Villa Nilaya is een perfecte combinatie van traditioneel en hedendaags, in een verrukkelijke mix van kleur en tropisch leven. Villa Nilaya is gelegen in het centrum van trendy Seminyak, op 5 minuten afstand van Oberoi's beroemde "eet straat". U kunt zich verheugen op het uitproberen van alle geweldige eetgelegenheden, winkelen in mooie designer boetiekjes en het verkennen van het spannende nachtleven. Met 5 luxe slaapkamers is deze villa het perfecte vakantiehuis voor grote families of groepen vrienden.
De master suite heeft een luxe kingsize bed in een kamer verrijkt met zachte tapijten en smaakvolle kunstwerken. Er is een TV met DVD-speler en een bureau voor wie wil surfen op het gratis internet. De ruime garderobe kasten zijn uitgerust met een kluisje, kimono's en slippers en de en-suite badkamer is voorzien van een groot bad om in te ontspannen na een dag aan het strand te hebben doorgebracht.
De 4 ruime gastenslaapkamers dragen de kleuren zwart, wit en houtskoolgrijs. 2 slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden, 1 slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de laatste slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. Elke slaapkamer is voorzien van airconditioning, een tv en dvd-speler, grote garderobekasten en ze hebben hun eigen marmeren en-suite badkamer, elk met een ligbad, een douche en gratis voorzieningen.

De uitgestrekte tropische tuin is een geweldige plek voor iedereen om lange dagen te zwemmen en te ontspannen in de omgeving van rustige visvijvers met fonteinen, exotische bomen, planten en bloemen en een waterval die het water in het 15 x 5 meter zwembad giet. Het pooldeck biedt voldoende ruimte om te zonnebaden of buiten te dineren met heerlijk eten van de BBQ terwijl de kinderen vrij rondrennen in het gemanicuurde gazon. Er is ook een alang-alang overdekte ontspanningsbaal, de perfecte plek om te chillen in de schaduw. Ook leuk is de romantische schommelbank in de hoek en op de eerste verdieping is er een loungeterras, perfect voor een drankje bij zonsondergang.
Onder het traditionele hoge rieten dak, is het interieur modern en elegant met een gepolijste marmeren vloer, zachte tapijten en glazen deuren over de hele lengte die open schuiven naar de tropische tuin, waardoor u de mogelijkheid heeft om het mooie koele paviljoen met airconditioning om te toveren in een mooie open-plan leefruimte.
Er is een pluche bank om lekker op te gaan liggen met een boek of samen een film te kijken op de grote flatscreen-tv met dvd-speler en 3D-faciliteiten. Er is een teakhouten eettafel voor 10 personen om samen aan te dineren terwijl op de achtergrond de juiste muziek wordt afgespeeld via het iPod docking station. De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft een bar met krukken en handgemaakte koperen lampen die 's avonds deze leuke hang-out plek verlichten.
Als onderdeel van The Residence Villa complex, kunt u 5 sterren service verwachten met attente butlers, dagelijkse housekeeping en 24 bewaking. Er is ook een uitstekende in-house chef-kok die heerlijke gerechten bereidt.
Een verblijf in deze villa geeft u de luxe om het bruisende centrum van Seminyak te voet te verkennen. Het strand met de Ku De Ta Beach Club ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen, een wandeling langs "eet straat" met al zijn charmante cafe's, boetiekjes en een souvenir markt. Geldautomaten, apotheken en een Bintang supermarkt zijn te vinden in de belangrijkste winkelstraat van Seminyak.
7.8/10Peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a private pool, and beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, and local recommendations. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Will definitely return!
10/10Exactly as the photos, stunning Villa amazing service. All the staff go above and beyond. Made and Teddy looked after us as if we were family and the chef produced spectacular meals loved by all including teenagers. 10/10The Villa was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, the ambience the staff, the rooms were immaculate. We loved the swimming pool and it was maintained and looked after well daily. The garden area was also maintained well daily. It is perfect villa for families looking to stay. The location of the villa was perfect within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again!
10/10We booked Villa Nilaya for my Dads 50th Birthday and we were all blown away of how beautiful this villa was. To top it off, the service and location exceeded our expectations. We loved it! 8.4/10The butlers and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. We wish there was an information book at the Villa with a local map that includes how to get to the beach and information on local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Batik, W Bali, Potato Head and Da Maria. It was an amazing experience to celebrate a special birthday at Villa Nilaya, will definitely come back!

10/10My friends, family and I stayed at this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. We had high expectations and I am so happy to say that these were met - and exceeded. Everything here is exquisite. The gardens, the pool, the decor, the location, the bedrooms and common areas combine to make this villa simply unforgettable. The icing on the cake was the dedicated villa staff - each of whom helped make the stay so memorable. Butters - Made and Tedi looked after all of our needs and were a pleasure to be around. Chef - Gede, ensured that my special birthday dinner in the villa was restaurant quality (as was every other meal he prepared). Liana and Putu who looked after housekeeping ensured that everything was pristine for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much to villa Nilaya.
10/10A group of us stayed at Villa Nilaya and we were blown away by the size, decor and location of this villa. The pool is huge, as is the living space and bedrooms. But the most amazing part of this villa is the staff - Made, Liana, Tedi, and Putu. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to help us every single day. We loved staying at Nilaya and we'll definitely be back!
9.2/10Our house managers were both named Made. They were awesome. The chef was great and so was his assistant. ALL of the villa staff were awesome. Booking was easy, our booking manager was Joce. travel arrangements to and from the airport and everywhere else we needed to go was perfect. All breakfast options tasted great. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time. We went to bali with 24 people and we rented a few villas in Seminyak. We'd do it again in a heartbeat if we didn't have millions of other villas to visit! The chef and the Mades went out of their way to accommodate my friends and family who were staying in the other villas. It was more than a perfect vacation.
