Le Kawan Villa is een prachtig ontworpen vakantieverblijf met vier slaapkamers, omgeven door rijstvelden en tropisch groen in het rustigere noordelijke deel van Ubud. De villa ligt op een uitgestrekt terrein en combineert de sfeer van een privélandgoed met het comfort en gemak van een goed beheerd vakantiehuis.
De sfeer hier is heerlijk rustig. Met de aangelegde tuinen, de open leefruimtes en het lange zwembad met uitzicht op de natuur voelt Le Kawan Villa ver weg van de drukte, terwijl de culturele bezienswaardigheden van Ubud toch binnen handbereik blijven.
De villa beschikt over vier slaapkamers met airconditioning, elk voorzien van een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en een eigen badkamer. Dankzij de indeling geniet elke gast hetzelfde comfort, wat de villa bijzonder praktisch maakt voor groepen waarin niemand de „kleinere kamer” wil.
Dankzij de grote ramen en het uitzicht op de tuin voelen alle slaapkamers licht aan en zijn ze verbonden met het omringende landschap. De zachte stoffering en de eenvoudige inrichting zorgen voor ruimtes die rust uitstralen na een dag vol ontdekkingen in Ubud. Voor gezinnen die met jonge kinderen reizen, kan de villa ook worden voorzien van een babybedje en een kinderstoel, wat een langer verblijf nog aangenamer maakt.

De buitenruimtes vormen een van de belangrijkste hoogtepunten van Le Kawan Villa. Een indrukwekkend zwembad van 18 meter strekt zich uit door de tuinen en vormt zo een natuurlijke ontmoetingsplaats voor luie middagen en verfrissende ochtendduiken.
Rondom het zwembad vindt u uitgestrekte aangelegde tuinen, ligstoelen en open grasvelden, omgeven door tropisch groen. Het terrein straalt een heerlijk gevoel van privacy uit, waardoor gasten ongestoord kunnen genieten van de Balinese levensstijl in de buitenlucht. Een tweede, kleiner zwembad en verschillende terrassen bieden nog meer ruimte om te ontspannen, te lezen of gewoon te genieten van het rustige uitzicht op het platteland.
Binnen combineert de villa een traditioneel karakter met alledaags comfort. De ruime woon- en eetruimtes lopen op natuurlijke wijze in elkaar over en creëren zo een uitnodigende omgeving voor gezamenlijke maaltijden, gesprekken en ontspannen avonden.
De volledig uitgeruste keuken maakt het gemakkelijk om op een ongedwongen manier te koken, of het nu gaat om het bereiden van een eenvoudig ontbijt of het delen van hapjes gedurende de dag. Grote raampartijen verbinden het interieur met de tuinen, waardoor er veel natuurlijk licht en frisse lucht door de ruimte kan stromen. Comfortabele zithoeken bieden ruimte voor iedereen om samen te komen, terwijl de rustige en ontspannen sfeer van de villa behouden blijft.
Een team van vier toegewijde medewerkers zorgt ervoor dat alles in de villa soepel verloopt, inclusief de dagelijkse schoonmaakdienst die ervoor zorgt dat de villa tijdens uw verblijf netjes en comfortabel blijft. Het ontbijt is inbegrepen, zodat gasten elke ochtend ontspannen kunnen beginnen en minder tijd hoeven te besteden aan het plannen van de dag.
Tijdens uw verblijf staat ons Villa Finder Concierge-team voor u klaar om u te helpen met praktische zaken zoals luchthaventransfers, privéchauffeurs, restaurantreserveringen, dineren in de villa, spabehandelingen en lokale ervaringen in de omgeving van Ubud. Ons doel is om de logistiek zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen, zodat u zich volledig kunt concentreren op het genieten van uw tijd samen.
Villa Le Kawan ligt in het rustige dorpje Keliki en biedt een authentiekere kant van Bali, terwijl het centrum van Ubud toch op rijafstand ligt.
Gasten kunnen gemakkelijk de beroemde rijstterrassen van Tegallalang verkennen, lokale kunstateliers ontdekken of een dag doorbrengen in het Heilige Apenbos. De omgeving staat ook bekend om zijn schilderachtige wandelingen door het platteland en het traditionele dorpsleven.
Als u zin heeft in restaurants, boetiekjes en culturele bezienswaardigheden, zijn het paleis van Ubud en het omliggende stadscentrum met de auto goed bereikbaar, waardoor u kunt genieten van een evenwicht tussen gemak en rust.
10/10This Villa is another breathing picturesque place. The view from the main bedroom in the morning is beautiful. When here at Le Kawan, it is best to do nothing at all when in Ubud. Just enjoy the Villa with light activities. No need to do a special tour, the rice terrace is just walking distance. A great place to just meditate and read! You can hear the birds in the morning. Gecko's are quite loud occassionally. Ordering food via Grab not ideal as it is 45min to 2 hour wait. So, home cooked meals, local restaurant or hire a Chef is best. Staff are so lovely and accomodating. I asked for porridge at breaky which was not on the menu they went above and beyond. Next time, my calender wont be filled with activities. This place is to reset and catch up with family. Since, it was my birthday- they got me a beautiful bunch of flowers! Wasnt expecting that. Blessed again!
10/10It is hard to find the right words to describe this magical place outside of Ubud. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe, the beauty of the property, the space for all seven of us to have privacy and quiet time, the infinity pool, the meditation terrace...I could go on and on. I consider myself someone with high standards and expectations (not always the best combination, I know), but this villa truly exceeded them all. And it wasn’t just me, my entire family loved it and none of us wanted to leave. If we return to Ubud, we will absolutely stay with Bayu again! Ubud is about 20 minutes away when traffic is reasonable, which worked perfectly for us! If you’re thinking about booking this villa, don’t hesitate!
10/10Amazing place nestled in the middle of rice fields, within walking distance to the small authentic village of Keliki. Make sure you visit the local painters and the painting school. You can walk around the rice fields, and enjoy views of the Moi t Bath in the distance. Amazing pool, serene atmosphere, manicured gardens, beautiful architecture incorporating a traditional joglo house. The house features a numerous beautiful art pieces. The bungalow is also a little gem perfectly incorporated on the main house grounds. The staff is discreet, yet helpful. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, allowing to explore the authentic countryside while offering fairly easy reach to Ubud, if needed. The villa manager provided us with good scooters, in very good condition. Very highly recommended. Thank you again to the villa manager and the staff for an amazing stay!
10/10We felt immediately at home. The house and its environment is even better than what can be seen on the pictures. It is absolutely a paradise on earth away from the busy Ubud. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Bayu is absolutely a great host. Always available and ready to help. We absolutely recommend this vacation home.
10/10One thing I appreciate the most from this villa is its privateness: no cctv in guest area, the staffs don’t go back and forth so often (they only come when summoned). If you’re into privacy, this villa is the one.
10/10Beautiful villa in peaceful countryside. The villa manager was very responsive & accommodated all our requests. He helped arrange cakes, flowers and the most delicious dinners. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a blast celebrating our birthdays! Highly recommended!
10/10We loved our stay, we were a group of 4 adults and 5 children and it was perfect. You are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and natural jungle, the view is breath taking. One thing to note - the location is north of Ubud and the traffic getting in and out of Ubud can me quite bad, so if you are hoping to go in and out of Ubud often this location may be too far. Our group enjoyed being away from it and had read the reviews, however in December, it definitely took closer to 45-60 minutes due to traffic. The staff were responsive and served us breakfast every morning. We had a chef come in for Christmas dinner and it was delicious! There is a coffee shop near by with excellent coffee and an extensive menu for food. We highly recommend this place! Thank you!!
10/10We had an amazing stay at the house (family with three young kids). The location is very quiet and the views are amazing it actually feels like a small paradise. Bayu and its staff were very helpful and even arranged a pool fence for us. I would definitely recommend to visit this beautiful place if you want to stay near Ubud but not be in the busy centre.
