La Villa Anaya Manis est une villa privée récemment rénovée et inaugurée à Seminyak. Elle comprend neuf chambres à coucher, des jardins spacieux, le confort moderne et bien plus encore. Parfaite pour les groupes et les familles qui souhaitent vivre à proximité de tout ce que Seminyak a à offrir, la Villa Anaya Manis est entièrement équipée pour votre confort.
Deux piscines, un espace de vie intérieur-extérieur et un design contemporain époustouflant sont autant d'éléments qui vous permettront de passer des vacances inoubliables. Des plages comme Petitenget et Seminyak, des clubs comme Ku De Ta, Potato Head et le Motel Mexicola se trouvent dans un rayon de 3 km.
La villa principale de quatre chambres et la villa d'hôtes de trois chambres peuvent être réservées ensemble ou séparément, selon la combinaison qui vous convient. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien meublées avec des lits king-size et un décor minimaliste. Les fenêtres laissent entrer l'air frais et la lumière du soleil, ce qui illumine les espaces.
Climatisées pour lutter contre la chaleur, vous apprécierez le calme et la tranquillité qui règnent dans les chambres. Les salles de bains attenantes sont équipées de douches à l'italienne et de tous les équipements modernes. Vous y trouverez deux lavabos, des serviettes fraîches et des articles de toilette.

Chacune des deux villas possède sa propre piscine. La piscine principale mesure 8,5 m et la piscine des invités 9 m. Les piscines sont situées sous un ciel bleu et clair, ce qui vous permet de vous allonger sur un flotteur et de profiter de la matinée ensoleillée. L'espace piscine a été conçu avec une terrasse et des allées au milieu pour que vous puissiez accéder facilement à l'un ou l'autre côté. Des chaises longues sont installées sur la plage de la piscine pour prendre un bain de soleil. La terrasse ombragée dispose d'un coin repas pour prendre le petit déjeuner en plein air. Un salon en rotin constitue un endroit confortable et rafraîchissant le soir pour passer du temps à l'extérieur.
Les portes coulissantes en verre de la terrasse révèlent le salon et la salle à manger de chacune des villas de la Villa Anaya Manis. L'esthétique monochrome, où le noir, le blanc et le verre occupent une place centrale, se traduit par des intérieurs contemporains. Un canapé en U, suffisamment grand pour accueillir tout le monde, donne sur la piscine, tandis que des portes à l'arrière révèlent une végétation luxuriante. Les espaces de vie sont climatisés et équipés de télévisions Smart à écran plat pour votre divertissement. Après une longue journée à la plage, vous pouvez vous installer dans le salon, vous détendre et regarder vos émissions de télévision ou vos films préférés.
La villa principale et la villa d'hôtes disposent d'une salle à manger avec une table de 12 places et une table de 4 places, ainsi que d'un bar à petit déjeuner pour un grand nombre de places assises. Les villas sont autonomes et indépendantes, ce qui vous permet de les utiliser pleinement. Les cuisines modernes et entièrement équipées disposent de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas décadents. Une cafetière, un four, un réfrigérateur à vin et un distributeur d'eau, tout y est. Vous pouvez même demander un service de chef privé moyennant un supplément. Vous aurez ainsi l'occasion de tester des plats locaux préparés par des professionnels, pour une expérience pleine de saveurs.
Avec un service de conciergerie, un personnel dévoué et une direction qui s'occupera de vos besoins, la Villa Anaya Manis offre non seulement un cadre de vie luxueux, mais aussi des équipements de classe mondiale. Vous pouvez vous laisser tenter par le thé/café de l'après-midi offert tous les jours. Le personnel de la villa comprend un directeur et un personnel de maison avec un service de sécurité, un jardinier et un gardien de piscine. La propriété dispose d'une cave à vin et d'une salle de sport. Les services payants disponibles sur demande comprennent un chef privé, des lits bébé supplémentaires, du baby-sitting, des visites et des excursions.
La Villa Anaya Manis jouit d'une situation exceptionnelle, à seulement 1,8 km de Seminyak Square, le principal centre commercial de Seminyak. Vous trouverez des restaurants, des cafés et des bars dans un rayon de 3 km et les plages ne sont qu'à 10 minutes en voiture. Allez boire un verre au Potato Head, au Ku De Ta ou au Motel Mexicola. Vous pouvez même faire des excursions d'une journée dans des endroits comme Uluwatu, le temple Tanah Lot, Ubud et d'autres villes de Bali pour découvrir les merveilles de cette île.
10/10We had a great stay at this property! The communication was excellent and highly responsive, which made planning easy. The housekeeping team was truly exceptional – they were incredibly accommodating with our breakfast requests and always on hand to assist around the house. Their attentiveness really stood out, especially around the pool where they were always ready with towels and amenities, which the kids absolutely loved. It was a perfect spot for our big family birthday celebration. Overall, everything was wonderful. The only minor note for future guests is that one of the rooms, located in the bottom corner, is on a different level and wasn't quite up to the standard of the other eight rooms, so we didn't end up using it. That said, everything else was truly fantastic. Thanks for a memorable stay!
10/10Our stay at Anaya Manis was nothing short of amazing. The villa is beautifully designed with a perfect mix of Balinese charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, from the elegant interiors to the lush garden surroundings. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. They helped arrange massages and even some fitness activities, which made our stay extra special. It’s hard to find a place that feels this private yet still so thoughtfully serviced. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious escape in Bali! Again, thank you so much for your help.
10/10The photos don't do this villa justice, it was absolutely stunning. The rooms, the two pools and the beautiful staff who will do anything for you, I cannot recommend this villa, in particular if you are celebrating an event, enough. We had a wonderful stay with 11 of us in the villa. Close to a big supermarket and shops to easily keep your villa stocked with the essentials. We hardly ever left the villa, it was just perfect.
9.2/10We stayed at the Villa Anaya Manis over a weekend. We were celebrating a friends birthday and our stay at this beautiful villa made the weekend more special. It’s a spacious, well appointed villa. The interiors are very tastefully done and it’s well equipped to look after every need. The villa also had a lot of staff to cater to the guests. All the members of the staff were very helpful and accommodated our requests. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this lovely property.

10/10This was a large gathering of friends and family who hadn't been together for a while. The villa was perfect, 5 star. By offering 2 villas there us enough separation whilst staying all together. Sofi at Villa Finder helped us over a 5 month period to organise all that we needed and wanted - and we did not make his job any easier with our special requests. We ate as a group 4/5 times with Chefs in the villa. The food that was directly chosen from the given menu was outstanding. Through our own bidding we asked for a dinner with other items on one night... and that didn't go as well but that was our mistake, going off-menu as such. The Villa staff know where to source all items you could ever need and were working hard, til late, happily replenishing stocks if required. The morning team provided lovely breakfasts, we often asked them to grab bakery items in addition with no problems at all. They kept our rooms and the villas clean, the pool and grounds were well maintained and the security staff at night were vigilant. WiFi was a little iffy at times but that was more to do with provider signal than the villa's set up I think. We were able to work from the villa once spots were identified. I cannot recommend Villa Anaya Manis highly enough. Thank you for a memorable stay!
10/10Awesome villa and perfect for the our group - came here for my 50th and everything was lovely. From being met at the airport, greeted at the villa with the friendly staff to the way we were treated it was 5 star!
10/10We came for a 50th birthday girls' ladies vacation. The villa was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We made many memories here, lots of laughter all under the supervision of "manis" the mansion dog. Thank you for making the day + stay so special.

10/10What I loved most about Villa Anaya Manis was the layout. So much room for the family and with 2 pool the kids were never bored. The location was perfect too.Far enough from the noise of Seminyak central but close enough by a quick taxi ride which was always easy to get. Happy we stayed here for our Bali trip.
