Villa Kinaree is an amazing four-bedroom luxury haven tucked in a quiet lane of the prestigious Oberoi district in Seminyak, enjoying excellent access to all the chic shopping and dining establishments, as well as the happening nightspots that have made Seminyak famous. The villa breathes sophistication, elegance and tropical charm, featuring two wings facing each other across a lush tropical garden with a salt water swimming pool. It is a true tranquil oasis with all modern luxurious you could wish for, perfect for large groups of friends or families.
The luxurious master suite is found on the first floor of the bedroom pavilion with access to a large private balcony. The generous size room is designed elegantly with a warm timber floor and a quality king-size bed. Modern amenities include air-conditioning and a flat-screen TV topped off with surround-sound speakers. The room features a spacious wooden dressing-room and a huge en-suite bathroom boasting with a his and hers rain-shower.
The first two guest bedroom are designed identically and they open up to the the terrace with easy access to the pool. The third guest bedroom is found on the first floor adjoined to a private balcony overlooking the rooftop garden. Each room features air-conditioning and ceiling fans, king-size beds, spacious wardrobes with a safe box and a private en-suite with a rain-shower and all bathroom amenities. The room upstairs also doubles as a media lounge as it boasts a massive smart TV and a comfy sofa.

The lush green tropical garden is utterly peaceful with a calming waterfall-wall and lush green plants cascading down from the garden rooftops. In the heart of the estate sparkles the salt-water swimming pool, tiled with natural stones, surrounded by pool-side loungers for those wanting to tan. A fun feature is the inflatable lounging chairs for enjoying drinks together while floating around on the pool and splashing your feet in the water.
A traditional teak wooden leads into the uniquely designed traditional Balinese villa, housing a breezy open-plan lounge area and a nice cool air-conditioned living space. Both spaces feature high traditional rooftops and classy interior designs. The open-plan space features a pool-table for entertainment, a deluxe lounge corner tucked with chic red pillows where you can curl up with a book or play a board game together and there is also a stylish bar-lounge for enjoying drinks together. The air-conditioned space has glass doors sliding open to the pool area and iInside there is an L-shaped facing a 55-inch flat-screen TV with surround-sound speakers and a grand selection of movies.There is a handsome teak 8-seater dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar.
The villa complex is looked after by 14 full time Balinese staff and manager, who will cater to your every need. There is personalized butler service, housekeeping and security in the night. A pool-fence, baby-cot and high-chair are available for families travelling with little ones.
The location is unbeatable tucked in a quiet lane right in the centre of Seminyak and just a five minute walk from the beach with the iconic Ku De TA beach club where you can splurge yourself with a delicious dinner and drinks while gazing at Bali's world famous sunset. The renowned 'eat street', with all of its shopping boutiques, cafés and high-end restaurants such as Ultimo and Grocer & Grind is also just a short walk away from the villa. Revolver is the place to go for great coffee or cappuccino.
10/10Concierge Rakha was very helpful with suggestions for activities at Bali before our arrival & during our stay at Villa Kinaree. The rooms, lounge & dining areas at the Villa are clean & spacious! We loved the pool table & private pool so much! Service staff at the Villa is very accommodating & helpful as well.
9.4/10Fantastic villa estate! We stayed here with 4 other families and had an amazing time. Donny and his staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The villas were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Near all the action, amazing massage places etc but also in a quiet little street so you could escape for some peace and quiet. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
9.4/10Thank you Villa Kinaree and all the wonderful staff that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! The house is beautiful but the service of the people here make this a most memorable holiday. We had a great time in Bali all of us and a lot of fine doings here have been amazing. If we're in back in Seminyak, we’d definitely come back to Villa Kinaree.

9.6/10The villa is a nice size with a great layout for a family holiday. The rooms are centered around the pool and living area which had big comfortable couches with enough space for all 12 of us to sit on. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice, but I didn't like leaving the shower on waiting for the hot water as there was a lot of wastage. The food was alright, the selection was not wide but the chef did his best to accommodate our requests. Ultimately, the service won us over. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and were very clever in keeping our surprise of three additional family members coming to join the trip! The location is also great, as the shops and restaurants are in close vicinity. I enjoyed getting on a motorbike with the staff and going round the shops that way, to avoid the car traffic jam.
8.8/10When we all arrived, 8 of us ,family and friends we were greeted by staff with cool drinks and towels, shown through villa absolututly amasing place, we were treated like kings nothing a problem we hired bikes but walking distance easy to beach and restuarants ,rooms spaceious ,pool table used a lot ,can not recommend this villa enough give it a go we will return 2015
10/10We stayed at Villa Kinaree with family including small children. The staff were amazing and were able to organise everything from transport to Ubud and Waterbom to taxi's, childcare, spa bookings, picking up groceries and organising a pool fence for peace of mind. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The location is great, walking distance to Ku De Ta, Oberoi markets and heaps of other great restaurants (Potato Head, Salty Seagulls, and Sea Circus) only a very short taxi ride away. Wish we never had to leave!
9.6/10We stayed here with our five children, ages 13 years to 10 months, and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and looked after us well and helped with the children (Wayan, Yani, Kade and Lilis particularly were amazing). Its a huge villa with lots of room and enough sun to get a tan as well as space to have shade. The pool table was great for the kids who loved playing each day. The beach (just near Oberoi Spa and KuDeTa) is about 8 minutes walk as is Jalan Kayu Aya with all its shops and restaurants. There were mosquitoes around in the villa grounds as there is everywhere in Bali and the staff were very diligent in spraying bedrooms and lighting mosquito coils in the living areas. There is inside and outside living areas and a bar. To get to the villa from Jalan Kayu Awa (and to get to the beach and shop) there's a laneway that you need to walk along which is more than manageable but you need to look out for the traffic (not an issue but worth noting if you have a pram like we did). We will stay there again for sure!
