De Kumpi Villas is een landgoed van luxe villa's idyllisch gelegen in een rustige laan van centraal Seminyak. Het landgoed biedt twee-slaapkamer en drie-slaapkamer villa's die samen grote vijf-slaapkamer villa's vormen wanneer de tussendeuren in de tuin worden geopend, perfect voor allerlei soorten reisgezelschappen. Alle villa's hebben prachtige open Balinese woonpaviljoens, tropisch groene tuinen met een sprankelend privé zwembad en royale slaapkamers. Grote reisgezelschappen zullen blij zijn met de toegang tot niet één, maar twee zwembaden.
De villa's met drie slaapkamers hebben een luxe master suite ontworpen met glazen deuren die kunnen worden opengeklapt naar de tuin, waardoor u direct toegang heeft tot het zwembad. Perfect voor een late duik of een vroege ochtendduik voordat de koffie wordt geserveerd. De kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning, grote kingsize bedden, TV's met DVD-spelers, relaxstoelen en ruime garderobe kasten uitgerust met kluisjes. De en-suite badkamers hebben grote badkuipen om in te weken en een tropische regendouche omgeven door groen en rivierstenen.
De gastenslaapkamers bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping, aangrenzend aan een balkon waar u in alle rust een boek kunt lezen. De kamers zijn voorzien van kingsize bedden, TV's met DVD-spelers en grote garderobe kasten waar u kluisjes en mini-bars voor de late avond dorst. De compacte en-suites zijn uitgerust met badkuipen.

De rustige tropische tuinen zijn omgeven door weelderig groen, tropische bomen en rustige vijvers met fonteinen. De zwembaden zijn betegeld met natuursteen en de kinderen kunnen veilig spelen in het ondiepe gedeelte van de zwembaden terwijl u werkt aan dat tropische kleurtje op een van de ligstoelen aan de rand van het zwembad. De zitzakken zijn comfortabele plekken om samen van een drankje te genieten, misschien in afwachting van het vers gegrilde eten van de tuin BBQ.
De open woonpaviljoens zijn traditioneel ontworpen met hoge Balinese daken, uitkijkend over de tuin, waardoor u een echt gevoel krijgt van het tropische leven op het eiland van de duizend tempels. De paviljoens zijn ingericht met teakhouten eettafels en comfortabele zithoeken om overdag te relaxen en 's avonds films te kijken op de aan de muur gemonteerde flatscreen TV's met lekkere koude drankjes en wat snacks. De open state-of-the-art keukens zijn van de woonruimte gescheiden door een ontbijtbar.

De Kumpi villa's hebben een team van vijftien toegewijde medewerkers die voor u zorgen tijdens uw verblijf met butler service, dagelijkse huishouding en 24-uurs beveiliging. Een zwembadhek, babybedje en kinderstoel zijn allemaal beschikbaar voor gezinnen die met kleine kinderen reizen.
De Kumpi Villas hebben een perfecte locatie voor zowel afgezonderde ontspanning als het te voet verkennen van de lokale attracties. Gelegen in een woonwijk, op een steenworp afstand van Seminyak's veelgeprezen "Eat Street" en op loopafstand van het populaire Double Six Beach, ervaart u werkelijk het beste van Zuid Bali. Seminyak is beroemd om zijn luxe winkels, uitstekende restaurants en kleurrijke stranden met charmante beach-bars zoals La Plancha en hippe beach clubs zoals Ku De TA waar u de adembenemende zonsondergang van Bali kunt zien terwijl u nipt van een heerlijke cocktail.
8.6/10We had a wonderful stay in two villas with adjoining door. The manager Tini and staff were very helpful, on hand with ferrying us to the beach when needed. Although it was within walking distance too. Next to Potato Head is Hotel Alila that allows you to use their pool and provide towels, for those that like the beach. Also my granddaughter was five while we were there and they decorated our villa when we got back from our trip to the zoo. Very close to Eat Street for a great choice of restaurants and shops.
9.6/10The Kumpi Villas was just wonderful! We love accommodation that is bright, clean (and a little modern), whilst still having some traditional Bali vibes – and The Kumpi Villas ticked all of the boxes! The location was great – closer to everything (but also far enough away so it was very quiet!) And the villas were well positioned so you got plenty of sun by the pool, and there was plenty of shade for those who needed it too. There was nothing better than waking up in the morning and wandering down the stairs to find the lovely team making your breakfast! Importantly, the team at Kumpi Villas were delightful and nothing was ever too hard! They organised dinner reservations + our transfers to restaurant, beers by the pool, in-villa massages… the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a magical stay! Huge thank you to the incredible team at The Kumpi Villas – we had such a wonderful stay! We would HIGHLY recommend The Kumpi Villas to couples and to families looking for a beautiful villa in Seminyak.
9.6/10The villa was very spacious and had ideal facilities. The bathroom looked a little tired. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would definitely recommend it. Seminyak high street and the beach are in walking distance.
9.2/10The location of The Kumpi Villas cannot be beaten. Located within walking distance to the beach, eat street and Ku De Ta. The staff at the villas were wonderful, proving a great cooked breakfast each morning and a free shuttle to get around Seminyak if we needed it. The villa itself was clean and tidy and perfect for families. I would definitely recommend The Kumpi Villas.
10/10The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and shops in Seminyak. Facilities were great, we had two adjoining villas connected by a courtyard. The staff were wonderful, special shout out to Heppy and Arief for their hospitality and accommodating our requests for taxis and helping answer all our questions. Would definitely return!

10/10We stayed for 5 nights at Kumpi Villas in June. We were met at the airport and driven to the villas probably about a 1/2 hour trip traffic depending. The villas are a small group of 4 in a great location, easy stroll to Eat Street, Seminyak Square and the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, downstairs was the pool, garden, kitchen/dining and TV area which was huge and comfortable. Upstairs large bedrooms both with ensuites and air conditioning. Breakfast was cooked daily which was okay, however there are some great places to go for breakfast around Seminyak Square and beach restaurants so I would advise to go out some of the time too. Rooms are cleaned with towels etc replaced daily. The staff are really friendly and happy to assist with anything you need booking tours/restaurants etc. I would definitely book The Kumpi Villas again and would especially like to thank Heppy for all her help.
10/10We spent 8 days at Kumpi Villas! We were a group of nine and we stayed in the 5 bedroom villa (2bedroom and 3 bedroom with connecting doors) and we had a blast. The staff were 100%.Erik is amazing! Security 24/7, who stood up and came to greet us of a night every night. We felt very safe and welcome! Food, amenities, and cleanliness was perfect. 10/10Spent 8 days over Christmas & can't say much more than awesome! The Villa's were absolutely beautiful & the staff were exceptional, You could not find a nicer bunch of people. If there was any issue or request it was fixed or organised ASAP.
