De Nyaman Villas liggen verscholen in een prive villa complex, gevonden in een rustige laan van centraal Seminyak, Bali's meest modieuze toeristische bestemming. Het complex beschikt over ruime villa's met 2 en 4 slaapkamers die apart of samen kunnen worden verhuurd als een vakantieparadijs met 6 of 8 slaapkamers door de tussendeuren in de tropische tuinen open te schuiven. Deze geraffineerde villa's werden ontworpen door de gerenommeerde architect Stephan Remini, met een perfecte mix van hedendaagse en traditionele elementen. Bovendien biedt de benijdenswaardige locatie u de luxe dat u op loopafstand bent van alles wat het levendige Seminyak te bieden heeft, waaronder het strand met de happening Ku De Ta Beach Club en de befaamde 'eetstraat' in Oberoi.
De luxe slaapkamers bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping van de villa's met vier slaapkamers, aangrenzend aan ruime terrassen waar u kunt zonnebaden of in alle rust een boek kunt lezen. Deze prachtige kamers hebben traditionele alang-alang daken en hardhouten vloeren, die een rustieke, verfijnde uitstraling geven. De kamers zijn ingericht met leesstoelen en kingsize bedden, verrijkt met design lampen en traditionele kunstwerken. Achter de bedden zijn er ruime garderobe kasten met een kaptafel en de en-suites zijn open-air met weelderig groen dat rondom groeit, voor een echte tropische badsessie in de enorme terrazzo badkuipen.
De andere slaapkamers flankeren de zijkanten van de woonkamers. Deze kamers met airconditioning zijn ontworpen met glazen deuren die openvouwen naar de tuin en ze zijn uitgerust met een kingsize bed dat kan worden omgevormd tot twee aparte bedden voor maximale flexibiliteit en tv's met dvd-spelers voor entertainment. De kamers zijn voorzien van kleedkamers en privé, deels openlucht en-suites met vrijstaande badkuipen en buitendouches.

Grote teakhouten poorten leiden naar de privé, volledig op zichzelf staande luxe villa's waar u wordt verwelkomd in de weelderige tropische tuinen met geurende frangipanibomen die naast de grote sprankelende zwembaden zijn geplant, met schaduwrijke ondiepe gebieden waar de kinderen veilig in het water kunnen spetteren terwijl u ontspant en bruin wordt op de ligbedden bij het zwembad. Aan het eind van het zwembad is een eiland waar u kunt loungen op een dagbed, een boek kunt lezen of misschien kunt genieten van een traditionele Balinese massage. Afhankelijk van hoe groot uw reisgezelschap is, heeft u toegang tot 2 of zelfs 3 privé zwembaden, voor de ultieme luxe ervaring tijdens uw vakantie op het eiland van de Goden.
Het mooie van het huren van twee of zelfs drie op zichzelf staande villa's, is dat u zowel veel gemeenschappelijke hubs als veel privacy heeft. De heerlijk luchtige open leefruimten zijn voorzien van gepolijste terrazzovloeren, hoog oprijzende daken en stijlvolle interieurontwerpen die worden beheerst door teakhouten meubilair, traditionele kunstwerken en met de hand uitgezochte schilderijen. Er zijn comfortabele loungehoeken om te luisteren naar uw favoriete muziek die wordt afgespeeld via de iPod docks of om films te kijken op de flatscreen kabeltelevisies met DVD-spelers. Dineren in de villa is mogelijk aan de mooie donkerhouten eettafels, voor avonden met goede gesprekken, gekoelde witte wijn en heerlijk eten gedeeld met uw geliefden. Elke villa beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste state-of-the-art keuken en een bar met krukken om op elk moment van de dag samen van een drankje te genieten.
Het vriendelijke personeel van de Nyaman Villas is hoog opgeleid om haar gasten 5 sterren diensten aan te bieden . Er zijn persoonlijke butlers, dienstmeisjes, bewakers en receptiemedewerkers. Baby-vriendelijke faciliteiten zijn beschikbaar op aanvraag.
De locatie is onovertroffen, midden in het hart van Seminyak, op loopafstand van het strand, strandclubs, restaurants, boetiekjes en café's, terwijl u zich binnen in het villacomplex ver verwijderd voelt van al het lawaai en alle drukte die buiten op u wacht, en u het beste van twee werelden biedt.
10/10The pool was absolutely incredible! The entire villa was huge with lots of room and high ceilings feeling very grand. Katut and his team were always willing to help and even brought a birthday cake for a birthday. They went over and above! We couldn’t recommend Nyaman Villas enough.
10/10Everything way amazing! Location was great, easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Staff were incredible, Rudi was incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was great every morning. Villa was stunning!

10/10This was our first time in Bali and my family had a 2 bed villa for 5 nights. We were impressed with the space, pool and how well it was set out. All our needs were taken care off and we were treated really well by all the staff. Their attention to detail is amazing!! The location is perfect, circa 10mins walk from the main street, with great options for food, drink, shopping. The villas are secluded, so very private and generally maintained well. The breakfast options can be catered to your diet needs (ours was strict vegetarian/no eggs). Yogi/Kutar and his team took notes on what we could change for next breakfast and sourced lots of delicious fruit, eggless bread, coconut water etc. Try their fresh pancakes - you’ll fall in love with them!!! Housekeeping made sure mosquito coils were placed in outside areas each day. Staff arrive within a 1-2mins if anything is required. We would highly recommend Nayaman Villas and will certainly be returning!
10/10What a lovely stay we had. Katut and all the staff made sure we were well taken care of. I particularly liked the fact that we could walk to a strip of restaurants and stores from the Villa and if we wanted to go to Canggu for the beach clubs and restaurants we could just hop on a bike or get a cab requested for us. The Villa made our stay in Seminyek so memorable. Beautiful place! Beautiful people! ❤️

The most amazing experience was being treated with exceptional care from the staff . They went above and beyond in taking care of our every need . Will definitely use the facilities again.
10/10Great Villa. Ketut and the rest of the staff were amazing. We were looked after so well. The location is fantastic for shopping and dining and the villa was great for two families. Very clean and great food etc. We can't thank you enough for making our Bali holiday so special!!
10/10Perfect location to great food, shopping etc. we were a group of 12 so had 2 villas that connected well and didn’t feel seperate. 2 cleans a day. Any day trips were able to sort a van and get us there.
10/10This is absolutely exceptional accommodation, don't hesitate to book it. After opening the door to the garden with the pool, you will have the feeling that you have found yourself in a Zen paradise. We had a great time here with our family with three small children. The accommodation is located 3 minutes walk from the busy street of Seminyak and on the other side you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes. Despite the fact that you are close to the sea and the entertainment center, there is a divine code! Cleaning and customer service are also excellent, you will not miss anything

10/10From start to finish, this place was fantastic. Excellent location, excellent facilities. We were a family and rented two villas with four bedrooms each. The divider was removed so we could all be together. Breakfast every morning was made for us in the villa. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were all so friendly, including the security guard out the front! The airport transfers were perfect. Cleaned everyday and at night they drew all the drapes and sprayed for insects. Set up special pots to keep insects away as well. You would never have known you were a lane way away from all the action. Highly recommend.
10/10Stayed in Villas 2 &3 for a long boys weekend. The villas were spotlessly clean and the gardens and pools well maintained. The staff were amazing and no request was too much for them. Great location very close to Kudeta but also very secluded and quiet. The only thing that could have made it better was if there had been a TV in the communal areas rather than just in the rooms.
10/10To celebrate my 50th birthday, we were in Nyaman Resort in Seminyak, Bali, in October 2015. Location on such holidays is of prime importance. Nyaman is situated in Seminyak, about 100 meters off the main road, where all the shopping and dining was located. Ku De Ta was a short 5 minutes walk and through it's passage we would be onto the lovely large stretch of not-so-crowded beach, where you can rent beach umbrellas and lounge chairs. Nyaman was 20 minutes from the airport and we had asked the resort to arrange for pickup, as all the friends were flying in from different parts of the world on different airlines...efficiently done! We were 6 couples and had rented 2 adjoining inter-connected Villas of 4 & 2 bedrooms, respectively. We had 2 adjacent swimming pools, two large covered sitting areas with comfortable lounge style sofas, dining pantries, dining tables and chairs. We were served a hot breakfast every morning. For lunch & dinner, we had the option of eating out, ordering home delivery or asking the resort room service. In fact one fun evening, we had the resort staff arrange a bar-b-que, where in all the boys were to cook and the girls would sit back and relax! No sweat! We made our own open bar and stocked up on snacks and finger food from the convenience store, just across the road. We all left Nyaman with fond memories and a great stay. Great ambience and very efficient and helpful staff !
