Lakshmi Villa Kawi is part of Lakshmi Villas, a four villa complex in Seminyak. This immaculate two bedroom villa – named after a spiritual mountain in East Java where pilgrims go to ask for blessings – provides a stylish and peaceful hideaway where you can retreat from the outside world and unwind. And yet the villa is only a short stroll from some of Seminyak’s best shops, bars, restaurants and nightspots.
Lakshmi Villa Kawi is made up of two buildings positioned on either side of a 8m swimming pool, within a walled courtyard. The building on the far side of the pool is the sleeping pavilion, housing the two bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms, while the opposite open-sided pavilion you will find the open-air living and dining area with a small kitchen.
Both air-conditioned bedrooms are identical in size and each furnished with king size four-poster canopy beds (one of which beds can be converted to twins), comfortable arm chairs and cushions in toning shades. Each ensuite semi-outdoor garden bathroom is equipped with a standing monsoon shower, twin washbasins and a bathtub.

At the center of this single storey villa is a sparkling 8m swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck with four loungers shaded by a parasol for guests to relax on. The walls and pool are bordered by an array of tropical shrubs including a sweet scented frangipani tree.
The atmospheric open-sided living pavilion has a soaring roof supported by coconut wood pillars above a terrazzo floor and overlooks a swimming pool fringed with panda nus palms and frangipani trees. Cooled by ceiling fans, the pavilion is tastefully decorated with rattan sofas and chairs, a coffee table and a dining table where six guests can enjoy a delicious meal together. The kitchen provides all the essentials for tea and coffee-making, a fridge to cool drinks or store some food to whip up a quick meal.
A full team of staff are on hand to cater to your every whim and a security team will keep you safe at night, while babysitters and in-villa massage therapists are only a phone call away (at extra cost). Upon a request, an executive chef can prepare tasty meals from an extensive a la carte menu that includes western and Asian dishes. He is also happy to accommodate any special requests – from kid’s meals to four-course feasts and pool-side barbecues.
If you need more, space, another bed and an extra pool, Lakshmi Villa Kawi can be rented in conjunction with its neighbour, the one-bedroom Lakshmi Villa Solo. The two properties are linked by a door in the garden wall.
Situated in Seminyak within walking distance to the beach, the Villa has easy access to all the well-known restaurants including Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, W, Sarong, Metis, Potato Head, as well as other trendy night spots, shopping areas and wonderful spas. With trendy Petitenget just around the bend, the must see places are all at your fingertips.
