A great family villa. The pool was fantastic and very well utilised. Ketut catered for our every need and was quick to respond to any requests. The steps down to the living area from the pool could benefit from some non slip product. We would highly recommend this villa

This Villa is centrally located, close to the flea market, Seminyak square and village, and so many amazing restaurants. Very close to the amazing Ku De Ta (2 min wall) and about 5 min walk to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed for 12 nights. The villa has a rustic feel, with traditional Balinese features. The lagoon style pool is a standout. We stayed with 4 adults and a toddler. We arranged pool fencing before our arrival and I love that the pool is like the beach, with a shore for lounging on. There is also a swim up bar to the lounge room which we made great use of! The villa is equipped with fans, aircon, projector style tv, drinking water. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one in the main house, one in the ‘pool room’). Each bedroom has an en-suite and air conditioning. The master bedroom (downstairs in main house) is beautiful, with a huge bathroom including an enormous pool and two showers. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. Be mindful that the stairs are incredibly steep, and to enter the house it is via a rock walkway, and there are stairs to get into the house (entry in to sunken lounge room). It is therefore not appropriate if you have mobility issues. We handled it fine with a toddler but carrying her up and down the stairs was challenging! We had breakfast prepared for us most days, with western or Asian options. Breakfast was delicious! We also utilised the laundry service most days which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful, and very easy to contact. Overall a great stay in a central spot!

We had a great time at Villa Jempiring, the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful not to mention the Villa itself is gorgeous! The pool is even bigger than it looks in the photos! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend Villa Jempiring to our friends and family.

The villa was wonderful! I traveled to Bali for my birthday last year in December. The staff was great. The pool was amazing. The whole layout of the villa was great. The only thing that was a negative was the little ants all over that got into some of the snacks that we bought and the mosquitos. But outside of those 2 things, the experience and villa were great! Maybe if some of the landscaping was cut back some, that could reduce the mosquitos.

Villa Jempiring was amazing. The pool was a dream. Eight adults stayed here comfortably. This villa was the "overflow" from family and friends staying at Villa Phinisi next door. It was a quick walk over for breakfast and lunch. The staff treated both villas the same which made it perfect for a large group of family and friends. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this location from the time we stepped through the gates to when we sadly left. The bedrooms were massive, the bathrooms were so impressive. The staff, Ayu, Ketut our chef, our young girl helper, our gardener and Security were superb. There was nothing we asked for that couldn't be done. The food was to die for and we definitely didn't go hungry. Our breakfast daily was plentiful and always fresh, we had a few special dinners and this was top class. Our rooms were always spotlessly cleaned. Location was great, very safe and close to shops, beach etc. There were 10 of us and a baby and plenty of room to have quiet time, if we needed or share family time together around the large outside table. The email contact prior to our arrival, which was often - was clear and precise and I have told many other Ozzies to come and book through you. Congrats and well done.

We found Villa Jempiring to be in a great location, close to the beach and the main street in Seminyak with many shops and restaurants. The housekeep Ayu was wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and our Chef Ketut cooked us up the most amazing mouth watering foods. The only thing that I would say needs a bit updating is the plumbing and electricity in some of the upstairs bedrooms. But on a whole our stay in the Villa was relaxing and very memorable, I would definitely recommend Villa Jempiring to friends. Also the French owner was very accommodating and helpful.

Great Location! Walking distance to many eateries, Ku De Ta and Potato Head Beach Club! Great Pool! Biggest pool we've seen in any Bali Villas. We had a total of 7 big floats and there was still so much space to accommodate all 8 of us. Great Chefs! They can cook anything you want them to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fresh ingredients. Great Staff! Kind, polite and friendly.

We just spent four days with 2 families in fantastic Villa Jempiring in Seminyak. The villa has a beautiful pool and is very nicely decorated. The villa team knows how to make you feel relaxed. Ketut is a great Cook with a wide menu, who also masters some typical Western food. The villa's location, is perfect, at the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to Kudeta, restaurants and shops, so no need for a motor cycle or car. We have been to Bali many times, however this villa is one of our top picks If you look for total relaxation on perfect location, for sure consider villa Jempiring...

All facilities are excellent. Ketut cooked occasionally, & we enjoyed the food. The staff were amazing, especially Made. We would come back and recommend Villa Jempiring to our friends.
