Villa Joss ligt in de buurt van Batu Belig strand. Het is een geweldige locatie in de buurt van het strand in een relatief rustige buurt en toch vlakbij de attracties van Seminyak! Dit vier-slaapkamer vakantiehuis is de perfecte villa met vanuit elke slaapkamer een geweldig uitzicht. Er is ook een groot zwembad in de looplengte van de villa. De villa heeft de beste diensten en faciliteiten voor de gasten om uw verblijf onvergetelijk en perfect te maken in elk opzicht!
De master bedroom of suite ligt op de begane grond naast het zwembad en is ontworpen met glazen wanden voor een prachtig uitzicht op het terrein, maar deze kunnen worden afgesloten met gordijnen voor wat privacy. De kamer is ingericht met een weelderig kingsize bed en de hele kamer schreeuwt om comfort. Aan de kamer is ook een grote badkamer verbonden met een groot bad dat uitkijkt op een met glas omsloten minituin. Een andere master suite of de Joss suite bevindt zich tegenover de master suite en kijkt ook uit op het zwembad. Ook deze suite heeft een en-suite badkamer met een bad.
De twee gastenkamers van Villa Joss bevinden zich op de bovenverdieping tegenover elkaar. De eerste kamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed en de tweede met een eenpersoonsbed, en elke kamer heeft een eigen balkon met prachtig uitzicht op het goed onderhouden landgoed. Beide kamers hebben een eigen en-suite badkamer met de beste voorzieningen.

Het prachtige buitenleven in Villa Joss wordt versterkt door het weelderige zwembad van 16 meter te midden van het tropische gebladerte. Bij het zwembad staan ligstoelen en parasols voor een perfecte rustplek na een leuke tijd spetteren in het zwembad! Nip aan een drankje of werk aan uw kleurtje terwijl u zich koestert in de glorie van Seminyak.
Net naast het zwembad is een jacuzzi voor uw gebruik, bubbelend met water om uw zintuigen te prikkelen, de jacuzzi is uitgerust met een parasol en een tafel om uw drankjes vast te houden terwijl u ontspant in het water en al uw stress laat verdwijnen! Een gazebo direct in de goed onderhouden tuin heeft een groot dagbed, comfortabel en gezellig, en een grote eettafel om buiten te eten met de koele Balinese lucht die uw geest en ziel verfrist.
Aan de ene kant van het zwembad is een luxe en weelderige woonruimte. In deze luxe ruimte staan pluche leren banken en stoelen rond een salontafel en een grote eettafel ernaast. Een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken is toegankelijk voor de gasten, en is voorzien van moderne apparatuur zoals een koelkast, magnetron, enz. voor het geval u zin heeft om iets te koken voor uw familie en vrienden.
Een multifunctionele ruimte met bureaus en stoelen, een comfortabele zithoek met banken en een flatscreen-tv staat ook tot uw beschikking. Deze kamer is ideaal als u films wilt kijken of nog wat werk wilt doen! De kamer kijkt uit op de waterpartij van Villa Joss, die een rustgevende en meditatieve sfeer geeft aan het hele pand.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat een groot deel van de dag voor u klaar als u iets nodig heeft. De kok zal meer dan bereid zijn om een aantal verrukkelijke maaltijden voor u te bereiden, als u lokale lekkernijen wilt eten! U kunt zelfs vragen om een chauffeur die u tegen een redelijke vergoeding door Seminyak kan rondrijden.
Villa Joss ligt naast het Batu Belig strand, waardoor u gemakkelijk toegang heeft tot het strand. Als u een avond uit wil dan is Mozaic beachclub de plek voor u. In de omgeving liggen grote restaurants die zeker de moeite waard zijn om uit te proberen, zoals Metis, Sardine en Bambu. De beroemde Ku De Ta strandclub ligt op korte afstand van de villa, zodat u kunt genieten een drankje in de avonduren!
10/10We just enjoyed a fabulous 5 night stay in Villa Joss, celebrating Birthdays with our family. From the moment we arrived we were stunned at how wonderful it is, exactly like the photos. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even on the night of our family party, a big thankyou to them. The location couldn't be better, 1 minute walk to the beach, close to 2 convenience stores and very easy to get Grab taxis to the restaurants/shops etc. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again.

9.4/10Excellent location, lots of space for the group to hang around and chill, right by the beach in seminyak. Place was cleaned and well maintained by diligent staff. The second floor is accessed by the stairs, so just fyi if you have people bringing lots of luggage. Concierge Sari was exemplary - we really relied on her help to book everything from transport to restaurants and give suggestions. 9.8/10We stayed here for our first visit to Bali. We thought we'd try something different, given we were travelling as a group of 6 and booked this Villa through villafinders. The booking process was seamless and communication was perfect. Per room, per night this worked out being much cheaper than an equivalent quality resort room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made our experience a wonderful one. It's a short walk to the beach and there's plenty of coffee places just up the road for my morning fix of caffeine. All up a fabulous stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well airconditioned. I'd highly recommend this.
10/10A wonderful family Villa located with easy access to Seminyak and Canguu. The Villa staff are welcoming making your stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast served daily at a time that is accommodating to the days planned activities. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a spacious, private well serviced Villa. 5 Stars!!

10/10Super nice stay, great location to all the attractions yet with privacy as it is not too near the nightlife. In-house Butlers were amazing, very helpful and polite. Pool was big compared to the other villas nearby.
9.6/10We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Joss and it was only made more enjoyable by the attentive staff. They were very eager to help in everything from cooking breakfast to organizing onsite massages. The shore is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, but it isn't a walk for the faint of heart- no sidewalks and erratic drivers. We highly recommend lunching at a restaurant called SARDINE one day. It's a high-end restaurant on a boutique rice patty in central Seminyak. It's offers delicious cuusine in a quiet respite from bustling Seminyak. Bambu is a must for dinner and reservations are recommended (ask to be seated in the "island" surrounded by a moat). Both the ambiance and the food was spectacular. For drinks, avoid the W hotel and make sunset cocktails at Mozaic (walking distance from Villa Joss) and the Rock Bar (45 minutes drive from Seminyak) a priority. Lastly, I recommend using the Villa's airport transportation service because roads are poorly marked and, even with GPS, a taxi driver may have difficulty finding the Villa.
9.6/10Truly a perfect setting to relax and be pampered - and a perfect example of the true Balinese tradition of warm, friendly hospitality. Highly recommended! An architect-designed haven on the outskirts of Seminyak, with a separate "sleeping pavilion" (4 very large bedrooms on two floors) two dining areas each with different areas for relaxing, and a spacious, cool study area, plua a 16m pool and recliners and a jacuzzi - all of very high quality. We were six - two each from three generations - and we all loved the space and the tranquillity. The team who run the place provide service from dawn to late evening, all done with charm and a powerful service ethic - nothing was too much trouble. All we had to do was choose from the extensive menu. There was a driver available at a reasonable charge for half- or whole-day excursions. We loved this villa!
