Villa was better than shown in the pictures, an oasis from the busy town which has so much to offer. Services should be 10 because of Kantum and Wayam who are brilliant people who come with the villa and looked after us so well. We made use of the chef who came to the villa and was very good with great selection of menus. More than one visit from the massage team. all in all a great experience

We loved everything about Villa Koyama. It was a luxurious oasis in the heart of Seminyak. The house staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The whole experience was fantastic and we would recommend it to anyone - especially groups of extended family or friends.

Villa Koyama exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious villa, impeccable service and location made it an unforgettable experience. The staff at the villa truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. From the warm welcome upon arrival to their assistance with shopping and laundry, their level of service was exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was arranging a private chef through the villa's hosts. We were treated to an Indonesian dinner prepared in the villa's kitchen, using fresh local ingredients. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Koyama to anyone seeking a value for money, tranquil getaway in Seminyak - THANK YOU!

What a beautiful villa. Great spot, gorgeous garden and pool. Kantun and Wayan were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. All the rooms are lovely and everything is great for our family holiday. We organised laundry, breakfast, drivers and babysitting and everything has been perfect. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Koyama. Our manager was helpful , however did not offer suggestions for meals or menus at the Villa. They did keep the Villa clean and tidy. There needs to be a big comfy lounge near the kitchen ( the 4 chairs there were very uncomfortable) as the main room that closes off does not get cool enough. The pool was nice, but bit small. Our Master Suite was beautiful .the chandelier was a magic touch. The gardens and set up were quite good. The main comment is that the extremely long lane down to the Villa meant that we had to cab everywhere and unless our concierge called the cab, when we called. the cabs couldn’t find us. All in all, we enjoyed our stay as a family of 7. Perfect amount of rooms . My criticisms are meant to be constructive , And it was a nice Villa.

The villa is wonderful! It was a little hard to find from the main street at first but once you get it, its a great location, quiet and secluded but near the nice restaurants, spas, beach clubs, mini mart, etc. The staff are helpful and kind. The space is private and clean, each guest room with an en-suite bathroom. The open kitchen and living room space was lovely and nicely air conditioned. Highly recommend!

I would definitely highly recommend the villa. It was very comfortable, quiet , clean and beautiful. My friends and I went for a swim at the pool every night (and day as well) plus the rooms were clean. Only one observation , the lighting in the walk-in closet and bathrooms were quite muted. It could use a little more lighting.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful. Our family of 10 enjoyed the stay and found it spacious and very clean. The pool could do with some maintenance but the gardens were lovely. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The walk to the main street only takes about 5mins.

Initially weren't thrilled with the long laneway to get to villa but after a few days got used to it and it wasn't so bad. Lovely Villa, lovely staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms were all good, comfortable beds/pillows. Would stay again

Un cadre enchanteur, des gens très gentils et serviables à votre disposition, que demander de plus! Nous avons fait souvent appel aux services des cuisiniers à domicile pour les spécialités locales ainsi que des dîners "sur mesure" réalisés sur place et servis à profusion et toujours avec cette extrême gentillesse qui caractérise les Balinais. A retenir : pour les massages "chez Stéphanie" les restaurants (ils sont à profusion) et très proches de la villa, nous avons particulièrement retenu "Gardin" ainsi que "chez Tony" pour l'accueil, la musique et les danses locales.

The villa was beautiful, so peaceful, away from the hustle of the main streets. It is a little sanctuary away from it all. the rooms are lovely, all with air-con. The villa staff were just amazing. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them. The pool areas was really relaxing.

Our family had a lovely stay at Villa Koyama. The staff was wonderful and paid attention to detail and housekeeping. We also found a lot of great restaurants to eat at that were close by. I would definitely recommend to a large group looking to have a nice place to hang out together, that still allows for privacy with separate bathrooms attached to each bedroom.

The staff were so friendly & helpful. They helped book our trips & taxi back to the airport. All our bedrooms were kept clean & tidy. Villa was within walking distance to some restaurants, shops etc. We only had dinner once in the villa, but it was lovely. The breakfast time was arranged to suit us.recommend & would go back.

Great stay with friends. This villa is very well placed, quiet but close to everything. The 5 rooms are all very nice, very good bedding and each has its own bathroom. Very nice open lounge overlooking the pool. Great breakfast. There were 7 of us staying there + lots of friends that we received, so a special thanks to all the staff who were more than lovely and attentive. Accustomed to renting on Bali, I highly recommend Villa Koyama. Everything was perfect :) :) Another big thank you.

Perfectly designed and perfectly located in Seminiak walking distance from the beach, Potato, KDT, shops, etc.. but in a quiet deadend. Perfect for 2 families (we had 6 kids), TV room, big foyer, beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Manucured garden with a small but pleasant pool. The breakfast is basic but ask the staff to get what you want for the day after. Staff is really sweet and discrete but helpful when you need (driver, massage, etc..). They leave early which is a problem if you want to have dinner at the villa. Dom, the French owner is very helpful. We had a great time.

We travelled with a group of 10 and stayed 3 nights. this was our first time staying at Villa Koyama. From the moment we walked through the front gates we were extremely impressed. We were welcomed with beautiful smiles and a welcome drink by the staff. The layout of the villa was perfect for a large group of people with the central house containing the main living area. The breakfast was prepared each morning woth a selection of fresh fruit and juice. The only minor downfall was that it is a little bit off the main road making it difficult for others to find. However it was only a short walk to resraurants, potato head and other tourist destinations. We will definitely return to this villa in the future.

What we loved more than anything was the smiling faces and wonderful service of the staff at the villa. Kantung and Kadek were the greatest cooks, we stuck to Indonesian fare and I can't recommend that enough. We felt like they had put everything into the meals. They were the loveliest people, nothing was too hard or not possible. The villa itself was sensational, very traditional and huuuge with lush manicured gardens. Yes it's down a dodgy laneway but once you open the doors you are in paradise.. and it's only a 5 minute walk to the main street, top restaurants and 10 mins the other way, the beach.

Fabulous villa in great location close to Potato Head etc. The only real concern was the mossies were pretty bad (apparently they are at their worst this time of the year after rainy season). Only one room had a net around the bed and it was needed. Although villa lit coils it didn't seem to make much difference. Also the standard brekie cooked is just continental, so after day 1 we gave them some cash and they cooked extras like omelettes, pancakes and fruit - all very yummy. Staff were lovely.
