Een prachtig ingerichte, moderne, elegante en ruime huurvilla wacht op je aankomst in Bali. Villa Anam Loft 3 ligt in een luxe woongemeenschap van vier vergelijkbare woningen, die individueel of samen gehuurd kunnen worden, afhankelijk van de grootte van je groep. Elke villa heeft twee slaapkamers en is geschikt voor 4-5 gasten. De villa is met zorg ingericht, met een groene buitenomgeving en stijlvolle interieurs. Je vindt er een privézwembad, een goed uitgeruste keuken, comfortabele woon- en eetgedeeltes en moderne voorzieningen om je verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Omdat het pand deel uitmaakt van een klein wooncomplex, ligt het vlakbij naburige villa's binnen de gemeenschap.
Anam Loft 3 is een vakantiehuis met 2 slaapkamers voor vier gasten. Je vindt ze allebei op de bovenste verdieping, weg van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes op de begane grond. De eerste slaapkamer, de master suite, heeft een kingsize bed op een verhoging. De hele kamer heeft houten vloeren. Er staat een bureau, een televisie en een grote kledingkast. Aan het plafond hangt een prachtige kroonluchter. Een uniek kenmerk van de tweede slaapkamer is het frescoschilderij dat een typisch Balinees landschap voorstelt. Ook deze kamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed.
De master suite heeft een bad, terwijl de tweede slaapkamer een douche heeft. Ze hebben allebei een balkon met een grote bank, stoelen en een tafel. Extra gasten kunnen gemakkelijk op de bank slapen, want ze zijn enorm groot.
De villa ligt in het hart van het dorp Pererenan. De omgeving is typisch landelijk met rijstvelden, hoge bomen en grote open ruimtes. Maar je vindt er ook toeristische voorzieningen in de buurt. Je wordt omringd door weelderig groen, zelfs binnen het landgoed, want er is een tuin met veel hoge bomen. Als je door de deur binnenkomt, zie je links het privézwembad. Het heeft vier ligbedden, een voor elke gast. Er is een ondiep gedeelte waar jonge kinderen zich veilig kunnen vermaken. Trappen leiden zachtjes naar het diepere gedeelte van het zwembad.
Een glazen schuifdeur van vloer tot plafond leidt van het terras bij het zwembad naar het interieur van dit huis. De 168 vierkante meter binnenruimte is bedoeld voor grote familiebijeenkomsten en reünies. De hele muur gaat open, waardoor de binnenruimte groter en luchtiger lijkt.
De begane grond heeft slechts één kamer. De loungeruimte heeft een comfortabele bank, fauteuils en een moderne salontafel. In een andere hoek staat een rustieke eettafel met vier stoelen. Daarnaast vind je de keuken met veel moderne apparatuur, potten, pannen en een ontbijtbar. De kamer is modern ingericht. Maar er zijn ook veel traditionele kunstwerken die persoonlijk zijn uitgekozen door de eigenaar van de villa.
Villa Anam Loft 3 is in alle opzichten een fantastische huuraccommodatie voor het hele gezin. De badkamers zijn voorzien van toiletartikelen en handdoeken. De keuken heeft een magnetron, koelkast, vriezer, broodrooster, kookplaat en waterkoker. Je kunt zelf koken of vragen om een kok. De slaapkamers hebben kluisjes. Er is een laptopvriendelijk bureau voor als je dringend werk moet doen. Optionele betaalde diensten zijn onder andere in-villa yoga, massage en luchthaventransfer. Je vindt ook een parkeerplaats in de open lucht bij deze villa.
Baked Restaurant is het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant - het ligt op slechts 170 meter afstand. Bottega Italiana ligt op 290 meter van dit luxe huis. Er zijn genoeg andere keuzes in de buurt. Voor meer eet- en winkelmogelijkheden kun je terecht in Seminyak en het centrum van Canggu, die heel dichtbij liggen. Pererenan heeft een schilderachtig strand, dat populair is bij surfers. Je loopt in ongeveer 5-7 minuten naar het strand.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
