Villa Joss is located near Batu Belig beach, therefore it makes for a great location near to the beach and close to all the goodness of Seminyak! This four-bedroom luxury retreat is the perfect holiday home offering the best views from the bedrooms and a large swimming pool running the length of the villa. The villa has the best services and amenities for its guests, to make your stay memorable and perfect in every way!
The master bedroom or suite is situated on the ground floor right beside the swimming pool and is designed with glass walls for a marvellous view of the property, however these can closed-off with curtains for some privacy. The room is furnished with an opulent king-sized bed and the entire room screams of comfort. A master bathroom is also attached to the room with a large soaking tub which looks out a glass enclosed mini-garden. Another master suite or the Joss suite is located opposite the master suite also opening out to the pool. This one too has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub.
The two guest bedrooms at Villa Joss are located on the upper floor opposite from each other. The first room is furnished with a king-sized bed and the second with a single bed, and each room has a private balcony offering beautiful views of the well-kept property. Both rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms fitted with the best amenities.

The gorgeous outdoors at Villa Joss are heightened because of the lavish 16-metre swimming pool nestled amidst tropical foliage. The pool is accompanied by recliners and umbrellas for a perfect resting spot after a fun time splashing around in the pool! Sip on some drinks or get working on your tan while you bask in the glory of Seminyak.
Just beside the swimming pool is a Jacuzzi for your use, bubbling with water to awaken your senses, the Jacuzzi is fitted with an umbrella and table to hold your drinks while you relax in the water and let it release all your stress! A gazebo right on the well-manicured garden holds a large daybed, comfortable and cosy and a large dining table for some al-fresco dining with the cool Balinese air refreshing your mind and soul.
A luxurious and opulent living area is situated on one side of the swimming pool. This luxe space holds plush leather couches and chairs placed around a coffee table and a large dining table right beside it. A fully-equipped modern kitchen is accessible to the guests, and is fitted with modern appliance including a refrigerator, microwave, etc. in case you feel like cooking something for your family and friends.
A multi-purpose room with desks and chairs, a comfortable sitting area with couches and a flat-screen TV is also at your disposal. This room is ideal if you want to watch some films or get some last-minute work done as well! The room opens out to the water-feature of Villa Joss, which affords a calming and meditative ambience to the entire property.
The staff is friendly and will be at your service for a good part of the day in case you need anything at all. The chef will be more than willing to prepare some delectable meals for you, if you wish to eat some local delights! You can even request for a driver who can take you around Seminyak for a reasonable charge.
Villa Joss is located right next to Batu Belig beach providing you easy access to the shore and if you are adventurous and like to party, then Mari beach club is the place for you. Due to its location, you can also hear a traffic noise in the swimming pool and living area.
Some great restaurants to try out are La Vecchia Tana Bali and Bambu. The famous Ku De Ta beach club is a short distance from the villa, so you can enjoy yourselves in the evenings!
9.4/10Excellent location, lots of space for the group to hang around and chill, right by the beach in seminyak. Place was cleaned and well maintained by diligent staff. The second floor is accessed by the stairs, so just fyi if you have people bringing lots of luggage. Concierge Sari was exemplary - we really relied on her help to book everything from transport to restaurants and give suggestions. 9.6/10We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Joss and it was only made more enjoyable by the attentive staff. They were very eager to help in everything from cooking breakfast to organizing onsite massages. The shore is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, but it isn't a walk for the faint of heart- no sidewalks and erratic drivers. We highly recommend lunching at a restaurant called SARDINE one day. It's a high-end restaurant on a boutique rice patty in central Seminyak. It's offers delicious cuusine in a quiet respite from bustling Seminyak. Bambu is a must for dinner and reservations are recommended (ask to be seated in the "island" surrounded by a moat). Both the ambiance and the food was spectacular. For drinks, avoid the W hotel and make sunset cocktails at Mozaic (walking distance from Villa Joss) and the Rock Bar (45 minutes drive from Seminyak) a priority. Lastly, I recommend using the Villa's airport transportation service because roads are poorly marked and, even with GPS, a taxi driver may have difficulty finding the Villa.
9.6/10Truly a perfect setting to relax and be pampered - and a perfect example of the true Balinese tradition of warm, friendly hospitality. Highly recommended! An architect-designed haven on the outskirts of Seminyak, with a separate "sleeping pavilion" (4 very large bedrooms on two floors) two dining areas each with different areas for relaxing, and a spacious, cool study area, plua a 16m pool and recliners and a jacuzzi - all of very high quality. We were six - two each from three generations - and we all loved the space and the tranquillity. The team who run the place provide service from dawn to late evening, all done with charm and a powerful service ethic - nothing was too much trouble. All we had to do was choose from the extensive menu. There was a driver available at a reasonable charge for half- or whole-day excursions. We loved this villa!
