We had the most amazing time at Shamballa, and are so sad to leave. Everything was perfect from the views to the staff and food! We will be definitely coming back even if it is just for Kadek's banana pancakes!! :heart: Freya & Jimmy VIC, Australia xoxo

We are so grateful to have the opportunity to stay at Villa Shamballa. The staff was amazing and made our first time in Bali so memorable. What an amazing location for this incredibly luxurious villa, staffed by the most amazing people. Eluh, Yang and their team were incredible, providing us with whatever we needed - which wasn't much if at all, since the villa was equipped with everything you could ask for. The food was an absolute delight. Breakfast - anything we asked for. Pancake - well - delicious. The view from the bedroom was a sight for sore eyes in the morning. The mist over the rain forest. What a treat. The bathrooms were so beautiful. If only we could take the interior of the entire villa home with us. The pool was just the icing on the cake. I cannot rave and credit the villa and beautiful people enough. You will NOT be disappointed - until you have to leave! Thank you ALL so very much. It was a dream.

We loved our stay at Shamballa Residence! LOVED it!! The villa is beautiful, comfortable, light, and spacious: chairs/couches are comfy, the bed was lovely, it's totally open at the back so 100% natural light. The pool was such a treat!! It appears to spill into the jungle around the villa. And the bathrooms were so nice! The staff is amazing! They were helpful, kind and great cooks! (We also had massages and the villa staff set it up and they were heavenly!) I also need to note that our villa's driver was great!! We wanted a place close to Ubud, but not in the town center and that's what we got! Our only complaint is that the road behind the villa gets busy during the day, so if you're looking for something very quiet, this may not be the place. (It only really bothered us after a nighttime ceremony at a nearby temple ended and everyone drove home.)

Amazing stay at Shamballa Moon and Shamballa Residence. Both Villas are paradise and staff is absolutely adorable. Breakfast and dinners were superb. Unforgettable experience. Many thanks for everything and for having created such an amazing Villas.

It is really a lovely place to stay for honeymoon. Exceptional service we received during our stay at Shamballa Residence.The villa and it's surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, clean immaculately presented and had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. With amazing sunrise view from the open air spacious bedroom we couldn't ask for more. The staff who manages it were friendly, helpful and accommodating, we stayed for 3 nights but wish we'd stayed here longer. The villa is located about a 20 min drive from central Ubud, perfect for peace and quiet from the hubbub of town, we would definitely love to come back!

We spent first two nights in here for our honeymoon. For us, this was much better than the Nusa dua Sofitel, where we stayed after. The villa was beyond my expectations. So clean, so big, and the best part was no mosquitos. The villa is completely open, and the sun, the waterfall sound and birds woke us up early in the morning. I felt like I am part of the nature. The food and staffs were so nice. The breakfast was really good. Only con is that this is not in the walking distance to the center of Ubud. So everytime we had to hire a taxi driver. But the villa had a taxi driver who took us everywhere. We will definetly go back to remind our honeymoon, so please maintain this villa like this for a long time!

It was a DREAM: the villa is GORGEOUS!! When we first entered, the time has stopped and we started to live our best vacations ever. The villa is amazing, the view is wonderful and the staff make your stay peaceful and magic. All the team were incredibly helpful and kind. I wish I had never leave this place and I can stay there forever. Plus, the food is delightful! Go there, and you won't disappointed. LOVE IT

The villa is exceptional! Located in a very quiet place but close to Ubud center. The staff is wonderful and always there to help. I will come back.
