A beautifully furnished, modern, elegant, and spacious rental villa awaits your arrival in Bali. Villa Anam Loft 3 is located in an upscale residential community of four similar properties, which can be rented individually or together depending on the size of your group. Each villa features two bedrooms and can accommodate 4–5 guests.
The villa is thoughtfully decorated throughout, with green outdoor surroundings and stylish interiors. You’ll find a private pool, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and modern amenities designed to enhance your stay. As the property is part of a small residential complex, it is positioned near neighboring villas within the community.
Anam Loft 3 is a 2-bedroom holiday home for four guests. You will find both of them on the upper floor, away from the ground floor common areas. The first bedroom, which is the master suite, has the king bed on a raised platform. The entire room has wooden flooring. It has a work desk, television, and a large wardrobe. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling. A unique feature of the second bedroom is the fresco painting that depicts a typical Balinese landscape. This room too has a double bed.
The master suite has a bathtub, while the second bedroom has a shower. They both have balconies with a large sofa, chairs, and a table. Additional guests can easily sleep on the sofa, as they are huge.
The villa is located in the heart of Pererenan village. Its surrounding area is typically rural with rice fields, tall trees, and wide open spaces. But you will also find tourist amenities nearby. You will be surrounded by lush greenery, even inside the estate, as there is a garden with many tall trees. After entering through the door, you will see the private swimming pool to your left. It has four sun beds, one for each guest. There is a shallow area where young children can have fun safely. Steps lead down gently into the deeper section of the swimming pool.
A sliding floor-to-ceiling glass door leads from the poolside deck to the interior of this house. Its 168 square meters of interior space is planned for large family gatherings and reunions. The entire wall opens up, which makes the interior space look bigger and more airy.
The ground floor has just one room. The lounging space has a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a modern coffee table. A rustic four-sitter dining table is placed in another corner. Besides this, you will find the kitchen with many modern appliances, pots, pans, and a breakfast bar. The room has a modern décor. But there are many traditional artworks too that have been personally selected by the villa owner.
Villa Anam Loft 3 is a fantastic rental property in every way for the entire family. The bathrooms have toiletries and towels. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, hob, and kettle. You can cook yourself or ask for a chef. The bedrooms have safes. There is a laptop-friendly work desk in need to do some urgent work. Optional paid services include in-villa yoga, massage, and airport transfer. You will also find an open-air parking space in this villa.
Baked Restaurant is the closest restaurant – it is only 170 meters away. Bottega Italiana is 290 meters from this luxury house. You will find plenty of other choices nearby. For more dining as well as shopping options, you can go to Seminyak and central Canggu, which are very close. Pererenan has a scenic beach, which is popular with surfers. You can walk down to the beach in about 5-7 minutes.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
