Le Kawan Villa is een privévilla met vier slaapkamers in Ubud, ontworpen voor een ontspannen verblijf te midden van het groen en het rustige dorpsleven. De omgeving voelt kalm en geaard, met open ruimtes die uitnodigen tot rustige ochtenden en ongehaaste middagen. De sfeer is intiem maar ruim, met een balans tussen privacy en gedeelde ruimtes die mensen op natuurlijke wijze samenbrengen. Het is het soort plek waar de dagen gemakkelijk overgaan in loungen bij het zwembad en lange maaltijden met familie of vrienden.
Elk van de vier slaapkamers in Le Kawan Villa is ontworpen met comfort en privacy in het achterhoofd, waardoor het zeer geschikt is voor gezinnen of groepen die samen reizen. De kamers zijn even groot, zodat niemand het gevoel heeft aan het kortste eind te trekken. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer, zodat gasten ongestoord hun eigen gang kunnen gaan. De indeling maakt het ook gemakkelijk voor koppels of vrienden om de villa te delen en toch hun eigen rustige plek te hebben aan het eind van de dag.

De buitenruimte van Villa Le Kawan is gecentreerd rond een privézwembad, omringd door groen dat het gevoel van afzondering versterkt. Het is een ontspannen omgeving die overdag op natuurlijke wijze het hart van de villa vormt. Een eenvoudige lounge bij het zwembad nodigt gasten uit om te ontspannen, of het nu gaat om een rustig kopje koffie 's ochtends of een middagje genieten van de tropische warmte. Het algehele ontwerp houdt de dingen open en gemakkelijk, zonder het gevoel te geven dat ze blootgesteld zijn.
Binnen volgt de villa een open woonconcept dat de zitkamer, eetkamer en keuken met elkaar verbindt tot één samenhangende ruimte. Deze lay-out werkt vooral goed voor groepen, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om tijd met elkaar door te brengen zonder een druk gevoel. Het interieur is licht en functioneel gehouden, met comfortabele stoelen en een eethoek die geschikt is voor gezamenlijke maaltijden. De keuken is praktisch voor dagelijks gebruik, zowel voor een informeel ontbijt als voor eenvoudige diners die samen worden bereid.
Le Kawan Villa beschikt over toegewijd personeel dat dagelijks het huishouden doet, zodat de ruimte schoon en comfortabel blijft tijdens je verblijf. Le Kawan Villa ligt binnen handbereik van het culturele centrum van Ubud, waar gasten lokale markten, cafés en kunstruimtes kunnen verkennen. Het gebied biedt een mix van een rustige omgeving en toegang tot bekende plekken. Hoogtepunten in de buurt zijn de Tegallalang Rijstterrassen voor schilderachtige wandelingen en het Heilig Apenbos voor een meer levendige ervaring. Het is een locatie waar gasten een balans kunnen vinden tussen verkenning en ontspanning.
10/10It is hard to find the right words to describe this magical place outside of Ubud. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe, the beauty of the property, the space for all seven of us to have privacy and quiet time, the infinity pool, the meditation terrace...I could go on and on. I consider myself someone with high standards and expectations (not always the best combination, I know), but this villa truly exceeded them all. And it wasn’t just me, my entire family loved it and none of us wanted to leave. If we return to Ubud, we will absolutely stay with Bayu again! Ubud is about 20 minutes away when traffic is reasonable, which worked perfectly for us! If you’re thinking about booking this villa, don’t hesitate!
10/10Amazing place nestled in the middle of rice fields, within walking distance to the small authentic village of Keliki. Make sure you visit the local painters and the painting school. You can walk around the rice fields, and enjoy views of the Moi t Bath in the distance. Amazing pool, serene atmosphere, manicured gardens, beautiful architecture incorporating a traditional joglo house. The house features a numerous beautiful art pieces. The bungalow is also a little gem perfectly incorporated on the main house grounds. The staff is discreet, yet helpful. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud, allowing to explore the authentic countryside while offering fairly easy reach to Ubud, if needed. The villa manager provided us with good scooters, in very good condition. Very highly recommended. Thank you again to the villa manager and the staff for an amazing stay!
10/10We felt immediately at home. The house and its environment is even better than what can be seen on the pictures. It is absolutely a paradise on earth away from the busy Ubud. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Bayu is absolutely a great host. Always available and ready to help. We absolutely recommend this vacation home.
10/10One thing I appreciate the most from this villa is its privateness: no cctv in guest area, the staffs don’t go back and forth so often (they only come when summoned). If you’re into privacy, this villa is the one.
10/10Beautiful villa in peaceful countryside. The villa manager was very responsive & accommodated all our requests. He helped arrange cakes, flowers and the most delicious dinners. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a blast celebrating our birthdays! Highly recommended!
10/10We loved our stay, we were a group of 4 adults and 5 children and it was perfect. You are surrounded by beautiful landscaping and natural jungle, the view is breath taking. One thing to note - the location is north of Ubud and the traffic getting in and out of Ubud can me quite bad, so if you are hoping to go in and out of Ubud often this location may be too far. Our group enjoyed being away from it and had read the reviews, however in December, it definitely took closer to 45-60 minutes due to traffic. The staff were responsive and served us breakfast every morning. We had a chef come in for Christmas dinner and it was delicious! There is a coffee shop near by with excellent coffee and an extensive menu for food. We highly recommend this place! Thank you!!
10/10We had an amazing stay at the house (family with three young kids). The location is very quiet and the views are amazing it actually feels like a small paradise. Bayu and its staff were very helpful and even arranged a pool fence for us. I would definitely recommend to visit this beautiful place if you want to stay near Ubud but not be in the busy centre.
