Villa Anaya Manis is een onlangs gerenoveerde en gelanceerde privévilla in Seminyak met negen slaapkamers, ruime tuinen, modern comfort en meer. Villa Anaya Manis is perfect voor groepen en gezinnen die dicht bij alles willen wonen wat Seminyak te bieden heeft en is van alle gemakken voorzien.
Twee zwembaden, een binnen- en buitenleefervaring en een verbluffend hedendaags design komen samen om je een van de meest gedenkwaardige vakanties aller tijden te bezorgen. Stranden als Petitenget en Seminyak, clubs als Ku De Ta, Potato Head en Motel Mexicola liggen binnen een straal van 3 km.
De vier-slaapkamer master villa en de drie-slaapkamer gasten villa kunnen samen of apart worden geboekt in een combinatie die past bij uw wensen. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, goed gemeubileerd met kingsize bedden met een minimale inrichting. De ramen laten frisse lucht en zonlicht binnen, waardoor de ruimtes helderder worden.
De slaapkamers zijnvoorzien van airconditioning tegen de hitte en u zult de rust en stilte in de slaapkamers echt koesteren. De ensuite badkamers zijn uitgerust met inloopdouches en allerlei moderne voorzieningen. Er zijn twee wastafels, schone handdoeken en toiletartikelen voor uw gemak.

Elk van de twee villa's heeft zijn eigen zwembad. Het hoofdzwembad is 8,5m en het gastenzwembad is 9m. De zwembaden liggen onder de heldere, blauwe hemel zodat u achterover kunt leunen op een vlot en genieten van de zonnige ochtend. Het zwembad is ontworpen met een pooldeck en looppaden in het midden, zodat u gemakkelijk aan beide zijden kunt komen. Er zijn ligstoelen op het zwembaddek om te zonnebaden. Er is een al fresco eethoek op het schaduwrijke terras om buiten te ontbijten. Een rotan lounge zorgt voor een comfortabele en verfrissende plek om 's avonds tijd buiten door te brengen.
Glazen schuifdeuren op het terras onthullen de woon- en eetruimte in elk van de villa's in Villa Anaya Manis. De monochrome esthetiek met zwart, wit en glas in het middelpunt vertaalt zich in een eigentijds interieur. Er is een U-vormige sofa, groot genoeg voor iedereen die uitkijkt op het zwembad met een set deuren aan de achterkant die weelderig groen onthullen. De woonkamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning en flatscreen Smart TV's voor je vermaak. Je kunt naar de woonkamer gaan na een lange dag op het strand, lekker achterover leunen en naar je favoriete tv-programma's of films kijken.
De hoofdvilla en de gastenvilla hebben eetgedeeltes met een 12-zits tafel en een 4-zits tafel plus een ontbijtbar voor voldoende zitplaatsen. De villa's zijn zelfvoorzienend en op zichzelf staand, waardoor je er gemakkelijk volledig gebruik van kunt maken. De volledig uitgeruste, moderne keukens hebben alles wat je nodig hebt om decadente maaltijden te bereiden. Van een koffiezetapparaat en oven tot een wijnkoelkast en waterdispenser, alles is aanwezig. Tegen extra betaling kun je zelfs privékokservice aanvragen. Op deze manier kun je lokale gerechten uitproberen, bereid door professionals voor een smaakvolle ervaring.
Met conciërgeservice, een toegewijde staf en management dat voor je zorgt, biedt Villa Anaya Manis niet alleen luxe wonen, maar ook voorzieningen van wereldklasse. U kunt genieten van de gratis afternoon tea/koffie die dagelijks wordt aangeboden. Het personeel van de villa bestaat uit een manager en huispersoneel met beveiliging, tuinman en zwembadverzorger. Er is een wijnkelder en een fitnessruimte op het terrein. Op verzoek zijn er extra services beschikbaar zoals een privékok, extra babybedjes, oppasservice, rondleidingen en excursies.
De locatie van Villa Anaya Manis is uitzonderlijk, want het ligt op slechts 1,8 km van Seminyak Square, het belangrijkste winkelcentrum in Seminyak. Je hebt restaurants, cafés en bars binnen een straal van 3 km, terwijl de stranden op slechts 10 minuten rijden liggen. Ga naar Potato Head, Ku De Ta of Motel Mexicola voor een drankje. Je kunt zelfs dagtochten maken naar plaatsen als Uluwatu, de Tanah Lot Tempel, Ubud en andere steden op Bali om de wonderen van dit eiland te ervaren.
10/10We had a great stay at this property! The communication was excellent and highly responsive, which made planning easy. The housekeeping team was truly exceptional – they were incredibly accommodating with our breakfast requests and always on hand to assist around the house. Their attentiveness really stood out, especially around the pool where they were always ready with towels and amenities, which the kids absolutely loved. It was a perfect spot for our big family birthday celebration. Overall, everything was wonderful. The only minor note for future guests is that one of the rooms, located in the bottom corner, is on a different level and wasn't quite up to the standard of the other eight rooms, so we didn't end up using it. That said, everything else was truly fantastic. Thanks for a memorable stay!
10/10Our stay at Anaya Manis was nothing short of amazing. The villa is beautifully designed with a perfect mix of Balinese charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, from the elegant interiors to the lush garden surroundings. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. They helped arrange massages and even some fitness activities, which made our stay extra special. It’s hard to find a place that feels this private yet still so thoughtfully serviced. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious escape in Bali! Again, thank you so much for your help.
10/10The photos don't do this villa justice, it was absolutely stunning. The rooms, the two pools and the beautiful staff who will do anything for you, I cannot recommend this villa, in particular if you are celebrating an event, enough. We had a wonderful stay with 11 of us in the villa. Close to a big supermarket and shops to easily keep your villa stocked with the essentials. We hardly ever left the villa, it was just perfect.
9.2/10We stayed at the Villa Anaya Manis over a weekend. We were celebrating a friends birthday and our stay at this beautiful villa made the weekend more special. It’s a spacious, well appointed villa. The interiors are very tastefully done and it’s well equipped to look after every need. The villa also had a lot of staff to cater to the guests. All the members of the staff were very helpful and accommodated our requests. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this lovely property.

10/10This was a large gathering of friends and family who hadn't been together for a while. The villa was perfect, 5 star. By offering 2 villas there us enough separation whilst staying all together. Sofi at Villa Finder helped us over a 5 month period to organise all that we needed and wanted - and we did not make his job any easier with our special requests. We ate as a group 4/5 times with Chefs in the villa. The food that was directly chosen from the given menu was outstanding. Through our own bidding we asked for a dinner with other items on one night... and that didn't go as well but that was our mistake, going off-menu as such. The Villa staff know where to source all items you could ever need and were working hard, til late, happily replenishing stocks if required. The morning team provided lovely breakfasts, we often asked them to grab bakery items in addition with no problems at all. They kept our rooms and the villas clean, the pool and grounds were well maintained and the security staff at night were vigilant. WiFi was a little iffy at times but that was more to do with provider signal than the villa's set up I think. We were able to work from the villa once spots were identified. I cannot recommend Villa Anaya Manis highly enough. Thank you for a memorable stay!
10/10Awesome villa and perfect for the our group - came here for my 50th and everything was lovely. From being met at the airport, greeted at the villa with the friendly staff to the way we were treated it was 5 star!
10/10We came for a 50th birthday girls' ladies vacation. The villa was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We made many memories here, lots of laughter all under the supervision of "manis" the mansion dog. Thank you for making the day + stay so special.

10/10What I loved most about Villa Anaya Manis was the layout. So much room for the family and with 2 pool the kids were never bored. The location was perfect too.Far enough from the noise of Seminyak central but close enough by a quick taxi ride which was always easy to get. Happy we stayed here for our Bali trip.
