Eine wunderschön eingerichtete, moderne, elegante und geräumige Mietvilla wartet auf Ihre Ankunft in Bali. Die Villa Anam Loft 3 befindet sich in einer gehobenen Wohngemeinschaft mit vier ähnlichen Häusern, die je nach Größe Ihrer Gruppe einzeln oder zusammen gemietet werden können. Jede Villa verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für 4 bis 5 Gäste. Die Villa ist durchweg liebevoll dekoriert, mit einer grünen Umgebung und einer stilvollen Inneneinrichtung. Sie verfügen über einen privaten Pool, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Wohn- und Essbereiche und moderne Annehmlichkeiten, die Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Da das Anwesen Teil einer kleinen Wohnanlage ist, liegt es in der Nähe der benachbarten Villen innerhalb der Gemeinschaft.
Anam Loft 3 ist ein Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern für vier Personen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss, weit weg von den Gemeinschaftsräumen im Erdgeschoss. Das erste Schlafzimmer, die Master-Suite, hat ein Doppelbett auf einem erhöhten Podest. Der gesamte Raum ist mit Holzfußboden ausgestattet. Es verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, einen Fernseher und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Ein schöner Kronleuchter hängt von der Decke. Eine Besonderheit des zweiten Schlafzimmers ist die Freskomalerei, die eine typische balinesische Landschaft darstellt. Auch dieses Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine Badewanne, während das zweite Schlafzimmer eine Dusche hat. Beide Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit einem großen Sofa, Stühlen und einem Tisch. Zusätzliche Gäste können problemlos auf dem Sofa schlafen, da es sehr groß ist.
Die Villa befindet sich im Herzen des Dorfes Pererenan. Die Umgebung ist typisch ländlich mit Reisfeldern, hohen Bäumen und weiten offenen Flächen. Aber auch touristische Einrichtungen finden Sie in der Nähe. Auch innerhalb des Anwesens sind Sie von üppigem Grün umgeben, denn es gibt einen Garten mit vielen hohen Bäumen. Nachdem Sie durch die Tür eingetreten sind, sehen Sie zu Ihrer Linken den privaten Swimmingpool. Er verfügt über vier Sonnenliegen, eine für jeden Gast. Es gibt einen flachen Bereich, in dem sich kleine Kinder sicher vergnügen können. Eine Treppe führt sanft in den tieferen Teil des Pools.
Eine raumhohe Glasschiebetür führt von der Terrasse am Pool ins Innere des Hauses. Der 168 Quadratmeter große Innenraum ist für große Familientreffen und Versammlungen gedacht. Die gesamte Wand lässt sich öffnen, was den Innenraum größer und luftiger erscheinen lässt.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur einen Raum. Der Loungeraum ist mit einem bequemen Sofa, Sesseln und einem modernen Couchtisch ausgestattet. In einer anderen Ecke steht ein rustikaler Esstisch mit vier Sitzplätzen. Daneben befindet sich die Küche mit vielen modernen Geräten, Töpfen, Pfannen und einer Frühstückstheke. Das Zimmer hat ein modernes Dekor. Es gibt aber auch viele traditionelle Kunstwerke, die vom Eigentümer der Villa persönlich ausgewählt worden sind.
Die Villa Anam Loft 3 ist in jeder Hinsicht ein fantastisches Mietobjekt für die ganze Familie. Die Bäder sind mit Toilettenartikeln und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Toaster, Herd und Wasserkocher. Sie können selbst kochen oder einen Koch beauftragen. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Safes ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Laptop-freundlichen Schreibtisch, falls Sie dringende Arbeiten erledigen müssen. Zu den optionalen kostenpflichtigen Dienstleistungen gehören Yoga in der Villa, Massagen und Flughafentransfer. Sie finden auch einen Parkplatz im Freien in dieser Villa.
Baked Restaurant ist das nächstgelegene Restaurant - es ist nur 170 Meter entfernt. Bottega Italiana ist 290 Meter von diesem Luxushaus entfernt. In der Nähe finden Sie viele andere Möglichkeiten. Weitere Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie in Seminyak und im Zentrum von Canggu, die ganz in der Nähe liegen. Pererenan hat einen malerischen Strand, der bei Surfern sehr beliebt ist. Der Strand ist in etwa 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
