De slaapkamer op de begane grond is voorzien van airconditioning en is toegankelijk via de woonkamer of de glazen schuifdeuren die direct uitkomen op het sprankelende zwembad. De kamer heeft een kingsize bed, een bureau en een flatscreentelevisie. Er is ook een op maat gemaakte inloopkast voordat je de halfopen ensuite badkamer binnengaat met twee wastafels, regendouche, bad en veel ruimte om je persoonlijke toiletspullen op te bergen. De trap in de woonkamer leidt naar de tweede slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping. De slaapkamer boven is ingericht met een kingsize hemelbed gedrapeerd in muskietengaas, een bureau en een flatscreentelevisie. De kamer heeft zowel een ventilator als airconditioning en een eigen balkon met een paar houten bankstoelen en een salontafel vanwaar je kunt genieten van een paar drankjes terwijl je de zonsondergang ziet.

In het hart van deze L-vormige villa ligt een uitnodigend zwembad van 11 meter, omringd door weelderig tropisch groen dat zorgt voor een oase van privacy. Op het warme houten terras staan een ligbed en twee relaxte zitzakken, perfect om de gouden zonnestralen van Bali op te snuiven, in een goed boek te duiken of weg te dromen in een lui middagdutje terwijl de eilandbries over je heen waait.
Onder het hoge gewelfde houten dak bevindt zich de leefruimte in de open lucht die optimaal profiteert van het tropische klimaat van Bali. Luchtig en ruim met terracotta tegels op de vloer, beschikt de ruimte over drie verschillende gebieden: de woonkamer, de eetkamer en de keuken. De leefruimte is ingericht met twee comfortabele sofa-stijl dagbedden met diepe kussens, een salontafel en voorzien van een flatscreen TV en DVD-speler. Het eetgedeelte is ingericht met een houten tafel met glazen blad voor zes personen. Aangrenzend is de keuken, ingebouwd in de kopse muur en voorzien van een marmeren werkblad en een tweepits gaskookplaat. De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft, zoals een grote koelkast, een fornuis, een oven en een magnetron.

De ligging van Villa Ku Tama is onovertroffen. Jalan Oberoi, de beroemde 'eetstraat', met zijn trendy boetieks, spa's, cafés en restaurants zoals Kilo en Zibiru liggen op slechts een korte loopafstand van de villa. En voor een bruisend nachtleven loopt u naar de Dhyana Pura 'party' straat. De iconische Ku De Ta beach club, waar u Bali's verbazingwekkend mooie zonsondergang kunt bekijken, ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de scooter of auto.

Both villas were amazing, facilities were everything you could ask for. Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be more central. A once in a lifetime experience that was made truly wonderful by this place. Definitely recommend.

9.6/10We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Ku Tama. Dewi and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. It had everything you could need and the location was fantastic. Super easy to get to anywhere. Coffee shop at the end of street, ATM in the Mmart also at the end of the street. Address is a bit fiddly to find on google maps - ask the staff for help if you are ordering off Grab etc. Would definitely stay again :)
10/10We stayed at Villa Ku Tama for 10 days and it was the most amazing experience! Not only do you have somewhere nice to stay but the staff here were incredible too. Shoutout to Dewi and her amazing team for making our stay the most comfortable. From morning to night they were there to help us with all our needs. The pool is very big and spacious for bigger groups and the rooms are HUGE! One of my favourite parts to the villa. There is a lot of space for you to lounge around in and for all your luggage/clothes. The bathrooms are massive as well. We really enjoyed this villa and will definitely book again with this team!

8.8/10If you are looking for a Villa that is close to Eat St and many other most visited places in Seminyak, than you should consider Villa Ku Tama. The concierge team can help with all the services you need, taxi's, restaurant reservations and suggestions of places to visit. They were amazing. The food was also a highlight that was provided. We had breakfast included but they can provide lunch and dinner.
10/10We booked both Villa Ku Tama & Villa Ku Besar to make up the 8 bedroom property for our multi generational family group of 14 people and we could not have been happier. The layout suited us perfectly allowing for plenty of time together but enough space without feeling cramped. The Villas are lovely and the staff, Dewi and her team looked after us so well. There are 2 x 24/7 convenience stores at the end of the lane leading to the villa so getting drinks and snacks was easy and it was only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. I would not hesitate booking one or both of the Ku properties, you won't be disappointed!
9.8/10We were wowed upon arrival at the beauty of the villa and rooms. The kids were literally speechless. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we settled in quickly to swim and order dinner in from the Corner House. Three generations of family travelling together, there were 10 in our group with ages ranging from 11 to 80. Booking the accommodation via Bali Villa Finder was simple and Viesztra was extremely helpful and good at communicating with us. We had transport organised through them which made arriving at the airport as a big group so much easier. The villa offered plenty of space and room options for the 3 couples and 4 children. The central location was perfect for eating and shopping and the villa location down the gang provided seclusion and privacy from the hussle of Seminyak. We felt very safe at the property. We had breakfast each morning at the villa which was delicious juices, fruit, eggs and pancakes. Most days we had lunch and dinner out in one of the local restaurants but we also ordered additional lunches from our villa chefs and ordered in from Corner House and Waco Burger a couple of times which were both ordered via WhatsApp and paid for in cash when it arrived. The staff helped us order transport as we required which was very reasonably priced and easily arranged. Everyone in our group just wanted to stay longer and we will definitely return to stay here when we are next in Bali.
9.6/10We were a family group of 12 using 5 bedrooms across the 2 villas for a week. (Now upgraded - 8 rooms available). Villa was stunning and staff on hand for any request. Cannot recommend villas or staff highly enough. Located down quiet alley opposite coffee shop, plenty of restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to main area of Eat Street. Absolutely loved it.
