Absolutely perfect! The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk from the beach but in a very quiet street, the villa is beautiful. The staff is top notch. Sincerely, you can go there with your eyes closed and I will come back without hesitation if I come back on this beautiful island. Do not change anything !

We have absolutely loved our stay here at Villa Gembira in Seminyak! Beautiful spacious area for 3 of us girls is exactly the holiday we needed. We had two massive bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen, enormous outdoor living area and our own private pool. It is incredible to be so close to everything we want - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores, massage places and Mari Beach Club, yet still have such a nice quiet, peaceful resort to come back to. The staff are beautiful, they prepare a lovely breakfast for us daily and kept our areas clean and tidy throughout our stay. We have loved every minute of it here and will definitely be returning. Recommend to anyone wanting to travel to Seminyak, Bali! Thank you to all the staff and Sofi (agency manager) for being so helpful!

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Gembira. From the moment we arrived it was like our own private oasis. Beautifully clean and spacious with beautiful furnishings, every thing was more than expected. The staff were simply amazing, nothing was too much bother, beautiful breakfasts with fresh fruit and juices every day and cleaned and tidied up to perfection every day. Pool and garden were divine and a wonderful place to relax. And a quiet place to retreat to after the busyness of Seminyak and day trips out. Loved everything about it, will definitely return. Spent a lot of evenings staying in local area, Cantina and Il Lido on the beach were particular favourites to see sun set and food good and incredible value. Also loved Watercress and the Poke Bowl place. Had a fab driver who took us on day trips. Used Bluebird taxis to get to Kuta, Double 6, etc. Highly recommended, was a fantastic fortnight experience.

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Gembira. The staff and the owner are fabulous and beyond helpful. The location is peaceful and ideally located close to the beach and cafes and shopping. Delicious breakfast prepared everyday by Fabri and Kadek. We are coming back for sure! It is an impeccably kept and very clean villa and lovely bed linens and the most beautiful gardens kept by Made the gardener.

For sure not anymore hotels over in Bali.... Villa Gembira is the best choice for max 4 ppl. Everything was superb, lovely facilities and the best staff. Here a couple of tips: Best Massage in Reborn Kuta and the best guide and car driver Mr Dewa (ph number in Guest Book). Nothing else to say...... ten out of ten

The villa and location was perfect, it is tucked away and very quite, yet we could do a five minute walk and be at a Main Street. Walk an additional five minutes and we were on a lovely beach. I’d certainly recommend this villa and using Bali Villa Finder.

Villa Gembira is a beautiful balinese house with all the comfort and services you need. Located in a very quiet area but close to everything. The swimming pool is just so nice and we enjoyed the gazebo. All the staff is so helpful and wonderful nice person. We loved every moment at the villa. its really a place to go!!!

This is the most beautiful villa we have stayed in, the garden is amazing and the rooms are spacy and comfortable. The outdoors surrounding is spectacular and well looked after. The service in this villa are fabulous, nice and friendley staff. We are pleased to recommend this villa, and we will with do doubt book this villa again.

Just a 5 min. Stroll from the beach, easy to walk to Seminyak Square over the beach, super friendly staff, several good restaurants nearby. Very clean.

We had a lovely stay, however far too short, we were sad to leave. It is a oasis to come back to after a busy day in the hustle and bustle. Our kids especially loved the koi pond and the pool. Only drawback for us was that with small children the bedrooms were not adjacent and we didnt feel safe letting them sleep alone on one of the bedrooms. Also handy to note that when telling taxi location which Villa Gembira it is.

The bedroom was spacious and well appointed with a huge bed, tv and DVD, air con and a lovely bathroom. The kitchen was great with everything you need. The kitchen staff were fantastic and even made us dinner when we requested it. The pool was awesome as was the bali hut where we lazed after having a swim. Lovely gardens and a beautiful pond where you can sit and watch the large Koi fish for hours. All in all the best place I have stayed in while holidaying in Bali and this was my 8th trip to the island. Well done to all concerned. We will be back and thanks again. Mark and Sonia

We had an amazing holiday in Bali. The villa was stunning and the the staff couldn't do enough for us. The villa is in a great location only 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a good variety of restaurants nearby and we especially liked Warung Sabat which was fantastic value for money. We will definitely be coming again.

Wow there's lots of good times here. They organised bikes and beer on arrival, the place was spotless.They made a breakfast for us at times we slept in but they were happy to accommodate. The swimming pool was great and had shade and full sun at the right times. A quick stroll iff your walking to bars etc. I would recommend this spot.. Talking of going there in October..

We had a lovely stay at Villa Gembira and the villa provided a real haven for us after long days out. The kids loved the pool which was perfectly situated at the back of the villa with lovely stones leading to the raised Balinese lounge area too. The maids were really friendly and cooked breakfast for us everyday - bacon and egg which the kids really enjoyed. Most of all, we loved the location. Batubelig is situated a little further out of Seminyak but for us it was perfect - quiet, sophisticated with some beautiful restaurants nearby (our favourite being Watercress - a real treat and a short 3 minute walk from the villa) We also loved the french patisserie on the main street in Batubelig who make the best cream puffs! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone, the bedrooms were beautiful with air con and large comfy beds, whilst the outdoor bathrooms were a real treat. The only point to note is that the two bedrooms are quite far apart so if you're travelling with younger kids, they might be a little wary, although the villa is extremely secure and we felt safe at all times. We are looking forward to revisiting Bali in the future and are considering Villa Senang (the larger villa) next door which sleeps 10. Our recent stay has given us lovely memories for life!

Lovely and quiet stay at Villa Gembira. Villa staff were helpful and friendly. The villa is not in a very accessible location but its just a 7min walk away (through some shortcuts!) from some great eating places like Naughty Nuri's and Watercress. I travelled with 2 very young kids and they throughly enjoyed the pool and even loved feeding the fish in the villa's pond. The villa is not new but they take care of the grounds and if anything isn't working they will get right to fixing it. Throughly enjoyed myself and will recommend a stay here for a relaxing getaway.
