We just enjoyed a fabulous 5 night stay in Villa Joss, celebrating Birthdays with our family. From the moment we arrived we were stunned at how wonderful it is, exactly like the photos. The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even on the night of our family party, a big thankyou to them. The location couldn't be better, 1 minute walk to the beach, close to 2 convenience stores and very easy to get Grab taxis to the restaurants/shops etc. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay again.

This was our first stay in Bali and the experience was amazing.The Villa was just beautiful and staff were awesome.It was very spacious and catered very well for our family.I would definately recommend to stay here.

Excellent location, lots of space for the group to hang around and chill, right by the beach in seminyak. Place was cleaned and well maintained by diligent staff. The second floor is accessed by the stairs, so just fyi if you have people bringing lots of luggage. Concierge Sari was exemplary - we really relied on her help to book everything from transport to restaurants and give suggestions. We stayed here for our first visit to Bali. We thought we'd try something different, given we were travelling as a group of 6 and booked this Villa through villafinders. The booking process was seamless and communication was perfect. Per room, per night this worked out being much cheaper than an equivalent quality resort room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made our experience a wonderful one. It's a short walk to the beach and there's plenty of coffee places just up the road for my morning fix of caffeine. All up a fabulous stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well airconditioned. I'd highly recommend this.

A wonderful family Villa located with easy access to Seminyak and Canguu. The Villa staff are welcoming making your stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast served daily at a time that is accommodating to the days planned activities. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a spacious, private well serviced Villa. 5 Stars!!

Thanks for having us. Great set up. Kids loved the pool. Easy walk to the beach and into Seminyak shops. Lovely outdoor bathrooms and huge baths.

Fantastic location away from the chaos, short walk to beach ~200m . huge villa, very spacious bedrooms and ensuites, huge pool ~18m long. helpful, attentive staff. we really enjoyed our time here and will return some day for sure.

What a great experience we had. Really looking forward to come back to this villa. My 3 girls and their partners enjoyed the space and the huge pool tremendously. Wished we had stayed longer. Now back to Singapore ?? and Australia ?? with very sweet memories. Thank u Bali. Thank u Indonesia

Super nice stay, great location to all the attractions yet with privacy as it is not too near the nightlife. In-house Butlers were amazing, very helpful and polite. Pool was big compared to the other villas nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Joss and it was only made more enjoyable by the attentive staff. They were very eager to help in everything from cooking breakfast to organizing onsite massages. The shore is a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel, but it isn't a walk for the faint of heart- no sidewalks and erratic drivers. We highly recommend lunching at a restaurant called SARDINE one day. It's a high-end restaurant on a boutique rice patty in central Seminyak. It's offers delicious cuusine in a quiet respite from bustling Seminyak. Bambu is a must for dinner and reservations are recommended (ask to be seated in the "island" surrounded by a moat). Both the ambiance and the food was spectacular. For drinks, avoid the W hotel and make sunset cocktails at Mozaic (walking distance from Villa Joss) and the Rock Bar (45 minutes drive from Seminyak) a priority. Lastly, I recommend using the Villa's airport transportation service because roads are poorly marked and, even with GPS, a taxi driver may have difficulty finding the Villa.

Truly a perfect setting to relax and be pampered - and a perfect example of the true Balinese tradition of warm, friendly hospitality. Highly recommended! An architect-designed haven on the outskirts of Seminyak, with a separate "sleeping pavilion" (4 very large bedrooms on two floors) two dining areas each with different areas for relaxing, and a spacious, cool study area, plua a 16m pool and recliners and a jacuzzi - all of very high quality. We were six - two each from three generations - and we all loved the space and the tranquillity. The team who run the place provide service from dawn to late evening, all done with charm and a powerful service ethic - nothing was too much trouble. All we had to do was choose from the extensive menu. There was a driver available at a reasonable charge for half- or whole-day excursions. We loved this villa!
