The Cotton House is een indrukwekkend privéverblijf met 8 slaapkamers in Seminyak, gemaakt voor groepen die waarde hechten aan ruimte, stijl en een sterk gevoel voor karakter. Het ontwerp is gebaseerd op koloniale invloeden, gelaagd met levendige kleuren, patroonvloeren en zorgvuldig geselecteerd meubilair dat de villa een eigen identiteit geeft. Hoewel royaal van schaal, voelt de lay-out eerder uitnodigend dan overweldigend. Verschillende binnen- en buitenleefzones stellen gasten in staat om comfortabel samen te komen of te genieten van rustige momenten apart, allemaal binnen een privélandgoed dicht bij de energie van de stad
De villa heeft acht slaapkamers met airconditioning, elk in een apart paviljoen voor onafhankelijkheid en gemak. Elke kamer heeft een kingsize bed, royale afmetingen en een eigen ensuite badkamer. De badkamers zijn ruim en afgewerkt met inloopdouches en kwaliteitsarmaturen. Deze indeling is bijzonder praktisch voor groepen koppels of uitgebreide gezinnen, zodat iedereen zijn eigen ruimte heeft terwijl ze toch dezelfde thuisbasis delen.

De buitenomgeving wordt omringd door een royaal privézwembad met tropische beplanting en comfortabele ligstoelen. Het is een natuurlijk verzamelpunt voor ontspannen ochtenden, gesprekken bij het zwembad en ongehaaste middagen. Schaduwrijke terrassen en een zitgedeelte kijken uit over de tuin en bieden uitnodigende plekken om te dineren of te ontspannen. Zelfs met een volle groep voelt het terrein open en gemakkelijk om rond te lopen.
In The Cotton House bieden meerdere ruime woonkamers flexibiliteit voor grote groepen. Hoge plafonds, opvallende verlichting en gedurfde stoffen creëren een sfeer die verfijnd en toch toegankelijk aanvoelt. Een grote eethoek biedt plaats aan iedereen rond één tafel, waardoor gezamenlijke maaltijden eenvoudig en aangenaam zijn. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is zowel geschikt voor zelf koken als voor een professionele kok, wat de villa nog geschikter maakt voor langere, feestelijke verblijven.
Een attent team, inclusief dagelijkse schoonmaak, zorgt ervoor dat de villa vlekkeloos en goed georganiseerd blijft gedurende je verblijf. De service is consistent en discreet en helpt het verblijf soepel te laten verlopen. Vanuit The Cotton House ben je slechts enkele minuten verwijderd van het strand van Seminyak en de bekende strandclubs, restaurants en boetiekjes in de buurt. De buurt combineert levendige avonden met gemakkelijke toegang tot de kust overdag. Breng de uren van zonsondergang door bij Potato Head Beach Club of verken de restaurantscene langs Jalan Kayu Aya, en keer dan terug naar de rustige omgeving van de villa. Het is een locatie die alles binnen handbereik houdt met behoud van privacy.
9.2/10Bali Villa Finder have been remarkable arranging two trips to Bali for us. We had many special requirements travelling with 11 guests, 4 of whom were over 80 and Bali Villa Finders arranged everything for us - transfers, day trips, restaurant bookings, wheelchairs and all sorts of special equipment. They also worked out which temples and restaurants were wheelchair accessible which was wonderful. No task or request was too difficult for them to sort out. It took several months of planning and the Villa Finder team had to work very hard making sure everything was in place. They always responded swiftly and were warm friendly and kind. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

10/10The Cotton House really stunning villa. This villa is a stone throw away to some restaurants and shops. The villa staff always keep this villa clean and make it well maintain. I really enjoyed to swim in their L shape pool. Big garden area made my gathering with friends become more fun. Pak Ketut the chef attractive when prepared the birthday cake for one of my best friend. That dinner time will be an unforgettable moments. Many thanks to gave us your best hospitality service while we stayed there. We want to back and stay there again someday.
10/10There is no words can described how great the villa are. The service, the interior, garden, meals, and location it's just perfect! I really recommend this villa especially for the big group. The villa is located in the centre of Seminyak and it's just few minutes walk to the famous Eat street.
10/10Where to start on saying how wonderful our stay at The Cotton House was. From the moment you arrive until your heart wrenching departure the entire staff of the villa go above and beyond to make your stay the most amazing experience ever. We were fortunate enough to have the villa host not only our sons wedding but also our family as guests for a week and cannot fault the entire experience. Thank you for a most memorable stay.
