La Villa Kinaree est un étonnant havre de luxe de quatre chambres, niché dans une ruelle tranquille du prestigieux quartier Oberoi de Seminyak. Elle bénéficie d'un excellent accès à tous les magasins et restaurants chics, ainsi qu'aux boîtes de nuit qui ont fait la renommée de Seminyak. La villa respire la sophistication, l'élégance et le charme tropical, avec ses deux ailes qui se font face à travers un jardin tropical luxuriant avec une piscine d'eau salée. Il s'agit d'une véritable oasis de tranquillité dotée de tout le luxe moderne dont vous pourriez rêver, parfaite pour les grands groupes d'amis ou les familles.
La luxueuse suite principale se trouve au premier étage du pavillon des chambres et donne accès à un grand balcon privé. Cette chambre aux dimensions généreuses est élégamment conçue avec un sol en bois chaleureux et un lit king-size de qualité. Les équipements modernes comprennent la climatisation et une télévision à écran plat, complétée par des haut-parleurs à son surround. La chambre dispose d'un dressing spacieux en bois et d'une immense salle de bains privative dotée d'une douche à effet de pluie pour les deux parties.
Les deux premières chambres d'amis sont conçues de manière identique et s'ouvrent sur la terrasse avec un accès facile à la piscine. La troisième chambre se trouve au premier étage et dispose d'un balcon privé donnant sur le jardin sur le toit. Chaque chambre dispose de la climatisation et de ventilateurs au plafond, de lits king-size, d'armoires spacieuses avec coffre-fort et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche à effet de pluie et tous les équipements de la salle de bains. La chambre à l'étage fait également office de salon multimédia, avec une télévision intelligente massive et un canapé confortable.

Le jardin tropical verdoyant est tout à fait paisible, avec un mur d'eau apaisant et des plantes vertes luxuriantes qui tombent en cascade depuis les toits du jardin. Au cœur du domaine brille la piscine d'eau salée, carrelée de pierres naturelles, entourée de chaises longues pour ceux qui veulent bronzer. Les chaises longues gonflables sont un élément amusant qui permet de prendre un verre en flottant sur la piscine et en s'éclaboussant les pieds dans l'eau.
Un bois de teck traditionnel mène à la villa balinaise traditionnelle au design unique, qui abrite un salon ouvert et un espace de vie climatisé. Les deux espaces sont dotés de hauts toits traditionnels et d'une décoration intérieure de grande classe. L'espace ouvert comprend une table de billard pour les divertissements, un coin salon de luxe avec des coussins rouges chics où vous pouvez vous blottir avec un livre ou jouer à un jeu de société ensemble, ainsi qu'un bar-salon élégant pour prendre un verre ensemble. L'espace climatisé est doté de portes vitrées qui s'ouvrent sur la piscine et d'un salon en L face à une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces avec des haut-parleurs surround et une grande sélection de films.
Le complexe de villas est entretenu par 14 employés balinais à plein temps et par le directeur, qui répondront à tous vos besoins. Un service de majordome personnalisé est assuré, ainsi que le ménage et la sécurité pendant la nuit. Pour les familles voyageant avec des enfants en bas âge, une clôture de piscine, un lit pour bébé et une chaise haute sont disponibles.
L'emplacement est imbattable, dans une ruelle tranquille au centre de Seminyak, à cinq minutes à pied de la plage et de l'emblématique club de plage Ku De TA, où vous pourrez vous offrir un délicieux dîner et des boissons tout en admirant le célèbre coucher de soleil de Bali. La célèbre "eat street", avec ses boutiques, ses cafés et ses restaurants haut de gamme tels que Ultimo et Grocer & Grind, se trouve également à quelques pas de la villa. Le Revolver est l'endroit où aller pour un bon café ou un cappuccino.
10/10Concierge Rakha was very helpful with suggestions for activities at Bali before our arrival & during our stay at Villa Kinaree. The rooms, lounge & dining areas at the Villa are clean & spacious! We loved the pool table & private pool so much! Service staff at the Villa is very accommodating & helpful as well.
9.4/10Fantastic villa estate! We stayed here with 4 other families and had an amazing time. Donny and his staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The villas were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Near all the action, amazing massage places etc but also in a quiet little street so you could escape for some peace and quiet. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
9.4/10Thank you Villa Kinaree and all the wonderful staff that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! The house is beautiful but the service of the people here make this a most memorable holiday. We had a great time in Bali all of us and a lot of fine doings here have been amazing. If we're in back in Seminyak, we’d definitely come back to Villa Kinaree.

9.6/10The villa is a nice size with a great layout for a family holiday. The rooms are centered around the pool and living area which had big comfortable couches with enough space for all 12 of us to sit on. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice, but I didn't like leaving the shower on waiting for the hot water as there was a lot of wastage. The food was alright, the selection was not wide but the chef did his best to accommodate our requests. Ultimately, the service won us over. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and were very clever in keeping our surprise of three additional family members coming to join the trip! The location is also great, as the shops and restaurants are in close vicinity. I enjoyed getting on a motorbike with the staff and going round the shops that way, to avoid the car traffic jam.
8.8/10When we all arrived, 8 of us ,family and friends we were greeted by staff with cool drinks and towels, shown through villa absolututly amasing place, we were treated like kings nothing a problem we hired bikes but walking distance easy to beach and restuarants ,rooms spaceious ,pool table used a lot ,can not recommend this villa enough give it a go we will return 2015
10/10We stayed at Villa Kinaree with family including small children. The staff were amazing and were able to organise everything from transport to Ubud and Waterbom to taxi's, childcare, spa bookings, picking up groceries and organising a pool fence for peace of mind. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The location is great, walking distance to Ku De Ta, Oberoi markets and heaps of other great restaurants (Potato Head, Salty Seagulls, and Sea Circus) only a very short taxi ride away. Wish we never had to leave!
9.6/10We stayed here with our five children, ages 13 years to 10 months, and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and looked after us well and helped with the children (Wayan, Yani, Kade and Lilis particularly were amazing). Its a huge villa with lots of room and enough sun to get a tan as well as space to have shade. The pool table was great for the kids who loved playing each day. The beach (just near Oberoi Spa and KuDeTa) is about 8 minutes walk as is Jalan Kayu Aya with all its shops and restaurants. There were mosquitoes around in the villa grounds as there is everywhere in Bali and the staff were very diligent in spraying bedrooms and lighting mosquito coils in the living areas. There is inside and outside living areas and a bar. To get to the villa from Jalan Kayu Awa (and to get to the beach and shop) there's a laneway that you need to walk along which is more than manageable but you need to look out for the traffic (not an issue but worth noting if you have a pram like we did). We will stay there again for sure!
