Une villa de location moderne, élégante et spacieuse, magnifiquement meublée, attend votre arrivée à Bali. La Villa Anam Loft 3 est située dans une communauté résidentielle haut de gamme de quatre propriétés similaires, qui peuvent être louées individuellement ou ensemble en fonction de la taille de votre groupe. Chaque villa dispose de deux chambres et peut accueillir 4 à 5 personnes. La villa est décorée avec soin, avec un environnement extérieur verdoyant et des intérieurs élégants. Vous y trouverez une piscine privée, une cuisine bien équipée, des salons et des salles à manger confortables, ainsi que des équipements modernes conçus pour améliorer votre séjour. La propriété faisant partie d'un petit complexe résidentiel, elle est située à proximité des villas voisines de la communauté.
Anam Loft 3 est une maison de vacances à deux chambres pour quatre personnes. Les deux chambres se trouvent à l'étage supérieur, à l'écart des parties communes du rez-de-chaussée. La première chambre, qui est la suite principale, dispose d'un lit king-size sur une plate-forme surélevée. Toute la pièce est revêtue d'un plancher en bois. Elle est équipée d'un bureau, d'une télévision et d'une grande armoire. Un magnifique lustre est suspendu au plafond. La deuxième chambre se distingue par une fresque peinte représentant un paysage balinais typique. Cette chambre dispose également d'un lit double.
La suite principale est équipée d'une baignoire, tandis que la deuxième chambre dispose d'une douche. Elles disposent toutes deux d'un balcon avec un grand canapé, des chaises et une table. Les personnes supplémentaires peuvent facilement dormir sur le canapé, car ils sont énormes.
La villa est située au cœur du village de Pererenan. Les environs sont typiquement ruraux, avec des rizières, de grands arbres et de grands espaces. Mais vous trouverez également des installations touristiques à proximité. Vous serez entouré d'une végétation luxuriante, même à l'intérieur de la propriété, car il y a un jardin avec de nombreux grands arbres. Après avoir franchi la porte, vous verrez la piscine privée à votre gauche. Elle est équipée de quatre chaises longues, une pour chaque invité. Il y a une zone peu profonde où les jeunes enfants peuvent s'amuser en toute sécurité. Des marches descendent doucement vers la partie plus profonde de la piscine.
Une porte coulissante en verre, du sol au plafond, permet de passer de la terrasse de la piscine à l'intérieur de cette maison. Ses 168 mètres carrés d'espace intérieur sont prévus pour les grands rassemblements familiaux et les réunions. Le mur entier s'ouvre, ce qui donne l'impression que l'espace intérieur est plus grand et plus aéré.
Le rez-de-chaussée ne comporte qu'une seule pièce. L'espace de détente est composé d'un canapé confortable, de fauteuils et d'une table basse moderne. Une table à manger rustique à quatre places est placée dans un autre coin. En outre, la cuisine est équipée de nombreux appareils modernes, de casseroles et de poêles, ainsi que d'un bar à petit-déjeuner. La pièce est décorée de façon moderne. Mais il y a aussi de nombreuses œuvres d'art traditionnelles qui ont été personnellement sélectionnées par le propriétaire de la villa.
La Villa Anam Loft 3 est une location fantastique à tous points de vue pour toute la famille. Les salles de bains sont équipées d'articles de toilette et de serviettes. La cuisine est équipée d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'un congélateur, d'un grille-pain, d'une plaque de cuisson et d'une bouilloire. Vous pouvez cuisiner vous-même ou faire appel à un chef. Les chambres sont équipées d'un coffre-fort. Un bureau de travail adapté aux ordinateurs portables est disponible pour les travaux urgents. Les services optionnels payants comprennent le yoga dans la villa, les massages et le transfert depuis l'aéroport. Vous trouverez également une place de parking en plein air dans cette villa.
Baked Restaurant est le restaurant le plus proche - il se trouve à seulement 170 mètres. Bottega Italiana se trouve à 290 mètres de cette maison de luxe. Vous trouverez de nombreux autres choix à proximité. Pour plus d'options de restauration et de shopping, vous pouvez vous rendre à Seminyak et au centre de Canggu, qui sont très proches. Pererenan possède une plage pittoresque, très appréciée des surfeurs. La plage est accessible à pied en 5 à 7 minutes.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
