The nine-bedroom villa. The bedrooms are spacious, well-furnished with king-sized beds with minimal decor. The windows allow in fresh air and sunlight brightening the spaces.
Air-conditioned to beat the heat, you will truly cherish the quiet and tranquillity in the bedrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers and all manner of modern amenities. There are twin sinks, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

Each of the two villas has its own pool. The master pool is 8.5m and the guest pool is 9m. The swimming pools lie under the clear, blue skies so you can lay back on a float and enjoy the sunny morning. The pool area has been designed with a pool deck and walkways in the middle so you can access either side with ease. There are sun chairs on the pool deck for sunbathing. There is an al fresco dining area on the shaded terrace for breakfast outdoors. A rattan lounge makes for a comfortable and refreshing spot in the evening to spend time outside.
Sliding glass doors on the terrace reveal the living and dining area in each of the villas at Villa Anaya Manis. The monochrome aesthetic with black, white and glass taking center stage translates into contemporary interiors. There is a U-shaped sofa, large enough for everyone overlooking the pool with a set of doors in the back revealing lush greenery. The living areas are air-conditioned and fitted with flat-screen Smart TVs for your entertainment. You can head to the living room after a long day on the beach, kick back, and watch your favourite TV shows or movies.
The master villa and the guest villa have dining areas with a 12-seater table and a four-seater table plus a breakfast bar for ample seating. The villas are self-sufficient and standalone making it easy for you to use them fully. The fully-equipped, modern kitchens have all you need to prepare decadent meals. From a coffee maker and oven to a wine fridge and water dispenser, it is fully-stocked. You may even request private chef service at extra charge. This way, you will get to test local dishes prepared by professionals for a flavourful experience.
With concierge service, a dedicated staff, and management who will take care of your needs, Villa Anaya Manis not only offers luxury living but also world-class amenities. You may indulge in the complimentary afternoon tea/coffee offered daily. The villa staff includes a manager and house staff with security, gardener, and pool attendant. The location of Villa Anaya Manis is exceptional as it is only 1.8km from Seminyak Square, the main mall in Seminyak. You have restaurants, cafes, and bars within a 3 km radius while the beaches are only a 10-minute drive. Head to Potato Head, Ku De Ta, or Motel Mexicola for some drinks. You can even take day trips to places like Uluwatu, Tanah Lot Temple, Ubud, and other towns in Bali to experience the wonders of this island.
10/10We had a great stay at this property! The communication was excellent and highly responsive, which made planning easy. The housekeeping team was truly exceptional – they were incredibly accommodating with our breakfast requests and always on hand to assist around the house. Their attentiveness really stood out, especially around the pool where they were always ready with towels and amenities, which the kids absolutely loved. It was a perfect spot for our big family birthday celebration. Overall, everything was wonderful. The only minor note for future guests is that one of the rooms, located in the bottom corner, is on a different level and wasn't quite up to the standard of the other eight rooms, so we didn't end up using it. That said, everything else was truly fantastic. Thanks for a memorable stay!
10/10Our stay at Anaya Manis was nothing short of amazing. The villa is beautifully designed with a perfect mix of Balinese charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, from the elegant interiors to the lush garden surroundings. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. They helped arrange massages and even some fitness activities, which made our stay extra special. It’s hard to find a place that feels this private yet still so thoughtfully serviced. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious escape in Bali! Again, thank you so much for your help.
10/10The photos don't do this villa justice, it was absolutely stunning. The rooms, the two pools and the beautiful staff who will do anything for you, I cannot recommend this villa, in particular if you are celebrating an event, enough. We had a wonderful stay with 11 of us in the villa. Close to a big supermarket and shops to easily keep your villa stocked with the essentials. We hardly ever left the villa, it was just perfect.
9.2/10We stayed at the Villa Anaya Manis over a weekend. We were celebrating a friends birthday and our stay at this beautiful villa made the weekend more special. It’s a spacious, well appointed villa. The interiors are very tastefully done and it’s well equipped to look after every need. The villa also had a lot of staff to cater to the guests. All the members of the staff were very helpful and accommodated our requests. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this lovely property.

10/10This was a large gathering of friends and family who hadn't been together for a while. The villa was perfect, 5 star. By offering 2 villas there us enough separation whilst staying all together. Sofi at Villa Finder helped us over a 5 month period to organise all that we needed and wanted - and we did not make his job any easier with our special requests. We ate as a group 4/5 times with Chefs in the villa. The food that was directly chosen from the given menu was outstanding. Through our own bidding we asked for a dinner with other items on one night... and that didn't go as well but that was our mistake, going off-menu as such. The Villa staff know where to source all items you could ever need and were working hard, til late, happily replenishing stocks if required. The morning team provided lovely breakfasts, we often asked them to grab bakery items in addition with no problems at all. They kept our rooms and the villas clean, the pool and grounds were well maintained and the security staff at night were vigilant. WiFi was a little iffy at times but that was more to do with provider signal than the villa's set up I think. We were able to work from the villa once spots were identified. I cannot recommend Villa Anaya Manis highly enough. Thank you for a memorable stay!
10/10Awesome villa and perfect for the our group - came here for my 50th and everything was lovely. From being met at the airport, greeted at the villa with the friendly staff to the way we were treated it was 5 star!
10/10We came for a 50th birthday girls' ladies vacation. The villa was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We made many memories here, lots of laughter all under the supervision of "manis" the mansion dog. Thank you for making the day + stay so special.

10/10What I loved most about Villa Anaya Manis was the layout. So much room for the family and with 2 pool the kids were never bored. The location was perfect too.Far enough from the noise of Seminyak central but close enough by a quick taxi ride which was always easy to get. Happy we stayed here for our Bali trip.
