so fun hanging out there we didn’t want to leave. Cannot recommend highly enough for a large group of friends or a couple of families.

Great location - close to everything, yet peaceful. The house itself is very unique and full of creative touches, that made our stay even more eventful. We'll be back!
