Om te beginnen met uw avontuur in deze rustieke Indonesische villa, een geweldig uitgaanspunt om de authentieke Balinese waarden te ontdekken. Het traditionele gevoel vindt u ook buiten tussen de tropische gebladerte rondom de villa, dit unieke paradijs geeft u gegarandeerd een memorabele vakantie.
Er zijn vijf ruime slaapkamers in Villa Jempiring, en een van hen is gelegen op de begane grond en vier van de kamers bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. Drie van de kamers zijn uitgerust met kingsize bedden, één kamer heeft tweepersoonsbedden en de laatste slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Terwijl de kamer op de begane grond direct toegang heeft tot het zwembad, bieden de kamers op de bovenverdieping u toegang tot een privéveranda waar u enkele ligstoelen vindt om op te loungen. Elke kamer heeft een eigen en-suite badkamer, volledig gemeubileerd, zeer tropisch met muren in rotsstijl en kiezelvloeren en een rustiek stenen bad. Met planten en bakstenen muren, deze badkamers zijn een lust voor het oog op zich!

Een karakteristiek kenmerk van Villa Jempiring is het zwembad in lagunestijl, dat u de luxe biedt van een leven in strandstijl, direct in de villa. De prachtige oase heeft ook enkele ligstoelen buiten het zwembad, perfect voor u om te loungen en een drankje te nemen. De rustieke schoonheid van de villa heeft een ouderwetse charme en u zult zich rustig en kalm voelen terwijl u ontspant in het water van uw privé lagune. De lagune wordt ook begrensd door tropische planten en goed verzorgde tuinen met rotsformaties en overvloedige bloemen die zorgen voor een prachtig, ansichtkaart-waardig plaatje om te bewaren voor uw herinneringen.
De lagune strekt zich ver en breed uit en grenst in de hoek aan de eetruimte, zodat u kunt genieten van het water naast u terwijl u zich tegoed doet aan lokale gerechten bereid door de chef-kok.
Het prachtig ingerichte woongedeelte ligt een trede onder de lagune van het zwembad, zodat u, als u naar buiten staat te kijken, op gelijke hoogte met het zwembad staat. Via een gedeelte met glazen wanden kijkt u recht in de lagune, en hebt u een prachtig uitzicht op de buitenlucht. De esthetisch aangename kamer is ingericht met mooie kunstwerken langs de muren en wat rustieke meubels verspreid over de kamer.
Het eetgedeelte bevindt zich buiten, in een open ruimte, waardoor het lijkt op een restaurant aan zee, waar u kunt kijken naar het prachtige water, de zon, en met de koele bries op uw gezicht, een complete tropische ervaring. In het woongedeelte bevindt zich ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken, voorzien van alle nodige voorzieningen als u eens zou willen koken!
Het vriendelijke personeel van Villa Jempiring is er om ervoor te zorgen dat u een comfortabel verblijf heeft en dat al uw wensen en eisen zonder problemen worden vervuld. U kunt de kok van het huis vragen om een heerlijke traditionele Balinese maaltijd voor u te bereiden, indien gewenst. Ze zijn uitzonderlijk getalenteerd en beleefd tegen de gasten in het geval u aanbevelingen nodig heeft over wat te proberen rond Seminyak!
Een positieve eigenschap van Villa Jempiring is dat het is gelegen op loopafstand van de wereldberoemde strandclub Ku De Ta. De populaire Oberoi wijk is een steenworp afstand van de villa, met de beste restaurants, cafés en bars! Bezoek restaurants als La Favela en Mutiara, perfect voor een romantisch dinner, terwijl clubs als Potatoe Head geweldig zijn omom te dansen en een avond plezier met vrienden.
9.8/10A great family villa. The pool was fantastic and very well utilised. Ketut catered for our every need and was quick to respond to any requests. The steps down to the living area from the pool could benefit from some non slip product. We would highly recommend this villa
8.8/10This Villa is centrally located, close to the flea market, Seminyak square and village, and so many amazing restaurants. Very close to the amazing Ku De Ta (2 min wall) and about 5 min walk to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed for 12 nights. The villa has a rustic feel, with traditional Balinese features. The lagoon style pool is a standout. We stayed with 4 adults and a toddler. We arranged pool fencing before our arrival and I love that the pool is like the beach, with a shore for lounging on. There is also a swim up bar to the lounge room which we made great use of! The villa is equipped with fans, aircon, projector style tv, drinking water. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one in the main house, one in the ‘pool room’). Each bedroom has an en-suite and air conditioning. The master bedroom (downstairs in main house) is beautiful, with a huge bathroom including an enormous pool and two showers. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. Be mindful that the stairs are incredibly steep, and to enter the house it is via a rock walkway, and there are stairs to get into the house (entry in to sunken lounge room). It is therefore not appropriate if you have mobility issues. We handled it fine with a toddler but carrying her up and down the stairs was challenging! We had breakfast prepared for us most days, with western or Asian options. Breakfast was delicious! We also utilised the laundry service most days which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful, and very easy to contact. Overall a great stay in a central spot!
9.6/10We had a great time at Villa Jempiring, the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful not to mention the Villa itself is gorgeous! The pool is even bigger than it looks in the photos! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend Villa Jempiring to our friends and family.
8.6/10The villa was wonderful! I traveled to Bali for my birthday last year in December. The staff was great. The pool was amazing. The whole layout of the villa was great. The only thing that was a negative was the little ants all over that got into some of the snacks that we bought and the mosquitos. But outside of those 2 things, the experience and villa were great! Maybe if some of the landscaping was cut back some, that could reduce the mosquitos.
10/10Villa Jempiring was amazing. The pool was a dream. Eight adults stayed here comfortably. This villa was the "overflow" from family and friends staying at Villa Phinisi next door. It was a quick walk over for breakfast and lunch. The staff treated both villas the same which made it perfect for a large group of family and friends. I would definitely stay here again!
9.6/10Absolutely loved this location from the time we stepped through the gates to when we sadly left. The bedrooms were massive, the bathrooms were so impressive. The staff, Ayu, Ketut our chef, our young girl helper, our gardener and Security were superb. There was nothing we asked for that couldn't be done. The food was to die for and we definitely didn't go hungry. Our breakfast daily was plentiful and always fresh, we had a few special dinners and this was top class. Our rooms were always spotlessly cleaned. Location was great, very safe and close to shops, beach etc. There were 10 of us and a baby and plenty of room to have quiet time, if we needed or share family time together around the large outside table. The email contact prior to our arrival, which was often - was clear and precise and I have told many other Ozzies to come and book through you. Congrats and well done.
8.4/10We found Villa Jempiring to be in a great location, close to the beach and the main street in Seminyak with many shops and restaurants. The housekeep Ayu was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and our Chef Ketut cooked us up the most amazing mouth watering foods. The only thing that I would say needs a bit updating is the plumbing and electricity in some of the upstairs bedrooms. But on a whole our stay in the Villa was relaxing and very memorable, I would definitely recommend Villa Jempiring to friends. Also the French owner was very accommodating and helpful.

10/10Great Location! Walking distance to many eateries, Ku De Ta and Potato Head Beach Club! Great Pool! Biggest pool we've seen in any Bali Villas. We had a total of 7 big floats and there was still so much space to accommodate all 8 of us. Great Chefs! They can cook anything you want them to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fresh ingredients. Great Staff! Kind, polite and friendly.
10/10We just spent four days with 2 families in fantastic Villa Jempiring in Seminyak. The villa has a beautiful pool and is very nicely decorated. The villa team knows how to make you feel relaxed. Ketut is a great Cook with a wide menu, who also masters some typical Western food. The villa's location, is perfect, at the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to Kudeta, restaurants and shops, so no need for a motor cycle or car. We have been to Bali many times, however this villa is one of our top picks If you look for total relaxation on perfect location, for sure consider villa Jempiring...
