Couldn't have asked for more from the villa and staff. Pool was spot on and the room was great. Very solid aircon and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was more than we could eat and had the options to mix it up which we did. Great spot to stay.

We were greeted by Ayu who looked after us with kindness and love. By the time we left she felt like family. The location is off the noisy main road but close enough to walk for a few stores and some great restaurants. The villa is beautiful and spacious. We had a quiet and private space. Breakfast blew us away and we were given some amazing fruits and local treats. Highly recommend Warung Sobat for a meal close by! A special thank you to Ratih our concierge who assisted every step of the way with travel arrangements, making sure we had all the info ahead of time and ensuring we were always happy!

The villa is tucked away deep in Seminyak, not very far from the beach, Location is not great, but the beach was within walking distance which was a plus. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, though a little run down...needs a lick of paint and some refurbishments of the sofas etc. The bedrooms were decent; could do with a couple of chairs and maybe a desk; tv could be wall mounted to save some space. Pool was great. The open living area overlooking the pool, should have the option to be enclosed and with aircon; it could get pretty hot in the late mornings, because the sun shines straight into that area. Ayu, the Housekeeper was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast she made were not lavish, but tasty and adequate. Overall a decent experience.

We had an awesome time for our recent stay at Villa Briana. Great location, very quiet area amongst other local people’s homes but close enough to walk to main st for supplies and restaurants. Beach close by also. Great massage places available can’t remember specific names but easily found. Villa was amazing! Very private, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

A very beautiful place and wonderful villa. Junny who was there for the stewardship of the villa and to take care of our breakfast, is an extraordinary person. We rented a scooter for 15 days we took care of nothing. I dare to hope and dream to be able to return one day. A wonderful stay.

I stayed at Villa Briana with my husband and baby, I like it here as the villa is totally private and the staff really keep our privacy. She only came in the morning and she left as soon as she finish cleaning the villa as we asked. She didn't turn up until we called for needs. The management stuff also friendly. The only thing I'm not quiet sure is the glass table in the living room as it is quiet low, may be if its same level as the couch would be better, but may be it just me. My foot always bump on it. overall, this villa briana and staff were great. I definitely will come back and stay here again next year with hope the table already replace.
