Die Villa Kinaree ist eine fantastische Luxusoase mit vier Schlafzimmern, die in einer ruhigen Gasse des renommierten Oberoi-Viertels in Seminyak liegt. Von hier aus sind alle schicken Einkaufs- und Speiselokale sowie die angesagten Nachtlokale, die Seminyak berühmt gemacht haben, gut zu erreichen. Die Villa atmet Raffinesse, Eleganz und tropischen Charme. Sie besteht aus zwei Flügeln, die sich in einem üppigen tropischen Garten mit einem Salzwasserpool gegenüberliegen . Es ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe mit allem modernen Luxus, den man sich wünschen kann, perfekt für große Gruppen von Freunden oder Familien.
Die luxuriöse Master-Suite befindet sich im ersten Stock des Schlafpavillons mit Zugang zu einem großen privaten Balkon. Das großzügige Zimmer ist elegant mit einem warmen Holzfußboden und einem hochwertigen Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet. Zu den modernen Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine Klimaanlage und ein Flachbildfernseher, der mit Surround-Lautsprechern ausgestattet ist. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen geräumigen hölzernen Ankleideraum und ein riesiges eigenes Bad mit Regendusche für sie und ihn.
Die ersten beiden Gästeschlafzimmer sind identisch gestaltet und öffnen sich zur Terrasse mit einfachem Zugang zum Pool. Das dritte Gästeschlafzimmer befindet sich in der ersten Etage und verfügt über einen privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten auf dem Dach. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren, Kingsize-Betten, geräumige Kleiderschränke mit Safe und ein eigenes Bad mit Regendusche und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Zimmer im Obergeschoss dient auch als Media-Lounge mit einem großen Smart-TV und einem bequemen Sofa.

Der üppig grüne, tropische Garten ist absolut friedlich, mit einer beruhigenden Wasserfallwand und üppigen grünen Pflanzen, die von den Dächern des Gartens herabfallen . Im Herzen des Anwesens funkelt der mit Natursteinen geflieste Salzwasser-Swimmingpool, umgeben von Liegestühlen für diejenigen, die sich bräunen möchten. Ein besonderer Spaß sind die aufblasbaren Liegestühle, auf denen man gemeinsam einen Drink genießen kann, während man auf dem Pool schwimmt und mit den Füßen im Wasser plantscht.
Ein traditionelles Teakholz führt in die einzigartig gestaltete traditionelle balinesische Villa, in der sich ein luftiger, offener Lounge-Bereich und ein angenehm kühler , klimatisierter Wohnbereich befinden. Beide Räume verfügen über hohe traditionelle Dächer und eine stilvolle Inneneinrichtung. Der offene Bereich verfügt über einen Pool-Tisch zur Unterhaltung, eine luxuriöse Lounge-Ecke mit schicken roten Kissen, in der Sie es sich mit einem Buch gemütlich machen oder gemeinsam ein Brettspiel spielen können, und eine stilvolle Bar-Lounge, in der Sie gemeinsam Getränke genießen können. Der klimatisierte Raum verfügt über Glastüren, die sich zum Poolbereich hin öffnen lassen, und im Inneren befindet sich ein L-förmiger Fernseher mit 55-Zoll-Flachbildschirm, Surround-Sound-Lautsprechern und einer großen Auswahl an Filmen sowie ein hübscher Esstisch mit 8 Sitzen aus Teakholz und eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche mit Frühstücksbar.
Der Villenkomplex wird von 14 balinesischen Vollzeitmitarbeitern und einem Manager betreut, die sich um alle Ihre Bedürfnisse kümmern werden. Es gibt einen persönlichen Butler-Service, Housekeeping und Sicherheit in der Nacht. Für Familien, die mit kleinen Kindern reisen, stehen ein Poolzaun, ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, versteckt in einer ruhigen Gasse direkt im Zentrum von Seminyak und nur fünf Gehminuten vom Strand mit dem kultigen Ku De TA Beach Club entfernt, wo Sie sich mit einem köstlichen Abendessen und Getränken verwöhnen können, während Sie den weltberühmten Sonnenuntergang von Bali bewundern. Die berühmte "eat street" mit all ihren Shopping-Boutiquen, Cafés und erstklassigen Restaurants wie Ultimo und Grocer & Grind ist ebenfalls nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt. Revolver ist der richtige Ort für einen guten Kaffee oder Cappuccino.

The rooms, lounge & dining areas at the Villa are clean & spacious! We loved the pool table & private pool so much! Service staff at the Villa is very accommodating & helpful as well.
9.4/10Fantastic villa estate! We stayed here with 4 other families and had an amazing time. Donny and his staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The villas were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Near all the action, amazing massage places etc but also in a quiet little street so you could escape for some peace and quiet. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

We had a great time in Bali all of us and a lot of fine doings here have been amazing. If we're in back in Seminyak, we’d definitely come back to Villa Kinaree.

9.6/10The villa is a nice size with a great layout for a family holiday. The rooms are centered around the pool and living area which had big comfortable couches with enough space for all 12 of us to sit on. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice, but I didn't like leaving the shower on waiting for the hot water as there was a lot of wastage. The food was alright, the selection was not wide but the chef did his best to accommodate our requests. Ultimately, the service won us over. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and were very clever in keeping our surprise of three additional family members coming to join the trip! The location is also great, as the shops and restaurants are in close vicinity. I enjoyed getting on a motorbike with the staff and going round the shops that way, to avoid the car traffic jam.
8.8/10When we all arrived, 8 of us ,family and friends we were greeted by staff with cool drinks and towels, shown through villa absolututly amasing place, we were treated like kings nothing a problem we hired bikes but walking distance easy to beach and restuarants ,rooms spaceious ,pool table used a lot ,can not recommend this villa enough give it a go we will return 2015
10/10We stayed at Villa Kinaree with family including small children. The staff were amazing and were able to organise everything from transport to Ubud and Waterbom to taxi's, childcare, spa bookings, picking up groceries and organising a pool fence for peace of mind. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The location is great, walking distance to Ku De Ta, Oberoi markets and heaps of other great restaurants (Potato Head, Salty Seagulls, and Sea Circus) only a very short taxi ride away. Wish we never had to leave!
9.6/10We stayed here with our five children, ages 13 years to 10 months, and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and looked after us well and helped with the children (Wayan, Yani, Kade and Lilis particularly were amazing). Its a huge villa with lots of room and enough sun to get a tan as well as space to have shade. The pool table was great for the kids who loved playing each day. The beach (just near Oberoi Spa and KuDeTa) is about 8 minutes walk as is Jalan Kayu Aya with all its shops and restaurants. There were mosquitoes around in the villa grounds as there is everywhere in Bali and the staff were very diligent in spraying bedrooms and lighting mosquito coils in the living areas. There is inside and outside living areas and a bar. To get to the villa from Jalan Kayu Awa (and to get to the beach and shop) there's a laneway that you need to walk along which is more than manageable but you need to look out for the traffic (not an issue but worth noting if you have a pram like we did). We will stay there again for sure!
