Villa Kinaree is een verbazingwekkend luxe toevluchtsoord met vier slaapkamers, verscholen in een rustige laan van de prestigieuze wijk Oberoi in Seminyak, met uitstekende toegang tot alle chique winkel- en eetgelegenheden en de bruisende uitgaansgelegenheden die Seminyak beroemd hebben gemaakt. De villa ademt verfijning, elegantie en tropische charme, met twee vleugels tegenover elkaar in een weelderige tropische tuin met een zoutwaterzwembad. Het is een echte oase van rust met alle moderne luxe die je je maar kunt wensen, perfect voor grote groepen vrienden of families.
De luxueuze master suite bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van het slaapkamer paviljoen met toegang tot een groot privé balkon. De ruime kamer is elegant ingericht met een warme houten vloer en een kingsize bed van hoge kwaliteit. Tot de moderne voorzieningen behoren airconditioning en een flatscreen-tv met surround-sound luidsprekers. De kamer beschikt over een ruime houten kleedkamer en een enorme en-suite badkamer met een regendouche voor hem en haar.
De eerste twee gastenslaapkamers zijn identiek ontworpen en ze komen uit op het terras met gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad. De derde gasten slaapkamer is te vinden op de eerste verdieping en grenst aan een privé balkon met uitzicht op de daktuin. Elke kamer is voorzien van airconditioning en plafondventilatoren, kingsize bedden, ruime kasten met een kluisje en een eigen en-suite met een regendouche en alle badkamerbenodigdheden. De kamer op de bovenverdieping doet ook dienst als mediarelounge met een enorme smart-tv en een comfortabele sofa.

De weelderige groene tropische tuin is volkomen vredig met een rustgevende waterval-muur en weelderige groene planten die vanaf de tuindaken naar beneden vallen . In het hart van het landgoed schittert het zoutwaterzwembad, betegeld met natuurstenen, omringd door ligstoelen aan de rand van het zwembad voor wie lekker bruin wil worden. Een leuk kenmerk zijn de opblaasbare ligstoelen om samen van een drankje te genieten terwijl u ronddobbert op het zwembad en uw voeten in het water plonst.
Een traditionele teak houten leidt naar de uniek ontworpen traditionele Balinese villa, die een luchtige open lounge en een mooie koele air-conditioned leefruimte huisvest. Beide ruimtes hebben hoge traditionele daken en een stijlvol interieur. De open-plan ruimte is voorzien van een pool-tafel voor entertainment, een luxe lounge hoek met chique rode kussens waar u kunt opkrullen met een boek of samen een bordspel kunt spelen en er is ook een stijlvolle bar-lounge om samen van een drankje te genieten. De ruimte is voorzien van airconditioning en heeft glazen deuren die openslaan naar het zwembad. Binnen is er een L-vormige televisie met 55-inch flatscreen en surround-sound luidsprekers en een grote selectie van films. Er is een mooie teakhouten 8-zits eettafel en een volledig uitgeruste open keuken met een ontbijtbar.
Het villa complex wordt verzorgd door 14 full time Balinese stafleden en een manager, die in al uw behoeften zullen voorzien. Er is een persoonlijke butler service, huishoudelijke hulp en beveiliging 's nachts. Een zwembadhek, babybedje en kinderstoel zijn beschikbaar voor families die met kleintjes reizen.
De locatie is onovertroffen, verscholen in een rustige laan midden in het centrum van Seminyak en op slechts vijf minuten lopen van het strand met de iconische Ku De TA beach club waar je jezelf kunt verwennen met een heerlijk diner en drankjes terwijl je naar Bali's wereldberoemde zonsondergang staart. De beroemde 'eat street', met al zijn winkelboetieks, cafés en toprestaurants zoals Ultimo en Grocer & Grind ligt ook op loopafstand van de villa. Bij Revolver kun je terecht voor heerlijke koffie of cappuccino.
10/10Concierge Rakha was very helpful with suggestions for activities at Bali before our arrival & during our stay at Villa Kinaree. The rooms, lounge & dining areas at the Villa are clean & spacious! We loved the pool table & private pool so much! Service staff at the Villa is very accommodating & helpful as well.
9.4/10Fantastic villa estate! We stayed here with 4 other families and had an amazing time. Donny and his staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The villas were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Near all the action, amazing massage places etc but also in a quiet little street so you could escape for some peace and quiet. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
9.4/10Thank you Villa Kinaree and all the wonderful staff that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! The house is beautiful but the service of the people here make this a most memorable holiday. We had a great time in Bali all of us and a lot of fine doings here have been amazing. If we're in back in Seminyak, we’d definitely come back to Villa Kinaree.

9.6/10The villa is a nice size with a great layout for a family holiday. The rooms are centered around the pool and living area which had big comfortable couches with enough space for all 12 of us to sit on. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice, but I didn't like leaving the shower on waiting for the hot water as there was a lot of wastage. The food was alright, the selection was not wide but the chef did his best to accommodate our requests. Ultimately, the service won us over. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and were very clever in keeping our surprise of three additional family members coming to join the trip! The location is also great, as the shops and restaurants are in close vicinity. I enjoyed getting on a motorbike with the staff and going round the shops that way, to avoid the car traffic jam.
8.8/10When we all arrived, 8 of us ,family and friends we were greeted by staff with cool drinks and towels, shown through villa absolututly amasing place, we were treated like kings nothing a problem we hired bikes but walking distance easy to beach and restuarants ,rooms spaceious ,pool table used a lot ,can not recommend this villa enough give it a go we will return 2015
10/10We stayed at Villa Kinaree with family including small children. The staff were amazing and were able to organise everything from transport to Ubud and Waterbom to taxi's, childcare, spa bookings, picking up groceries and organising a pool fence for peace of mind. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The location is great, walking distance to Ku De Ta, Oberoi markets and heaps of other great restaurants (Potato Head, Salty Seagulls, and Sea Circus) only a very short taxi ride away. Wish we never had to leave!
9.6/10We stayed here with our five children, ages 13 years to 10 months, and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and looked after us well and helped with the children (Wayan, Yani, Kade and Lilis particularly were amazing). Its a huge villa with lots of room and enough sun to get a tan as well as space to have shade. The pool table was great for the kids who loved playing each day. The beach (just near Oberoi Spa and KuDeTa) is about 8 minutes walk as is Jalan Kayu Aya with all its shops and restaurants. There were mosquitoes around in the villa grounds as there is everywhere in Bali and the staff were very diligent in spraying bedrooms and lighting mosquito coils in the living areas. There is inside and outside living areas and a bar. To get to the villa from Jalan Kayu Awa (and to get to the beach and shop) there's a laneway that you need to walk along which is more than manageable but you need to look out for the traffic (not an issue but worth noting if you have a pram like we did). We will stay there again for sure!
