Best villa I have stayed at. Max and the team could not do enough for us. They all went out of their way. I recommend anyone to book this villa. 10/10. We ended up staying at the villa the whole day as it’s all we needed. Rooms were beautiful, as was the villa which is huge. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 of us stay and we which we were there longer as 7 nights was not enough.

Another good choice as we all loved this Villa. The main two bedrooms were outstanding and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Would stay here again.

Villa was lovely and the pool was very large and with the ponds the outdoor area was extremely beautiful. A little noisy from the road traffic but the Villa made up for that. Our family had a wonderful time there

Everything about Villa Paya Paya was amazing - the pool, rooms and general space itself - an absolute knockout of a place to stay.. absolutely loved the wrap around pool. Location was amazing and very central. We had one issue during our stay - the villa did not lock properly (even with "two key twists"). Definitely would recommend a better door/ lock for this villa.

Very nice villa. The pool is beautifull, the rooms are spacious. you might need some transport though if you have kids as the villa is about 15 minutes walking distance from the main street. 20 to 25 minutes to Kudeta, 15 minutes from Potatoe Head. You can easily find taxis but you can also rent a car or motorcycle ( a renting place at 50m from the villa). Staff is good and friendly and not invasive.

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa. Near to it, there's a 24-hour store which is convenient when we have craving for a late night snack. Bedrooms are large. The pool & jacuzzi are great. The daily breakfasts are delicious. Recommended.

Really loved our stay at Villa Paya Paya and have recommended it to friends heading to Bali later in the year. The staff were fantastic, the villa and pool was large and spacious and there was a lot of air flow trough the place. A ceiling or pedestal fan in the living area would have been great for those times when there was no breeze though. The location was great, a short walk or taxi to wherever we wanted to go. We will be back again next year.

Mita, Ari & Ketut, & all the staff made my stay more pleasurable. We had a lovely time. The villa served our purpose to perfection & we are all sad to go. Thank you to the staff, they were all excellent.

Ari, Putu, Nita, Made, Ketut were a great team. The staff were great- we would come back because of the great staff you had here- they made us feel at home and was always willing to help.
