Villa Nilaya is a perfect combination of traditional meets contemporary, in a delightful blend of colour and tropical living. Villa Nilaya is located in the centre of trendy Seminyak, 5 minutes away from Oberoi's famous “eat street”. You can look forward to trying out all the amazing dining spots, shop at lovely designers boutiques and explore the exciting night-life. With 5 luxurious bedrooms, this villa is the perfect holiday home for large families or groups of friends.
The master suite features a deluxe king-size bed in a room enriched by soft carpets and tasteful artwork. There is a TV and a working desk for those wanting to browse the complimentary internet. The spacious wardrobe closets are equipped with a safety box, kimono's and slippers and the en-suite bathroom features a large bathtub to relax in after spending a day at the beach.
The 4 spacious guest bedrooms wear colours of black, white and charcoal grey. 2 bedrooms offer king sized beds, 1 bedroom offers a queen sized bed and the last bedroom offers twin beds. Every bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV, large wardrobe closets and they have their own marble en-suite bathroom, each with a soaking bathtub, a shower and complimentary amenities.

The expansive tropical garden is a great place for everyone to spend long days swimming and relaxing in the surroundings of tranquil fish-ponds with fountains, exotic trees, plants and flowers and a waterfall feature pouring water into the 15 x 5 meter swimming pool. The pool deck offers plenty of room for sunbathing or dining alfresco style with delicious food from the BBQ while the kids run around freely in the manicured lawn. There is also an alang-alang roofed relaxation bale, the perfect spot for chilling out in the shade. Another nice feature is the romantic swing bench tucked away in the corner and on the first floor there is a lounge terrace, perfect for sunset drinks.
Beneath the traditional high soaring thatched roof, the interior design is modern and elegant with a polished marble floor, soft carpets and full length glass doors sliding open to the tropical garden, giving you the option of converting the nice cool air-conditioned pavilion into a lovely open-plan living space.
There is a plush sofa to curl up on with a book or watch a movie together on the large flat-screen TV. There is a teak dining table for 10 to enjoy dinner together with the right music plays in the background. The fully equipped kitchen has a counter bar with stools and hand-hammered copper lamps illuminating this nice hang-out spot in the evening.
Being part of The residence villa complex, you can expect 5 star service with attentive butlers, daily housekeeping and 24 security. There is also an excellent in-house chef-cook preparing mouthwatering dishes.
Staying at this villa gives you the luxury of exploring the vibrant centre of Seminyak by foot. The beach with the happening Ku De Ta Beach Club is just a 10 minute walk away, strolling along “eat street” with all of it's charming café's, shopping boutiques and a souvenir market. ATM's, pharmacy’s and a the Bintang supermarket are found on Seminyak's main shopping street.
7.8/10Peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The villa had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a private pool, and beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, and local recommendations. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Will definitely return!
10/10Exactly as the photos, stunning Villa amazing service. All the staff go above and beyond. Made and Teddy looked after us as if we were family and the chef produced spectacular meals loved by all including teenagers. 10/10The Villa was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, the ambience the staff, the rooms were immaculate. We loved the swimming pool and it was maintained and looked after well daily. The garden area was also maintained well daily. It is perfect villa for families looking to stay. The location of the villa was perfect within walking distance of the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back again!
10/10We booked Villa Nilaya for my Dads 50th Birthday and we were all blown away of how beautiful this villa was. To top it off, the service and location exceeded our expectations. We loved it! 8.4/10The butlers and housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. We wish there was an information book at the Villa with a local map that includes how to get to the beach and information on local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Batik, W Bali, Potato Head and Da Maria. It was an amazing experience to celebrate a special birthday at Villa Nilaya, will definitely come back!

10/10My friends, family and I stayed at this villa to celebrate my 40th birthday. We had high expectations and I am so happy to say that these were met - and exceeded. Everything here is exquisite. The gardens, the pool, the decor, the location, the bedrooms and common areas combine to make this villa simply unforgettable. The icing on the cake was the dedicated villa staff - each of whom helped make the stay so memorable. Butters - Made and Tedi looked after all of our needs and were a pleasure to be around. Chef - Gede, ensured that my special birthday dinner in the villa was restaurant quality (as was every other meal he prepared). Liana and Putu who looked after housekeeping ensured that everything was pristine for the duration of our stay. Thank you so much to villa Nilaya.
10/10A group of us stayed at Villa Nilaya and we were blown away by the size, decor and location of this villa. The pool is huge, as is the living space and bedrooms. But the most amazing part of this villa is the staff - Made, Liana, Tedi, and Putu. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to help us every single day. We loved staying at Nilaya and we'll definitely be back!
9.2/10Our house managers were both named Made. They were awesome. The chef was great and so was his assistant. ALL of the villa staff were awesome. Booking was easy, our booking manager was Joce. travel arrangements to and from the airport and everywhere else we needed to go was perfect. All breakfast options tasted great. Everyone was so nice and we had a great time. We went to bali with 24 people and we rented a few villas in Seminyak. We'd do it again in a heartbeat if we didn't have millions of other villas to visit! The chef and the Mades went out of their way to accommodate my friends and family who were staying in the other villas. It was more than a perfect vacation.
