Una villa de alquiler bellamente amueblada, moderna, elegante y espaciosa le espera a su llegada a Bali. Villa Anam Loft 3 se encuentra en una comunidad residencial de lujo de cuatro propiedades similares, que se pueden alquilar individualmente o en conjunto, dependiendo del tamaño de su grupo. Cada villa cuenta con dos dormitorios y puede alojar a 4-5 huéspedes. La villa está cuidadosamente decorada, con verdes exteriores y elegantes interiores. Encontrarás una piscina privada, una cocina bien equipada, cómodas zonas de estar y comedor y modernas instalaciones diseñadas para mejorar tu estancia. Como la propiedad forma parte de un pequeño complejo residencial, está situada cerca de las villas vecinas de la comunidad.
Anam Loft 3 es una casa de vacaciones de 2 dormitorios para cuatro huéspedes. Ambos se encuentran en la planta superior, alejados de las zonas comunes de la planta baja. El primer dormitorio, que es la suite principal, tiene la cama king sobre una plataforma elevada. Toda la habitación tiene suelo de madera. Dispone de escritorio, televisor y un gran armario. Del techo cuelga una hermosa lámpara de araña. Una característica única del segundo dormitorio es la pintura al fresco que representa un paisaje típico balinés. Esta habitación también tiene una cama doble.
La suite principal tiene bañera, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene ducha. Ambos tienen balcones con un gran sofá, sillas y una mesa. Los huéspedes adicionales pueden dormir fácilmente en el sofá, ya que son enormes.
La villa está situada en el corazón del pueblo de Pererenan. Sus alrededores son típicamente rurales, con arrozales, árboles altos y amplios espacios abiertos. Pero también encontrará servicios turísticos cerca. Estará rodeado de exuberante vegetación, incluso dentro de la finca, ya que hay un jardín con muchos árboles altos. Tras entrar por la puerta, verá la piscina privada a su izquierda. Tiene cuatro tumbonas, una para cada huésped. Hay una zona poco profunda donde los niños pueden divertirse sin peligro. Unos escalones bajan suavemente a la parte más profunda de la piscina.
Una puerta corredera de cristal del suelo al techo conduce desde la terraza junto a la piscina al interior de esta casa. Sus 168 metros cuadrados de espacio interior están pensados para grandes reuniones familiares. Toda la pared se abre, lo que hace que el espacio interior parezca más grande y aireado.
La planta baja tiene una sola habitación. El espacio de descanso cuenta con un cómodo sofá, sillones y una moderna mesa de centro. En otro rincón hay una mesa de comedor rústica para cuatro comensales. Además, se encuentra la cocina con muchos electrodomésticos modernos, ollas, sartenes y una barra de desayuno. La habitación tiene una decoración moderna. Pero también hay muchas obras de arte tradicionales que han sido seleccionadas personalmente por el propietario de la villa.
Villa Anam Loft 3 es una fantástica propiedad de alquiler en todos los sentidos para toda la familia. Los cuartos de baño disponen de artículos de aseo y toallas. La cocina tiene microondas, frigorífico, congelador, tostadora, vitrocerámica y hervidor de agua. Puede cocinar usted mismo o pedir un chef. Los dormitorios tienen caja fuerte. Hay una mesa de trabajo apta para portátiles por si necesita hacer algún trabajo urgente. Los servicios opcionales de pago incluyen yoga en la villa, masajes y traslado al aeropuerto. También encontrará una plaza de aparcamiento al aire libre en esta villa.
Baked Restaurant es el restaurante más cercano - está a sólo 170 metros de distancia. Bottega Italiana está a 290 metros de esta casa de lujo. Encontrará muchas otras opciones en las inmediaciones. Para más opciones gastronómicas y de compras, puede ir a Seminyak y al centro de Canggu, que están muy cerca. Pererenan tiene una playa pintoresca, que es popular entre los surfistas. Se puede ir andando a la playa en unos 5-7 minutos.
9.8/10The villa was larger than we expected , with the master bedroom upstairs - accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. I let me daughter take the master room and I opted to stay in the downstairs room which was perfectly well appointed but better for access. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated . I was pleased to find there is bottle filtered water dispenser available in the villa which means you do not need to go out any buy bottled water. Overall I cannot fault the staff, the villa or the whole experience as there are plenty of great restaurants and cafes on your doorstep like “shelter”, “roots”, “gimme more”, “baked”, “optimist” , “Rize” - try them all you won’t be disappointed.. Bali has some of the best food I have ever tasted in my life! The only point to mention is location . Whilst there is so much on your door step if you do want to go exploring there is literally one road on and one road out of Canggu and the traffic is atrocious most of the time so be prepared to sit in traffic for 40 minutes on a 5km drive
10/10Lovely place, in a lovely area not too busy out of the hustle and bustle and close to great cafes / restaurants. Great security, we felt very safe. This house is decorated beautifully and suited us as a family of 3. The 2 rooms are on different levels, and the upstairs room is SO beautiful however our only complaint is that the bed was ROCK hard a softer bed and this place would have been perfect. There was some noise from the neighbours walking around next door etc but it really didn't bother us too much the location and overall house / pool made up for it. Another thing we loved was how cool it was in the backyard, I felt so much more comfortable there than when I was out and about in the streets, definitely a nice little oasis to come back to.

9.2/10Location is OK but you need a motorcycle to get around Bali in reasonable time. Loved the Roots restaurant and Shelter - both very close and in walking distance. Wrong Gym also close and I enjoyed that. Guardian, convenience stores, and coffee all in walking distance. Staff really friendly and helpful. Villa is really spacious, modern, clean, and safe. I would definately want to go back.

10/10We had a really chilled 10 day stay. None of us particularly wanted to do much in terms of sightseeing etc - more R&R, snoozing and good food and drinks. The villa is stunning and very well-maintained with discreet daily servicing once or twice a day. The local area has loads of really good and well-priced restaurants within a few minutes walk, and is much nicer than central Canggu. I think we’ll be back!
10/10Wonderful stay. The villa is gorgeous and exactly like the pictures. Very private and quiet, and walkable. The location is right outside Caangu and on a street with the best restaurants and cafes, plus a short walk to the beach. Everything else accessible with Grab and Gojek. Extremely comfortable beds, great AC, working wifi, clean and refreshing pool, and cozy couch and dining area to hang out. Big thank you for letting us check in a little earlier. Only improvement I would suggest is faster communication as we waited hours and sometimes the whole day for a response.
10/10It’s definitely a 5😍 The villa itself is very spacious, has neat furniture and great swimming pool. Staff is veeeery kind. We really liked that there’re no one around and the same time it takes like 10min to reach Canggu. Moreover, there’re some cool walkable places next to it like Shelter and Woods. 10/10Quite a lovely villa with loads of restaurants, convenience stores and the beach all within 10 mins walk (photos are spot on). Security always on site aids in easy check-in/check-out or to help in any situation. Lighting is a bit on the dark side at night and large doors that open to the pool can be a fussy. Definitely would book again!

10/10Hard to beat! Amazing loft with a beautiful pool. Extremely nice personnel, that helps with the smallest things you can imagine. The house is just a thing of beauty, specially the bedroom on top is outstanding. The location is perfect, lots of great restaurants are very close and also the beach is only a few minutes away (by walking). This apartment is simply a recommendation, difficult not to like it.
