We booked this villa (alongside Villa Ku Besar next door) for a week with friends, having our engagement party in Ku Besar. Both villas were amazing, facilities were everything you could ask for. Rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be more central. A once in a lifetime experience that was made truly wonderful by this place. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Ku Tama. Dewi and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. It had everything you could need and the location was fantastic. Super easy to get to anywhere. Coffee shop at the end of street, ATM in the Mmart also at the end of the street. Address is a bit fiddly to find on google maps - ask the staff for help if you are ordering off Grab etc. Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed at Villa Ku Tama for 10 days and it was the most amazing experience! Not only do you have somewhere nice to stay but the staff here were incredible too. Shoutout to Dewi and her amazing team for making our stay the most comfortable. From morning to night they were there to help us with all our needs. The pool is very big and spacious for bigger groups and the rooms are HUGE! One of my favourite parts to the villa. There is a lot of space for you to lounge around in and for all your luggage/clothes. The bathrooms are massive as well. We really enjoyed this villa and will definitely book again with this team!

If you are looking for a Villa that is close to Eat St and many other most visited places in Seminyak, than you should consider Villa Ku Tama. The concierge team can help with all the services you need, taxi's, restaurant reservations and suggestions of places to visit. They were amazing. The food was also a highlight that was provided. We had breakfast included but they can provide lunch and dinner.

We booked both Villa Ku Tama & Villa Ku Besar to make up the 8 bedroom property for our multi generational family group of 14 people and we could not have been happier. The layout suited us perfectly allowing for plenty of time together but enough space without feeling cramped. The Villas are lovely and the staff, Dewi and her team looked after us so well. There are 2 x 24/7 convenience stores at the end of the lane leading to the villa so getting drinks and snacks was easy and it was only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. I would not hesitate booking one or both of the Ku properties, you won't be disappointed!

We were wowed upon arrival at the beauty of the villa and rooms. The kids were literally speechless. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we settled in quickly to swim and order dinner in from the Corner House. Three generations of family travelling together, there were 10 in our group with ages ranging from 11 to 80. Booking the accommodation via Bali Villa Finder was simple and Viesztra was extremely helpful and good at communicating with us. We had transport organised through them which made arriving at the airport as a big group so much easier. The villa offered plenty of space and room options for the 3 couples and 4 children. The central location was perfect for eating and shopping and the villa location down the gang provided seclusion and privacy from the hussle of Seminyak. We felt very safe at the property. We had breakfast each morning at the villa which was delicious juices, fruit, eggs and pancakes. Most days we had lunch and dinner out in one of the local restaurants but we also ordered additional lunches from our villa chefs and ordered in from Corner House and Waco Burger a couple of times which were both ordered via WhatsApp and paid for in cash when it arrived. The staff helped us order transport as we required which was very reasonably priced and easily arranged. Everyone in our group just wanted to stay longer and we will definitely return to stay here when we are next in Bali.

We were a family group of 12 using 5 bedrooms across the 2 villas for a week. (Now upgraded - 8 rooms available). Villa was stunning and staff on hand for any request. Cannot recommend villas or staff highly enough. Located down quiet alley opposite coffee shop, plenty of restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to main area of Eat Street. Absolutely loved it.

We stayed as group of 9 - mix adults and teens, in Villas Ku . One larger Empat (4 bedrooms) and smaller Dua (2 beds). The quality of rooms and facilities very high. Staff excellent.

Had great stay. Big bathrooms, vice villa. Close to all the top spots, restaurants bars and beaches. Staff were very helpful, transport to and from the airport.
