My wife, two boys and I recently spent a week in Swan Villa R for our 10 year wedding anniversary - to say this villa is amazing is an understatement! Reasonably priced (comparative to other similar villas) and unbelievably beautiful from top to bottom as soon as you walk in through the entrance. The pool was an immediate favourite for us and a lot of wonderful hours were spent gazing back at the villa in awe. (Well done to the designer for the lighting plan, it made it beautiful at night to watch). The high end touches were evident in the bedrooms which disguised the fact that this is not a 5 star resort but indeed a villa! Yes it is located away from the Seminyak core of shops etc, however, a short and inexpensive scooter/taxi ride located us in the heart of the area in no time. We loved that the quiet street the villa is located on had beautiful cafes, laundry facilities, massage salons, supermarkets to make it feel like we didn't need for much more. Conveniently located to the beach with a 5min stroll (northern end of W Resort) and as we found out this short access alley is only accessible between 8am and 9pm through a locked gate. This didn't deter us at all. Throughout the stay, whenever I had any requests (more filtered water bottles etc), Indah our lovely villa contact, was only a quick WhatsApp message away! She was fantastic in organising things for us! Would we stay here again? Absolutely. But the next time we want to share it with our friends and family so they can also appreciate it!

Arrival experience was friendly, great driver from the airport. Villa was ready ahead of time. The staff were attentive and helpful on both arrival and throughout our stay. Easy walk or taxi to any of the great restaurants. Given we are donut lovers we were hooked with Dough Darlings from day 1, great coffee too. Easy walking distance to Seminyak Square and all the shopping. Ling ling restaurant, The Forge and The Butchers Club Steakhouse highly recommended and so so close to Swan Villas. Loved our stay.

The villa is gorgeous and has great amenities. Love the pool where the family can have fun and relax together. Unfortunately, we experienced 2 power trips on the 1st 2 nights and an incident of no water on the 2nd night. But the staff were exceedingly helpful and went out of their way to rectify the problems. Everything was perfect by the 3rd day. I’m totally impressed with the service provided by the girls, especially Indah (who had most help from Ina). She ensured that everything got fixed and provided great assistance to our needs. Will definitely recommend this villa!
