Abaca Villas consist of 3 villas (Villas Iluh, Kadek, Nyoman) tucked away in a quiet lane in the heart of Seminyak. With a total of sixteen bedrooms, this joint complex can accommodate as many as 32 guests and with four pools and various entertaining zones, Abaca Villas is the perfect destination for both joint families and groups of friends who want to be close to each other and still have their own privacy. The three villas are connected by a garden access upon opening the sliding gates located at the end of the three pools. Designed in such a way that embraces the luxury of island-style living, Abaca Villas feature open-air living spaces, chic interior design, gracious staff and all the amenities one would expect from a five-star accommodation.
Except for the charming stand-alone wooden juglo with twin beds, all bedrooms boast mosquito-netted four poster queen or king size beds, with high-quality linens and have large ensuite bathrooms with generous wardrobe space, complimentary robes and safety deposit boxes. All bedrooms at Abaca Villas are decorated with a mix of modern design and carefully curated Asian antiques. Whichever room you’re staying in, you’ll have every right to feel smug.

At Abaca Villas you’ll be able to swim your way across four sparkling pools. Choose between the two 18 meter pools, the 17 meter pool and the 13 meter pool, all equipped with comfortable sun loungers. There’s even a traditional bale with see-through glass floors to watch the fish pond below in one of the 18 meter pool.
Each of the three villas comprised in Abaca Villas have their own open air living areas overlooking their own swimming pool and garden and are all fitted with open air kitchens, dining areas with impressive single slab wooden dining tables, giving guests the option to lounge and dine together or separately. The interior furnishings have been tastefully integrated throughout, with comfortable over-sized rattan sofas, contemporary decor and interesting antique pieces.

10/10The grounds and villa were kept in excellent condition. The lighting was a nice surprise as the sunset. The ambience gave my family a fun and relaxing time together. The location is in the heart of seminyak. This is my preferred location over the bustling Kuta. Very close to a lot of fantastic cafes and restaurants. The ground staff was very helpful.
10/10The villas and the rooms were beautifully kept. The rooms services used to be more perfect. in addition to amenities such as mosquito repellent, international adapter which were did not working, but we didn't know.

9.6/10That's fantastic! it looks the same as what we saw on website. Staffs are helpful and nice. But there were 2 strangers came into the villa on the our first night, and security has to be sprightly. The water not hot enough but over all is okay. Car pick up is highly recommended. Thank you so much.
10/10We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking our transportation and making suggestions. Nothing problem at all and everything was perfect and lovely, i need more time to stay here
10/10The hospitality is really good, services and food couldn't get any better. we were enjoy staying here. the pool was great, and kids loved it. over all everything was great! The only problem is bugs everywhere, other than that everything is perfect! Probably give more discount. anyway we thank you for the services, staffs, foods, those things make us enjoy to stay here
10/10We had a marvelous stay at the villas, the staff, the complex, the decorations are fantastic and helpful. We will return! The only thing we missed are ice buckets, need to be cooler to keep wines/ drinks cool near the pool.
10/10The place is sumptuous, peaceful and charming! We rented all the villas for a birthday celebration and invited all our friends. We were 20 and there was room for everyone. We were together without being on top of each other. It was like being in a cocoon in a quiet and beautiful place, having a good time together, all in the middle of busy Seminyak. The service was excellent. It was definitely a magic moment with our friends, and a one-week party!
