Tucked down a secure lane, Villa Ku Tama is a 3 bedroom villa with a fantastic tropical living space, pool and garden, covering all your holiday needs. With its prime location in central Seminyak, the beach is within a twenty-minute walk and you’re a short skip away from Oberoi street for Seminyak’s best shopping and eating! This property ticks all the boxes, great style, great service, private and in a great location. Time to start packing!
The air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor can be accessed via the living room or the sliding glass doors that open directly onto the sparkling pool. The room features a king-size bed, writing desk and flat-screen TV with DVD player. There is also a custom built walk-in wardrobe before entering the semi-open sky ensuite bathroom with twin washbasins, rain shower, bathtub and lots of space to store your personal toiletries.
The wooden staircase located in the living room leads to the second bedroom on the first floor. The upstairs bedroom is furnished with a four-poster king-size bed draped in mosquito netting writing desk and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. The room has both fan and AC and a private balcony with a pair of wooden sofa chairs and coffee table from where you can enjoy a few drinks while catching the sunset. There is a generous walk-in wardrobe just before the ensuite bathroom featuring twin washbasins, rain shower and ricefield views.

The 11 meter pool is at the center of this L-shaped villa and is surrounded by tropical plants. The wooden deck area comes with a sun bed and 2 bean bag sun loungers, making it the perfect place to soak up Bali’s tropical sunshine, read a book or enjoy an afternoon nap perhaps.
Under the high vaulted wood-shingled roof, is the open-air living area making the most of Bali’s tropical climate. Airy and spacious with terracotta tiles on the floor, the space features three distinct areas: the living room, the dining room and kitchen. The living space is furnished with two comfortable sofa-style daybeds with deep cushions, a coffee table and equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area is furnished with a wooden table with glass top for six. Adjacent to this, the kitchen is built into the end wall and fitted with a marble worktop and a two-burner gas hob. It is equipped with everything you need including a large fridge, cooking stove, oven and microwave.
The friendly staff of Villa Ku Tama will take care of you during your stay. Should guests have any special requests for a massage at the villa, staff will go the extra mile to make these wishes come true. Villa Ku Tama is neighboured by the five-bedroom Villa Ku Besar, so it also works well for extended groups.
The location of Villa Ku Tama is unbeatable. Jalan Oberoi, the renowned 'eat street', with its trendy boutiques, spas, cafés and restaurants such as Kilo and Zibiru are just a short walk away from the villa. And for vibrant night-life walk down to Dhyana Pura 'party' street. The iconic Ku De Ta beach club, where you can watch Bali's amazingly beautiful sunset, is just a 5 minute drive away by scooter or car.
9.6/10We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Ku Tama. Dewi and the staff were so welcoming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. It had everything you could need and the location was fantastic. Super easy to get to anywhere. Coffee shop at the end of street, ATM in the Mmart also at the end of the street. Address is a bit fiddly to find on google maps - ask the staff for help if you are ordering off Grab etc. Would definitely stay again :)
10/10We stayed at Villa Ku Tama for 10 days and it was the most amazing experience! Not only do you have somewhere nice to stay but the staff here were incredible too. Shoutout to Dewi and her amazing team for making our stay the most comfortable. From morning to night they were there to help us with all our needs. The pool is very big and spacious for bigger groups and the rooms are HUGE! One of my favourite parts to the villa. There is a lot of space for you to lounge around in and for all your luggage/clothes. The bathrooms are massive as well. We really enjoyed this villa and will definitely book again with this team!

10/10We booked both Villa Ku Tama & Villa Ku Besar to make up the 8 bedroom property for our multi generational family group of 14 people and we could not have been happier. The layout suited us perfectly allowing for plenty of time together but enough space without feeling cramped. The Villas are lovely and the staff, Dewi and her team looked after us so well. There are 2 x 24/7 convenience stores at the end of the lane leading to the villa so getting drinks and snacks was easy and it was only a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants and a large supermarket. I would not hesitate booking one or both of the Ku properties, you won't be disappointed!
9.8/10We were wowed upon arrival at the beauty of the villa and rooms. The kids were literally speechless. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we settled in quickly to swim and order dinner in from the Corner House. Three generations of family travelling together, there were 10 in our group with ages ranging from 11 to 80. Booking the accommodation via Bali Villa Finder was simple and Viesztra was extremely helpful and good at communicating with us. We had transport organised through them which made arriving at the airport as a big group so much easier. The villa offered plenty of space and room options for the 3 couples and 4 children. The central location was perfect for eating and shopping and the villa location down the gang provided seclusion and privacy from the hussle of Seminyak. We felt very safe at the property. We had breakfast each morning at the villa which was delicious juices, fruit, eggs and pancakes. Most days we had lunch and dinner out in one of the local restaurants but we also ordered additional lunches from our villa chefs and ordered in from Corner House and Waco Burger a couple of times which were both ordered via WhatsApp and paid for in cash when it arrived. The staff helped us order transport as we required which was very reasonably priced and easily arranged. Everyone in our group just wanted to stay longer and we will definitely return to stay here when we are next in Bali.
9.6/10We were a family group of 12 using 5 bedrooms across the 2 villas for a week. (Now upgraded - 8 rooms available). Villa was stunning and staff on hand for any request. Cannot recommend villas or staff highly enough. Located down quiet alley opposite coffee shop, plenty of restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to main area of Eat Street. Absolutely loved it.

10/10The Review is a little late i.e. one year on but I absolutely wanted to posted it because we had the most wonderful stay at the villa - everything was perfect but what made it most magical is just how much you were cared for by all the staff there. From the little touches of homemade jams in the morning to them sorting out everything we needed including massages on location on of the afternoon. We felt like king and queens and would definitely recommend it for anyone needing a little bit of paradise.
