Im Sanskrit bedeutet das Wort Kavya Poesie. Genau wie ein meisterhaft verfasstes Gedicht ist die Villa Kavya eine meisterhaft gestaltete Luxusresidenz. Die vom bekannten indonesischen Architekten Sekar entworfene Villa ist eine zeitgenössische Interpretation traditioneller balinesischer Strukturen und Annehmlichkeiten. Doch selbst mit diesen modernen Veränderungen bleibt die Authentizität des tropischen Insellebens erhalten. Am auffälligsten an der Villa ist jedoch das künstlerische Gleichgewicht zwischen Erde und Wasser sowie die offenen, luftigen Räume und das dekorative Feuer. Mit ihrer Architektur, ihrem Design und ihrer Inneneinrichtung hat die Villa Kavya das Urlaubsleben wirklich zu einer Kunst erhoben.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Nähe der Villa bis auf Weiteres Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Während Ihres Aufenthaltes müssen Sie mit Baulärm rechnen.
Die Villa hat vier Schlafzimmer. Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer nimmt die gesamte obere Etage ein und öffnet sich zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, den Pool und die ferne Landschaft. Alle drei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss haben ein gemeinsames interessantes Merkmal - Innenduschen mit Doppelwaschbecken. Eines dieser Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einer geräumigen und möblierten überdachten Terrasse direkt am Rande des Rasens. Auch hier können Sie alle zusammenkommen, um nach dem Essen etwas zu trinken und gemütlich zu plaudern.

Am Rande des weitläufigen, gepflegten Rasens befinden sich die beiden Swimmingpools der Villa - ein 17-Meter-Schwimmbecken und ein Tauchbecken oder Kinderbecken. Die beiden Pools sind durch einen Ballen getrennt, der anstelle der üblichen Matratze mit einer hölzernen Hängematte ausgestattet ist, in der man liegen und sich von der milden Brise in den Schlaf wiegen lassen kann. In diesem Bereich kann man auch am Pool speisen. Der Poolbereich verfügt über ein Holzdeck mit gepolsterten Poolbetten, auf denen Sie sich ausstrecken und sonnen können. Versammlungen und Veranstaltungen für bis zu 50 Personen können gegen Aufpreis organisiert werden.
An einem Ende des langen, geräumigen, halboffenen Mittelpavillons befindet sich der Wohnbereich. Um die großen Sofas herum können Sie sich alle zu einem regen Austausch versammeln. Ein paar Schritte weiter befindet sich der Essbereich mit einer Einrichtung, die bequem acht Personen Platz bietet. Hier können leckere und sättigende Mahlzeiten - zubereitet in der voll ausgestatteten, hochmodernen Küche - serviert und genossen werden. Am anderen Ende des Pavillons befindet sich das Fernsehzimmer, das Ihnen zwei Arten von Ausblicken bietet - auf dem großen Flachbildfernseher oder durch das große Fenster, das auf den Poolbereich hinausgeht.
Zum Personal der Villa gehören Hausangestellte, Gärtner, ein Bademeister, ein Techniker sowie Sicherheitspersonal. Gegen Aufpreis steht Ihnen außerdem an jedem Tag Ihres Aufenthalts für acht Stunden ein Auto mit Chauffeur zur Verfügung.
Von der Villa Kavya aus sind die Strände von Canggu nicht allzu weit entfernt. Wenn Salzwasserschwimmen Ihr Ding ist, gibt es Batu Balong. Wenn Sie jedoch gerne surfen, sollten Sie zum Echo oder Mengening Beach fahren. Wenn Sie Yoga ausprobieren möchten, besuchen Sie das Serenity Eco Guesthouse oder Desa Seni. Auch die kulinarische Szene sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Ein Muss sind die Restaurants Deus Ex Machina und Crate. Für Cocktails oder Drinks nach dem Essen sollten Sie die Old Man's Bar am Old Man Beach oder die Sand Bar am Echo Beach besuchen.
9.6/10Villa Kavya was very spacious and the perfect way to end our Bali stay. Two families occupied the villa and there was plenty of room. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

9.4/10The location of the villa ended up being extremely convenient to the best part a lot of amazing cafes and restaurants. FINNS beach club being within walking distance was a game changer! The villa itself came as advertised, with everything being very well maintained and staff always being available. Bagus the villa manager was very helpful and took care of everything. Highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back!
9.6/10Every meal prepared by Bagus wowed us! We had a BBQ for our last night, which was absolutely wonderful. The Villa is much more than expected. Highly recommend it for family get-to-gether. My only minor comment is the noise from the road. The staff is amazing!
10/10From the moment we arrived at this tranquil location we knew it was going to be special. The staff were extremely helpful and welcomed us like family. The sprawling villa is extremely impressive and very hard to leave. Being only ten minutes away from the buzzing streets of Seminyak was perfect as we felt relaxed, but close enough to head to the shops for some retail therapy. Perfect for families and friends who want to relax and enjoy the best Bali has to offer. The bedrooms are all wonderful and the outdoor bathrooms divine. I would recommend this villa to everyone and anyone and will be back soon. The only negative is that we had the villa for the first week of our holiday and that the next hotel we stayed at was never going to live up to the "Villa Kavya experience". Thank you to all of the wonderful staff including Gusti to the incredible chef and Bagus, Wayan the driver who was extremely accommodating and helpful and the lovely Melan. Sorry if I missed anyone.
9.2/10we really enjoyed our stay with Kavya. Big and clean pool, plenty of space for 8 of us. Having in house chef is a real treat, we love the chef cooking. Staffs are discreet and readily available to tend to our needs. Thanks to the villa crew who made our stay so enjoyable.
10/10One of the most beautiful contemporary and comfortable place that I’ve ever stayed. Bagus made us very special and tasty dishes. He was very innovative with magical fingers. Loved every meal in villa. General Staff was an excellent manager always trying to help us and make everything very convenience. A pleasant smile and a lovely person. Excellent Staff, Good Food, Excellent Villa. We would like to stay here again.

9.6/10Dear Dian. Sorry for the slow reply but been very busy. We would love to say that we really thought that the staff were great and very good and kind. The food by Ketut was really good and we loved all our meals. The villa was always clean. the only thing that it could do was for a better equipped (pots , kettle etc) as Its nice when the staff are not there to make your tea and coffee and if you have small kids to cook for them as we would wake early, and also if you are going for family's with kids to also get better equipped (toys,Etc) thats all and we really enjoyed the villa Kavya. thank you to all the staff and your help.
