Upstairs you will find the super big and romantic bedroom suite overlooking the jungle valley with high thatched roof and a wooden interior design enriched by white decorations giving the space a classy and serene ambience. At the end of the room there is a lounge area with an antique daybed and 2 sofas with traditional batik cushions, the perfect spot for watching Bali's enchanting sunrise over the valley while enjoying your morning coffee and listening to soft music playing from the iPod docking station. The room features a stunning canopied four-poster bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, white curtains around it and beautifully designed Chinese lamps on the nightstands. In the wooden wardrobe closet you can stash you valuable belonging in the safety deposit and take out the fresh kimono's and slippers to wear in the morning. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious bathtub with candles, situated on a balcony overlooking the valley and there is also a relaxing rain-shower and washbasin with guest amenities including hair-dryer.

En el borde de un valle selvático con un río que fluye hacia abajo en la garganta, se encuentra la zona exterior de la Residencia Villa Shamballa con una piscina infinita que combina perfectamente con el impresionante entorno tropical. Alrededor de la piscina se puede tomar el sol en uno de los tumbonas de madera para coger un bonito bronceado tropical o se puede disfrutar de un desayuno al aire libre en el cenador con techo de paja y una zona de asientos de madera. En el otro lado encontrará el lugar perfecto para leer un libro en el sofá empotrado o puede recibir un relajante masaje tradicional en la zona de spa con cama de masaje.
La luminosa y espaciosa sala de estar cuenta con techos de paja tradicionales y una magnífica vista de los paisajes circundantes. La habitación cuenta con un hermoso diseño interior de madera enriquecido con artefactos tradicionales. Hay un comedor redondo de madera para una cena romántica a la luz de las velas y una zona de estar con un enorme espejo que refleja el valle de la selva exterior con cómodos sofás frente a un armario de madera con televisión de pantalla plana por satélite, reproductor de DVD y muchos libros para elegir. Por la noche puedes cerrar las persianas de bambú para crear un ambiente acogedor y acurrucarte viendo una película. También hay un cuarto de baño adicional en la planta baja con una lujosa bañera exterior tallada en piedra y una ducha de lluvia colocada sobre un suelo de terrazo rodeado de vegetación y velas.
La Residencia Villa Shamballa cuenta con 3 profesionales y amables empleados que cuidan de usted durante su estancia con asistencia personal, limpieza diaria y seguridad por la noche. Hablan un buen inglés y pueden organizar sesiones privadas de yoga y masajes relajantes o actividades al aire libre y excursiones de un día.
Villa Shamballa está rodeada de la tranquila y serena vida rural indonesia, donde los únicos sonidos que oirá son los de la naturaleza, mientras que el centro artístico de Ubud, con numerosas galerías de arte y lugares de reunión espiritual, está a sólo 20 minutos en coche a través de aldeas tradicionales y verdes arrozales.
10/10What an amazing location for this incredibly luxurious villa, staffed by the most amazing people. Eluh, Yang and their team were incredible, providing us with whatever we needed - which wasn't much if at all, since the villa was equipped with everything you could ask for. The food was an absolute delight. Breakfast - anything we asked for. Pancake - well - delicious. The view from the bedroom was a sight for sore eyes in the morning. The mist over the rain forest. What a treat. The bathrooms were so beautiful. If only we could take the interior of the entire villa home with us. The pool was just the icing on the cake. I cannot rave and credit the villa and beautiful people enough. You will NOT be disappointed - until you have to leave! Thank you ALL so very much. It was a dream.

Exceptional service we received during our stay at Shamballa Residence.The villa and it's surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, clean immaculately presented and had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. With amazing sunrise view from the open air spacious bedroom we couldn't ask for more. The staff who manages it were friendly, helpful and accommodating, we stayed for 3 nights but wish we'd stayed here longer. The villa is located about a 20 min drive from central Ubud, perfect for peace and quiet from the hubbub of town, we would definitely love to come back!

10/10It was a DREAM: the villa is GORGEOUS!! When we first entered, the time has stopped and we started to live our best vacations ever. The villa is amazing, the view is wonderful and the staff make your stay peaceful and magic. All the team were incredibly helpful and kind. I wish I had never leave this place and I can stay there forever. Plus, the food is delightful! Go there, and you won't disappointed. LOVE IT
