Villa Anaya Manis es una villa privada recién renovada y puesta en marcha en Seminyak con nueve dormitorios, amplios jardines, comodidades modernas y mucho más. Perfecta para grupos y familias que desean vivir cerca de todo lo que Seminyak tiene que ofrecer, Villa Anaya Manis está totalmente equipada para su comodidad.
Dos piscinas, una experiencia de vida interior-exterior y un impresionante diseño contemporáneo se unen para ofrecerle unas de las vacaciones más memorables de todos los tiempos. Playas como Petitenget y Seminyak, discotecas como Ku De Ta, Potato Head y Motel Mexicola se encuentran en un radio de 3 km.
La villa principal de cuatro dormitorios y la villa de invitados de tres dormitorios pueden reservarse juntas o por separado en una combinación que se adapte a sus necesidades. Los dormitorios son espaciosos, bien amueblados con camas tamaño king y con una decoración mínima. Las ventanas dejan entrar el aire fresco y la luz del sol iluminando los espacios.
Con aire acondicionado para combatir el calor, apreciará la tranquilidad de las habitaciones. Los cuartos de baño están equipados con duchas a ras de suelo y todo tipo de comodidades modernas. Hay dos lavabos, toallas limpias y artículos de aseo para su comodidad.

Cada una de las dos villas tiene su propia piscina. La piscina principal tiene 8,5 m y la de invitados 9 m. Las piscinas se encuentran bajo un cielo azul y claro, por lo que puede tumbarse en un flotador y disfrutar de la mañana soleada. La zona de la piscina ha sido diseñada con una cubierta y pasarelas en el centro para que pueda acceder a cualquier lado con facilidad. En la cubierta de la piscina hay tumbonas para tomar el sol. Hay una zona de comedor al aire libre en la terraza sombreada para desayunar al aire libre. Un salón de ratán es un lugar cómodo y refrescante para pasar el tiempo al aire libre por la noche.
Las puertas correderas de cristal de la terraza revelan el salón y el comedor de cada una de las villas de Villa Anaya Manis. La estética monocromática con el negro, el blanco y el cristal como protagonistas se traduce en interiores contemporáneos. Hay un sofá en forma de U, suficientemente grande para todos, con vistas a la piscina y un conjunto de puertas en la parte trasera que revelan una exuberante vegetación. Las zonas de estar tienen aire acondicionado y están equipadas con Smart TV de pantalla plana para su entretenimiento. Puede dirigirse a la sala de estar después de un largo día en la playa, relajarse y ver sus programas de televisión o películas favoritas.
La villa principal y la villa de invitados tienen zonas de comedor con una mesa de 12 plazas y una mesa de cuatro plazas, además de una barra de desayuno para disfrutar de amplios asientos. Las villas son autosuficientes e independientes, lo que facilita su uso completo. Las modernas cocinas, totalmente equipadas, tienen todo lo necesario para preparar comidas decadentes. Desde cafetera y horno hasta nevera para vinos y dispensador de agua, está totalmente equipada. Incluso puede solicitar servicio de chef privado con cargo adicional. De este modo, podrá probar platos locales preparados por profesionales para disfrutar de una sabrosa experiencia.
Con servicio de conserjería, un personal dedicado y una dirección que se ocupará de sus necesidades, Villa Anaya Manis no sólo ofrece una vida de lujo, sino también servicios de primera clase. Puede disfrutar del té/café de cortesía que se ofrece a diario. El personal de la villa incluye un gerente y personal de la casa con seguridad, jardinero y encargado de la piscina. Hay una bodega y un gimnasio en la propiedad. Los servicios disponibles bajo petición son chef privado, cunas adicionales, servicio de canguro, visitas y excursiones.
La ubicación de Villa Anaya Manis es excepcional, ya que está a solo 1,8 km de Seminyak Square, el principal centro comercial de Seminyak. Tiene restaurantes, cafeterías y bares en un radio de 3 km, mientras que las playas están a sólo 10 minutos en coche. Dirígete a Potato Head, Ku De Ta o Motel Mexicola para tomar unas copas. 10/10We had a great stay at this property! The communication was excellent and highly responsive, which made planning easy. The housekeeping team was truly exceptional – they were incredibly accommodating with our breakfast requests and always on hand to assist around the house. Their attentiveness really stood out, especially around the pool where they were always ready with towels and amenities, which the kids absolutely loved. It was a perfect spot for our big family birthday celebration. Overall, everything was wonderful. The only minor note for future guests is that one of the rooms, located in the bottom corner, is on a different level and wasn't quite up to the standard of the other eight rooms, so we didn't end up using it. That said, everything else was truly fantastic. Thanks for a memorable stay!
10/10Our stay at Anaya Manis was nothing short of amazing. The villa is beautifully designed with a perfect mix of Balinese charm and modern comfort. Everything was spotless and so well maintained, from the elegant interiors to the lush garden surroundings. The staff were absolutely wonderful—always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. They helped arrange massages and even some fitness activities, which made our stay extra special. It’s hard to find a place that feels this private yet still so thoughtfully serviced. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious escape in Bali! Again, thank you so much for your help.
10/10The photos don't do this villa justice, it was absolutely stunning. The rooms, the two pools and the beautiful staff who will do anything for you, I cannot recommend this villa, in particular if you are celebrating an event, enough. We had a wonderful stay with 11 of us in the villa. Close to a big supermarket and shops to easily keep your villa stocked with the essentials. We hardly ever left the villa, it was just perfect.
9.2/10We stayed at the Villa Anaya Manis over a weekend. We were celebrating a friends birthday and our stay at this beautiful villa made the weekend more special. It’s a spacious, well appointed villa. The interiors are very tastefully done and it’s well equipped to look after every need. The villa also had a lot of staff to cater to the guests. All the members of the staff were very helpful and accommodated our requests. We had a great time and would recommend staying at this lovely property.

10/10This was a large gathering of friends and family who hadn't been together for a while. The villa was perfect, 5 star. By offering 2 villas there us enough separation whilst staying all together. Sofi at Villa Finder helped us over a 5 month period to organise all that we needed and wanted - and we did not make his job any easier with our special requests. We ate as a group 4/5 times with Chefs in the villa. The food that was directly chosen from the given menu was outstanding. Through our own bidding we asked for a dinner with other items on one night... and that didn't go as well but that was our mistake, going off-menu as such. The Villa staff know where to source all items you could ever need and were working hard, til late, happily replenishing stocks if required. The morning team provided lovely breakfasts, we often asked them to grab bakery items in addition with no problems at all. They kept our rooms and the villas clean, the pool and grounds were well maintained and the security staff at night were vigilant. WiFi was a little iffy at times but that was more to do with provider signal than the villa's set up I think. We were able to work from the villa once spots were identified. I cannot recommend Villa Anaya Manis highly enough. Thank you for a memorable stay!
10/10Awesome villa and perfect for the our group - came here for my 50th and everything was lovely. From being met at the airport, greeted at the villa with the friendly staff to the way we were treated it was 5 star!
10/10We came for a 50th birthday girls' ladies vacation. The villa was perfect for us to be together but also have our own space. We made many memories here, lots of laughter all under the supervision of "manis" the mansion dog. Thank you for making the day + stay so special.

10/10What I loved most about Villa Anaya Manis was the layout. So much room for the family and with 2 pool the kids were never bored. The location was perfect too.Far enough from the noise of Seminyak central but close enough by a quick taxi ride which was always easy to get. Happy we stayed here for our Bali trip.
