In het Sanskriet betekent het woord Kavya: poëzie. De villa is ontworpen door Indonesische architect Sekar, deze architect interpretatie hedendaagse technieken met traditionele Balinese structuren en voorzieningen. Het resultaat is meesterlijk, Villa Kavya is een fantastisch luxe verblijf. De villa heeft moderne faciliteiten, maar met de authenticiteit van het tropische eilandleven. Wat u ook op zal vallen is het artistieke evenwicht tussen aarde en water, dat zowel binnen als buiten is doorgevoerd. Het design en interieur van Villa Kavya zullen uw vakantie tot een kunst verheven.
De villa heeft vier slaapkamers. De ruime hoofdslaapkamer beslaat de hele bovenverdieping en komt uit op een balkon met uitzicht op de tuin, het zwembad en het landschap in de verte. Alle drie de slaapkamers op de begane grond hebben één interessant gemeenschappelijk kenmerk - inpandige douches compleet met dubbele wastafel. Een van deze slaapkamers heeft echter toegang tot een ruim en gemeubileerd overdekt terras aan de rand van het gazon. Hier kunt u ook allemaal samenkomen voor een drankje na het diner en een gezellig gesprek.

Aan de rand van het uitgestrekte, goed onderhouden gazon liggen de twee zwembaden van de villa - een is een 17-meter rond zwembad en de andere is een dompelbad of kinderbad. De twee zwembaden worden gescheiden door een baal met een houten hangmat waar u in plaats van een matras in kunt liggen en in slaap gesust kunt worden door een zacht briesje. Het zwembad heeft ook een houten dek met kussens waar u zich kunt uitstrekken en van de zon kunt genieten.
Aan de ene kant van het lange, ruime, halfopen centrale paviljoen bevindt zich het woongedeelte. Rond de grote banken kunt u zich verzamelen voor wat levendige interactie. Een paar stappen verder is de eethoek met een opstelling die comfortabel plaats biedt aan acht personen. Hier worden heerlijke en bevredigende maaltijden geserveerd - bereid door de chef-kok in de volledig uitgeruste, ultramoderne keuken - en gesmaakt. Aan de andere kant van het paviljoen is de televisiekamer die u twee soorten uitzicht biedt - op de grote, flatscreentelevisie of door het grote raam dat uitkijkt op het zwembad.

Het personeel van de villa bestaat, naast de chef-kok, uit huishoudsters, tuinmannen, een zwembadverzorgster, een technicus en beveiligingspersoneel. Een auto met chauffeur wordt ook ter beschikking gesteld voor acht uur per dag van uw verblijf.
De stranden van Canggu zijn niet zo ver weg vanaf Villa Kavya. U kunt heerlijk in het zoute zeewater zwemmen op het strand van Batu Balong. Als surfen meer uw ding is, bezoek dan het strand van Echo of Mengening. De sereniteit zoekt u op tijdens een yoga sessie in Serenity Eco Guesthouse of Desa Seni. Bezoek ook zeker restaurants als Deus Ex Machina en Crate Cafe. Tijdens zonsondergang kunt u tot middernacht terecht voor een hapje en een drankje in bars als Old Man’s en Sandbar.
9.6/10Villa Kavya was very spacious and the perfect way to end our Bali stay. Two families occupied the villa and there was plenty of room. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

9.4/10The location of the villa ended up being extremely convenient to the best part a lot of amazing cafes and restaurants. FINNS beach club being within walking distance was a game changer! The villa itself came as advertised, with everything being very well maintained and staff always being available. Bagus the villa manager was very helpful and took care of everything. Highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back!
9.6/10Every meal prepared by Bagus wowed us! We had a BBQ for our last night, which was absolutely wonderful. The Villa is much more than expected. Highly recommend it for family get-to-gether. My only minor comment is the noise from the road. The staff is amazing!
10/10From the moment we arrived at this tranquil location we knew it was going to be special. The staff were extremely helpful and welcomed us like family. The sprawling villa is extremely impressive and very hard to leave. Being only ten minutes away from the buzzing streets of Seminyak was perfect as we felt relaxed, but close enough to head to the shops for some retail therapy. Perfect for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the best Bali has to offer. The bedrooms are all wonderful and the outdoor bathrooms divine. I would recommend this villa to everyone and anyone and will be back soon. The only negative is that we had the villa for the first week of our holiday and that the next hotel we stayed at was never going to live up to the "Villa Kavya experience". Thank you to all of the wonderful staff including Gusti to the incredible chef and Bagus, Wayan the driver who was extremely accommodating and helpful and the lovely Melan. Sorry if I missed anyone.
9.2/10we really enjoyed our stay with Kavya. Big and clean pool, plenty of space for 8 of us. Having in house chef is a real treat, we love the chef cooking. Staffs are discreet and readily available to tend to our needs. Thanks to the villa crew who made our stay so enjoyable.
10/10One of the most beautiful contemporary and comfortable place that I’ve ever stayed. Bagus made us very special and tasty dishes. He was very innovative with magical fingers. Loved every meal in villa. General Staff was an excellent manager always trying to help us and make everything very convenience. A pleasant smile and a lovely person. Excellent Staff, Good Food, Excellent Villa. We would like to stay here again.

9.6/10Dear Dian. Sorry for the slow reply but been very busy. We would love to say that we really thought that the staff were great and very good and kind. The food by Ketut was really good and we loved all our meals. The villa was always clean. the only thing that it could do was for a better equipped (pots , kettle etc) as Its nice when the staff are not there to make your tea and coffee and if you have small kids to cook for them as we would wake early, and also if you are going for family's with kids to also get better equipped (toys,Etc) thats all and we really enjoyed the villa Kavya. thank you to all the staff and your help.
