Villa Briana is a charming, cozy and tropical 2-bedroom holiday rental with a superb location in Batu Belig, close to the beach and just a short drive from the center of Seminyak. Tucked in a quiet lane, just behind Batu Belig street, guests staying at villa Briana enjoy tranquility while the hot spots of south Bali are just a short walk or drive away. Villa Briana is perfect for a small family or two couples wanting to stay close to the beach, Canggu Club and Seminyak.
The two master suites of Villa Briana are identical in their designs. Both bedrooms feature glass sliding doors that open up to the garden, allowing guests to jump straight into the swimming pool every morning of their stay. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, fitted with deluxe king-size, King Koil beds and huge flat-screen TV. Whitewashed wooden doors open up to the private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own en-suite to rinse of beneath the hot or cold shower. Villa Briana has one safety box for guests to store their valuable items.

Turquoise painted wooden doors opens up to the peaceful tropical garden of Villa Briana. The garden is fringed by lush greenery and it is home to a soft grassy lawn and an inviting swimming pool, tiled with natural green Java stones. Guests can sit and enjoy drinks together at the little seating corner at the end of the pool, or choose to soak up the sun on one of the two reclining chairs with comfy red mattresses.
The tropical open-plan living pavilion of Villa Briana makes a perfectly comfortable place to hang out at any time of the day or evening. Beneath the traditional high soaring rooftop, sits a tropical yet stylish living room, ruled by chic red colors and artifacts, whitewashed wooden furniture and tasteful contemporary artwork framed to the wall. There are two deluxe suede sofas to lounge on between the bright red pillows. Meals are enjoyed at the circular glass-topped dining table and there is a well-equipped compact kitchen as well, complete with a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster and a little bar with two stools to sip your coffee in the morning. All day long, you get to enjoy the lovely garden view and the swimming pool awaits just steps away from the sofa and dining table.
Friendly staff is there to look after all the guests staying at Villa Briana. The villa manager is always available on call, there is housekeeping service, garden and pool maintenance and night security.
Villa Briana is located in Gang Daksina number 15C, a gang just off of Jalan Batu Belig. The quiet beach of Batu Belig is in walking distance of the villa and so are many great cafés and restaurants such as WaterCress, Métis and Sardine. 5 minutes to drive to famous hang-outs of Seminyak such as Potato Head.
10/10Couldn't have asked for more from the villa and staff. Pool was spot on and the room was great. Very solid aircon and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was more than we could eat and had the options to mix it up which we did. Great spot to stay.
10/10We were greeted by Ayu who looked after us with kindness and love. By the time we left she felt like family. The location is off the noisy main road but close enough to walk for a few stores and some great restaurants. The villa is beautiful and spacious. We had a quiet and private space. Breakfast blew us away and we were given some amazing fruits and local treats. Highly recommend Warung Sobat for a meal close by! A special thank you to Ratih our concierge who assisted every step of the way with travel arrangements, making sure we had all the info ahead of time and ensuring we were always happy!
7.6/10The villa is tucked away deep in Seminyak, not very far from the beach, Location is not great, but the beach was within walking distance which was a plus. The villa itself was clean and comfortable, though a little run down...needs a lick of paint and some refurbishments of the sofas etc. The bedrooms were decent; could do with a couple of chairs and maybe a desk; tv could be wall mounted to save some space. Pool was great. The open living area overlooking the pool, should have the option to be enclosed and with aircon; it could get pretty hot in the late mornings, because the sun shines straight into that area. Ayu, the Housekeeper was very efficient and helpful. The breakfast she made were not lavish, but tasty and adequate. Overall a decent experience.
10/10We had an awesome time for our recent stay at Villa Briana. Great location, very quiet area amongst other local people’s homes but close enough to walk to main st for supplies and restaurants. Beach close by also. Great massage places available can’t remember specific names but easily found. Villa was amazing! Very private, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

9/10A very beautiful place and wonderful villa. Junny who was there for the stewardship of the villa and to take care of our breakfast, is an extraordinary person. We rented a scooter for 15 days we took care of nothing. I dare to hope and dream to be able to return one day. A wonderful stay.
9.6/10I stayed at Villa Briana with my husband and baby, I like it here as the villa is totally private and the staff really keep our privacy. She only came in the morning and she left as soon as she finish cleaning the villa as we asked. She didn't turn up until we called for needs. The management stuff also friendly. The only thing I'm not quiet sure is the glass table in the living room as it is quiet low, may be if its same level as the couch would be better, but may be it just me. My foot always bump on it. overall, this villa briana and staff were great. I definitely will come back and stay here again next year with hope the table already replace.
