Villa Nagasutra is a seven-bedroom, oceanfront clifftop villa in Uluwatu, built around a wide central courtyard where the pool and lounge decks become the natural meeting point.
The look is polished Balinese-modern; stone walls, clean lines, and generous glass doors that keep the sea in sight without sacrificing comfort.
Days here tend to revolve around the infinity-edge pool, long meals, and unhurried sunsets.
With plenty of space to spread out, it’s easy to feel together as a group without being on top of each other.
The overall feel is calm and well-managed, with the kind of setup that makes group holidays run smoothly.
Pool View Room 2
All 7 bedrooms at Villa Nagasutra are designed for real rest; airy, quiet, and finished with soft neutrals, timber floors, and big curtains that help with sleep-ins.
Each room has air-conditioning, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom, so everyone gets their own space and routine.
The standout is the larger suite with a canopy king bed and a more generous feel, ideal for the main couple in the group.
Bathrooms lean luxe and practical, with double vanities in several rooms and indoor-outdoor touches like garden-facing windows.
A thoughtful detail for families: two of the rooms are arranged with connecting twin-bed setups, making it easier to keep younger kids close while still giving adults privacy.
Overall, the layout suits a mix of couples, friends, and family members without anyone drawing the short straw.
Main Pool: 15 x 8 meters; Children’s Pool: 8 x 5 meters
The outdoors are the main event at Villa Nagasutra, with a long infinity pool pointing straight toward the ocean and plenty of deck space for lounging.
It’s the kind of setting where mornings start with a swim and coffee, and afternoons drift into sunset without needing a plan.
There’s a clifftop bale for shade and sea breezes, plus a separate traditional pavilion housing the jacuzzi, perfect after a day out in Uluwatu.
A lawn area adds extra room for kids to play or for groups to gather away from the pool edge.
For meals outside, the villa includes an alfresco dining area with a bar, which is especially good for slow, social dinners at home.
The whole outdoor flow feels spacious and secure. Easy to enjoy, easy to supervise with children around.
Indoors, the villa is built for groups who actually spend time together.
The main living pavilion is open and bright with a high ceiling, marble-style checkered flooring, and a generous seating area that works for movie nights or pre-dinner drinks.
The 14-seat dining table is a natural anchor point; ideal for shared breakfasts, birthday dinners, or simply keeping everyone in one place without squeezing.
Large doors open back to the pool deck, so the indoors never feel cut off from the view.
There’s also a dedicated space with a billiard table, which guests tend to gravitate to when the sun is strong or the day winds down.
The overall design is comfortable rather than precious. Made for living, not tiptoeing around.
Stays at Villa Nagasutra include helpful on-site support such as housekeeping and security service, making group stays feel easy and stress-free. Meals, including breakfast and chef services, can be arranged at an additional cost. Family essentials like a cot or high chair are also available on request (extra cost).
In Uluwatu, our Villa Finder Concierge team can assist with airport transfers, a private driver, massage appointments, and support for special celebrations.
This villa is suitable for private events and special gatherings. Please note that the advertised rate is for accommodation only. Any event held at the villa is subject to a separate event package, which includes both the villa rental and event usage fees. Please contact us for more information regarding event packages and venue arrangements.
This part of Uluwatu is all about dramatic coastline, beach days, and sunset drives.
Pandawa Beach is one of the closest favourites! Great for a proper swim, an easy family beach day, or simply seeing the cliffs from below.
Surfers and explorers usually add Green Bowl to the list, while culture lovers make time for Uluwatu Temple for its clifftop setting and classic Bali energy.
Expect scenic roads and a quieter, more residential feel compared to Seminyak.
Dining is a short drive away, with plenty of clifftop restaurants and beach clubs scattered across the peninsula.
Because the area isn’t very walkable, having a driver makes days smoother, especially for groups coordinating different plans.
10/10We stayed at Villa Nagasutra with a group of 15 and had an amazing time. The villa looks even better in real life than in the photos, with stunning cliff and ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The staff were fantastic — super responsive, attentive, and always ready to help. Siti, the manager, was especially helpful and made everything run smoothly for us. We also tried the in‑villa dinning service and it was excellent. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!
9.6/10Villa Finder is a terrific service. The team was very helpful at answering our questions and arranged various transport for our group of 12. The villa was also incredible and everyone had a great time. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
10/10The villa is wonderful and the views are amazing. Even the place of the villa is considered cool and has cool breezes. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are luxurious and spacious, and the swimming pool has wonderful views. We didn't want to leave. Prepare yourself for the presence of insects everywhere, plane and crawling but that is the nature of nature there with the crew very helpful and willing to help especially City and Anis 😁 😊 The road to the place is a bit intrusive and a narrow street. The best in Bali is to have a private driver to rest.
9.8/10Staff is absolutely amazing, very kind, helpful and very very discreet. Villa is fantastic, perfect set up, beds super comfortable, the smell of frangipanes is heavenly good, food amazing and abundant. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much to all of you!
10/10Amazing villa for a group or a family. With incredibly helpful staff.
10/10great for group of friends or family stay, worth the value. The view is so breathtaking
8.2/10The meal was good and local. The location is near sea, very good. The service was attentive by all the stafg. The house manager was responsible and proactive.
10/10This villa is superb.
10/10Exceptional villa with beautiful views.
8/10The views were stunning!!! There were paragliders flying past most days which was fun to watch and you could see all the way to the beach and watch the sunset from the outdoor seating. The pool was also a highlight, large enough for us all to splash around and some shallower areas to dip your feet in. Feels like it's setup more for a group of families or friends with the 2 single beds rooms added-on to 2 of the main rooms (with adjoining doors and separate access). It was good to have some extra spaces like the loungeroom and outdoor seating sections so everyone has a bit of space. The staff were sweet and tried their best to accommodate us. They made my partner special chicken soup when he was unwell which was really thoughtful of them. However, they had limited English and were not very proactive. A lot of the time they hid out in the back kitchen and we'd have to go find them if we needed anything. They were helpful when approached, it was just a bit of a hunt to find them in the first place and not much was explained on arrival. There wasn't much shade outside (and it was very hot most days), if there were bigger umbrellas by the pool/more shade generally, we would have spent more time outside than in the rooms. The location is a little off the beaten track. A few roads only fit one car so there can be some stopping and reversing to let other cars through. Definitely not walkable - you have to take a car/scooter to access. Approx. 30 minutes drive from Finns, Sundays, Uluwatu Temple etc. It would be an absolute amazing villa if some items were finessed and fixed.
9.2/10Beautiful villa. Well taken care of; neat and clean! Service is wonderful: great chef, pleasant maids, and nice drivers. Close to Pandawa Beach where we went kayaking. A little far from the central part of Bali but very peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool and gazebo were two of our favorite places to spend time. There is AC in every room which made our stay very pleasant and the rooms are luxurious! We were a family of 15 and everyone thought the villa was the best part of our trip!
