Villa Kinaree es un asombroso refugio de lujo de cuatro dormitorios situado en una tranquila calle del prestigioso distrito Oberoi de Seminyak, con excelente acceso a todos los elegantes establecimientos comerciales y gastronómicos, así como a los locales nocturnos que han hecho famoso a Seminyak. La villa respira sofisticación, elegancia y encanto tropical, con dos alas enfrentadas a través de un exuberante jardín tropical con piscina de agua salada. Es un verdadero oasis de tranquilidad con todo el lujo moderno que pueda desear, perfecto para grandes grupos de amigos o familias.
La lujosa suite principal se encuentra en la primera planta del pabellón de habitaciones con acceso a un gran balcón privado. La habitación, de generosas dimensiones, está diseñada con elegancia, con un cálido suelo de madera y una cama king-size de calidad. Las comodidades modernas incluyen aire acondicionado y un televisor de pantalla plana con altavoces de sonido envolvente. La habitación cuenta con un amplio vestidor de madera y un enorme cuarto de baño en suite con ducha de lluvia para él y para ella.
Los dos primeros dormitorios de invitados están diseñados de forma idéntica y se abren a la terraza con fácil acceso a la piscina. El tercer dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en la primera planta, junto a un balcón privado con vistas al jardín de la azotea. Cada habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, camas king-size, amplios armarios con caja fuerte y un baño privado con ducha de lluvia y todas las comodidades. La habitación de arriba también funciona como salón multimedia, ya que cuenta con una enorme televisión inteligente y un cómodo sofá.

El exuberante jardín tropical es totalmente pacífico, con una relajante cascada y exuberantes plantas verdes que caen en cascada desde los tejados del jardín. En el corazón de la finca brilla la piscina de agua salada, alicatada con piedras naturales, rodeada de tumbonas junto a la piscina para los que quieran broncearse. Una característica divertida son las tumbonas hinchables para disfrutar de las bebidas mientras se flota en la piscina y se chapotea en el agua.
Una madera de teca tradicional conduce a la villa balinesa tradicional de diseño único, que alberga una zona de estar de planta abierta con brisa y un agradable espacio de vida con aire acondicionado. Ambos espacios cuentan con techos altos tradicionales y diseños interiores con clase. El espacio abierto cuenta con una mesa de billar para el entretenimiento, un rincón de salón de lujo con elegantes almohadas rojas donde se puede acurrucarse con un libro o jugar a un juego de mesa juntos y también hay un elegante bar-salón para disfrutar de las bebidas juntos. El espacio con aire acondicionado tiene puertas de cristal que se abren a la zona de la piscina y en el interior hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas con altavoces de sonido envolvente y una gran selección de películas.
El complejo de villas está atendido por 14 empleados balineses a tiempo completo y el gerente, que atenderán todas sus necesidades. Hay servicio de mayordomo personalizado, limpieza y seguridad por la noche. Las familias que viajan con niños disponen de una valla para la piscina, una cuna y una silla alta.
La ubicación es inmejorable, escondida en una tranquila callejuela en pleno centro de Seminyak y a sólo cinco minutos a pie de la playa, con el emblemático club de playa Ku De TA, donde podrá darse un capricho con una deliciosa cena y bebidas mientras contempla la mundialmente famosa puesta de sol de Bali. La renombrada 'eat street', con todas sus boutiques de compras, cafés y restaurantes de alta gama como Ultimo y Grocer & Grind también está a un corto paseo de la villa. Revolver es el lugar ideal para tomar un buen café o capuchino.
10/10Concierge Rakha was very helpful with suggestions for activities at Bali before our arrival & during our stay at Villa Kinaree. The rooms, lounge & dining areas at the Villa are clean & spacious! We loved the pool table & private pool so much! Service staff at the Villa is very accommodating & helpful as well.
9.4/10Fantastic villa estate! We stayed here with 4 other families and had an amazing time. Donny and his staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The villas were gorgeous, clean and spacious. The location was also great - a short walk to the beach, market and restaurants. Near all the action, amazing massage places etc but also in a quiet little street so you could escape for some peace and quiet. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!
9.4/10Thank you Villa Kinaree and all the wonderful staff that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! The house is beautiful but the service of the people here make this a most memorable holiday. We had a great time in Bali all of us and a lot of fine doings here have been amazing. If we're in back in Seminyak, we’d definitely come back to Villa Kinaree.

9.6/10The villa is a nice size with a great layout for a family holiday. The rooms are centered around the pool and living area which had big comfortable couches with enough space for all 12 of us to sit on. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also nice, but I didn't like leaving the shower on waiting for the hot water as there was a lot of wastage. The food was alright, the selection was not wide but the chef did his best to accommodate our requests. Ultimately, the service won us over. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and were very clever in keeping our surprise of three additional family members coming to join the trip! The location is also great, as the shops and restaurants are in close vicinity. I enjoyed getting on a motorbike with the staff and going round the shops that way, to avoid the car traffic jam.
8.8/10When we all arrived, 8 of us ,family and friends we were greeted by staff with cool drinks and towels, shown through villa absolututly amasing place, we were treated like kings nothing a problem we hired bikes but walking distance easy to beach and restuarants ,rooms spaceious ,pool table used a lot ,can not recommend this villa enough give it a go we will return 2015
10/10We stayed at Villa Kinaree with family including small children. The staff were amazing and were able to organise everything from transport to Ubud and Waterbom to taxi's, childcare, spa bookings, picking up groceries and organising a pool fence for peace of mind. We totally enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. The location is great, walking distance to Ku De Ta, Oberoi markets and heaps of other great restaurants (Potato Head, Salty Seagulls, and Sea Circus) only a very short taxi ride away. Wish we never had to leave!
9.6/10We stayed here with our five children, ages 13 years to 10 months, and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and looked after us well and helped with the children (Wayan, Yani, Kade and Lilis particularly were amazing). Its a huge villa with lots of room and enough sun to get a tan as well as space to have shade. The pool table was great for the kids who loved playing each day. The beach (just near Oberoi Spa and KuDeTa) is about 8 minutes walk as is Jalan Kayu Aya with all its shops and restaurants. There were mosquitoes around in the villa grounds as there is everywhere in Bali and the staff were very diligent in spraying bedrooms and lighting mosquito coils in the living areas. There is inside and outside living areas and a bar. To get to the villa from Jalan Kayu Awa (and to get to the beach and shop) there's a laneway that you need to walk along which is more than manageable but you need to look out for the traffic (not an issue but worth noting if you have a pram like we did). We will stay there again for sure!
