Anam Loft 3 - это дом для отдыха с 2 спальнями, рассчитанный на четырех гостей. Обе спальни находятся на верхнем этаже, вдали от общих помещений первого этажа. В первой спальне, которая является главной, установлена двуспальная кровать на приподнятой платформе. Во всей комнате деревянный пол. В ней есть рабочий стол, телевизор и большой шкаф для одежды. С потолка свисает красивая люстра. Уникальной особенностью второй спальни является фресковая роспись, изображающая типичный балийский пейзаж. В этой комнате также есть двуспальная кровать.
В главной спальне есть ванна, а во второй спальне - душ. Обе спальни имеют балконы с большим диваном, креслами и столом. Дополнительные гости могут легко разместиться на диване, так как он просто огромен.
Вилла расположена в самом центре деревни Переренан. Ее окрестности типично сельские: рисовые поля, высокие деревья и широкие открытые пространства. Но поблизости вы также найдете туристические удобства. Даже внутри поместья вы будете окружены пышной зеленью, ведь здесь разбит сад с множеством высоких деревьев. Войдя в дом, вы увидите слева от себя частный бассейн. В нем есть четыре шезлонга, по одному для каждого гостя. Здесь есть неглубокая зона, где маленькие дети могут безопасно развлекаться. Ступеньки плавно спускаются в более глубокую часть бассейна.
Раздвижная стеклянная дверь от пола до потолка ведет с палубы у бассейна во внутренние помещения этого дома. Его внутреннее пространство площадью 168 квадратных метров предназначено для больших семейных встреч и воссоединений. Вся стена открывается, благодаря чему внутреннее пространство кажется больше и воздушнее.
На первом этаже находится всего одна комната. В зоне отдыха есть удобный диван, кресла и современный журнальный столик. В другом углу стоит деревенский четырехместный обеденный стол. Кроме того, здесь вы найдете кухню с многочисленной современной техникой, кастрюлями, сковородками и барной стойкой. Комната оформлена в современном стиле. Но есть и много традиционных произведений искусства, которые были отобраны лично владельцем виллы.
Вилла Anam Loft 3 - это фантастическое во всех отношениях жилье для всей семьи. В ванных комнатах есть туалетные принадлежности и полотенца. На кухне есть микроволновая печь, холодильник, морозильная камера, тостер, плита и чайник. Вы можете готовить сами или пригласить повара. В спальнях есть сейфы. Для выполнения срочной работы имеется удобный рабочий стол для ноутбука. Дополнительные платные услуги включают йогу в вилле, массаж и трансфер из аэропорта. Также на вилле есть открытая парковка.
Ближайший ресторан - Baked Restaurant - находится всего в 170 метрах. Bottega Italiana находится в 290 метрах от этого роскошного дома. Поблизости вы найдете множество других вариантов. За дополнительными вариантами ресторанов и магазинов вы можете отправиться в Семиньяк и центр Канггу, которые находятся совсем рядом. В Переренане есть живописный пляж, который популярен среди серферов. Вы можете дойти до пляжа примерно за 5-7 минут.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
