The Paya Paya Villa is a 4 bedroom holiday hideaway designed in a sleek and contemporary style for ultimate luxe living. Treat yourself to the minimalist-inspired water sanctuary that villa Paya Paya is. Located on the outskirts of Seminyak, this villa lays in central Petitenget, an ever-evolving neighbourhood with some of the island's finest restaurants. The villa also enjoys easy access to boutique shops and beach clubs, where vibes suggest a cross between travelers casual and sophisticated.
The walkway that leads from the living space to the master bedroom is fringed with elegant tall grasses and small water outlets that make this hidden bedroom at the end seem all the more intimate and inviting. Open up all of the full length glass sliding doors to get direct access to the swimming pool for an utterly tropical holiday experience. The second bedroom also has a modern style, The view over the pool, garden and the villa's temple are just wonderful to wake up to after a good sleep on the four poster king-size bed. Behind the bed there is a spacious wardrobe area, equipped with a safe, kimono's and slippers. The partly open-air en-suite bathroom is boasts a terrazzo bathtub that comfortably fits 2 for ultimate relaxation.
Villa Paya Paya features another 2 bedrooms, located on the first floor of the living pavilion. The rooms are identically in their design except for that one room is fitted with a king-size double and the other with twin-beds, soothing all kinds of travel parties. The rooms are air-conditioned, spacious and equipped with comfy reading chairs as well as satellite TV. In the wooden wardrobe closets you will find kimono's, slippers and hair-dryers and the private en-suite bathrooms come with relaxing rain-showers, toilets and washbasins complimented by bathroom guest amenities.

From the side, a wooden door and a stone pathway down leads into the garden of villa Paya Paya, passing a sunny lounge-deck for those wanting to sunbathe or enjoy drinks together to the view of the Balinese sky turning pink as the sun drops. The garden features a huge wrap-around swimming pool with crystal clear water to relax in with a tropical cocktail in hand. The pool-deck is furnished with rattan sun-loungers to read, relax and tan.
Lotus ponds, koi fish and a wrap around swimming pool surround this villa's open-plan living space, creating a truly serene and peaceful ambiance. The interior design breathes class and sophistication with a deluxe sofa lounge on one side, complete with a huge wall-mounted cable TV, topped off with a surround sound system for state-of-the-art in-villa entertainment. For dining indoors there is a teak dining table with 6 rattan chairs in the center of the pavilion and the fully equipped open-plan kitchen on the other side makes your holiday home complete.
The villa is fully staffed with 2 butlers who also take care of the household and in the night there is a security guard keeping your safe. You will be welcomed warmly upon arrival and looked after with care while holidaying on the island of the Gods.
Villa Paya Paya enjoys a top location, in between the high-end Oberoi district of Seminyak and upcoming Petitenget. Famous restaurants in the neighbourhood include Sarong, Sardine, Métis and on the renowned 'eat street' your will find an abundance of high-end dining venues. The villa is also in walking distance of the beach with iconic beach clubs such as Potato Head and KU DE TA. The shopaholics among us can eat their heart out in central Seminyak, famous for all of its designers boutiques. Don't miss out on pampering yourself with a massage, manicure or pedicure at one of the many Spas. The international airport of Bali is less than a 30 minute drive away.
9/10Best villa I have stayed at. Max and the team could not do enough for us. They all went out of their way. I recommend anyone to book this villa. 10/10. We ended up staying at the villa the whole day as it’s all we needed. Rooms were beautiful, as was the villa which is huge. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 of us stay and we which we were there longer as 7 nights was not enough.

8.8/10Everything about Villa Paya Paya was amazing - the pool, rooms and general space itself - an absolute knockout of a place to stay.. absolutely loved the wrap around pool. Location was amazing and very central. We had one issue during our stay - the villa did not lock properly (even with "two key twists"). Definitely would recommend a better door/ lock for this villa.

The pool is beautifull, the rooms are spacious. you might need some transport though if you have kids as the villa is about 15 minutes walking distance from the main street. 20 to 25 minutes to Kudeta, 15 minutes from Potatoe Head. You can easily find taxis but you can also rent a car or motorcycle ( a renting place at 50m from the villa). Staff is good and friendly and not invasive.
9.6/10We had a wonderful time staying in the villa. Near to it, there's a 24-hour store which is convenient when we have craving for a late night snack. Bedrooms are large. The pool & jacuzzi are great. The daily breakfasts are delicious. Recommended.
9.2/10Really loved our stay at Villa Paya Paya and have recommended it to friends heading to Bali later in the year. The staff were fantastic, the villa and pool was large and spacious and there was a lot of air flow trough the place. A ceiling or pedestal fan in the living area would have been great for those times when there was no breeze though. The location was great, a short walk or taxi to wherever we wanted to go. We will be back again next year.
10/10Mita, Ari & Ketut, & all the staff made my stay more pleasurable. We had a lovely time. The villa served our purpose to perfection & we are all sad to go. Thank you to the staff, they were all excellent.
