Een vakantiebestemming in de rustige binnenstad van Canggu, Villa Bougainvillea is een traditionele en luxe 3-slaapkamer belevenis op zich. De rijke en dicht begroeide tuin staat vol met decoratieve bougainville bloemen, zij markering het prachtig ontworpen vakantiehuis, een ideale plek om tot rust te komen na een dag in de drukke stad. Met uitzicht op de Balinese rijstvelden, maar in volledige privacy door de muren om de tuin, is Villa Bougainvillea de perfecte plek voor een tropische vakantie.
Elk van de drie slaapkamers is als een master suite op zich, omdat ze allemaal op aparte locaties rond Villa Bougainvillea liggen. Alle slaapkamers komen uit op een privé woonruimte, die uitkijkt op de tuin of direct toegang biedt tot het buitenleven. De kamers zijn ingericht met kingsize hemelbedden en rotan stoelen met voetenbankjes. De veranda/leefruimte is ingericht met een knus dagbed en een kleinere eettafel voor twee! Ook de en-suite badkamers zijn weelderig, met grote stenen baden en tropische regendouches voor een complete tropische ervaring!

De tuin en het erf van de villa zijn fantastisch en magisch, met groene tuinen en tropisch gebladerte in overvloed. Er groeien volop bougainvillea bomen en struiken rondom het prachtige zwembad, dat de ongetemde rust van het bos behoudt. Het weelderige groen en de opvallende roze en paarse kleuren van de bloemen vullen elkaar prachtig aan. Onder een rieten dakbaal staan een paar ligstoelen op een lichte sokkel, voor een perfecte rustplek na een verkwikkende duik in het zwembad. Er zijn ook meer ligstoelen te vinden rond de zijkant van het zwembad.
Het grote zwembad stroomt rond een verhoogde tuin dichtbegroeid met gebladerte, die ook een paar fonteinen bevat die het zwembad direct voeden.
Een terrasvormige trap bereikt het hoofdwoonpaviljoen vanuit de tuin en het zwembad. De open-plan woonkamer is een traditioneel ontworpen paradijs, met etnisch gestoffeerde sofa's en stoelen rond een Balinese salontafel. Balinese kunstvoorwerpen en kunstwerken sieren de kamer en versterken de luxe ambiance van de gehele ruimte. Het hogealang alang dak draagt bij aan de charme van het woongedeelte, en de plafondventilatoren zorgen ervoor dat de kamer altijd fris en luchtig is. Een grote eettafel staat aan een kant van de woonkamer, met uitzicht op het vele natuurlijke groen dat het pand omringt. Een andere kamer die dienst doet als mediakamer is ondergebracht in een apart paviljoen, dat is ingericht met pluche en comfortabele banken, perfect voor een luie dag, talloze kussens, en een volledig gevulde boekenplank voor de boekenliefhebbers! Een flatscreen TV staat tot uw beschikking met surround sound en een DVD speler, die u kunt gebruiken als u een van de films wilt bekijken die al in de kamer aanwezig zijn. De glazen deuren laten veel natuurlijk licht binnen, maar als u wilt kunt u de jaloezieën dichtdoen voor een complete ervaring! Er is ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken tot uw beschikking, waar u het personeel kunt vragen uw maaltijden te bereiden, of u kunt zelf aan de slag gaan!

Met een team van toegewijde medewerkers, kunt u al uw zorgen achter u laten, want zij zullen voor alles zorgen tijdens uw verblijf in Villa Bougainvillea. Indien gewenst, kunnen zij alles voor de gasten regelen, inclusief vervoer en uitstapjes rond Canggu, en verrukkelijke maaltijden voor u bereiden om van te genieten.
Villa Bougainvillea staat tussen de rijstvelden van Canggu, dit biedt u een kans om meteen het erfgoed en de cultuur van Bali te ontdekken. Echo beach is in de buurt van de villa, daar kunt u heerlijk ontspannen aan de oceaan.
10/106 Adults stayed at Villa Bougenvillea for 8 nights September, 2017. The villa is in a quiet setting which includes a central dining/living area, seperate media room with loft bedroom if required and then 3 seperate mini Villa’s. Each Villa similar inside with air-conditioning, bedroom with Q/S bed, seperate bathroom, hair dryer, double sinks, bathtub outside showers and private sitting area outside bedroom. Queen size beds have mosquito nets and rooms are sprayed every evening. There were a few mosquitos at night but no problem in bedrooms. The wardrobes have plenty of hanging & drawer space with a Safe inside. From the moment we were welcomed by Made (House Manager & Chef and his friendly smiling staff) to the time we sadly left we were extremely happy with all services provided. The menu available if you wished to dine at Villa was very comprehensive and beautifully prepared, cooked & served by Made & staff. So many choices and all delicious that we didn’t go out for dinner preferring to stay in house, relax and enjoy the evening. Breakfast provided in mornings was plate of fruit with toast and jams. If you wanted cooked breakfast or lunch it was an extra charge. All food was very inexpensive with a 20% surcharge for getting said food and cooking it. Made also arranged any further shopping for us like Beer & nibbles plus arranging in-house massages. The Villa is in a complex of 2 which are adjoining and set up to accommodate a larger group. Villa’s not far from Echo Beach by car where you can dine and watch the sunset. We walked from Villa to a beach near Echo which was only 1/2 hour walk with welcome drinks cart at the surfing beach. Tanah Lot is not far away which we visited early morning due to the crowds that gather later in day to watch sunset. It is well worth a visit. The only thing I personally did not like was insufficient lighting in the bathroom for applying make-up etc., noting that I am in my early 70’s. Villa not child friendly due to many steps and open pool. The pool was amazing, kept very clean twice a day and plenty of pool towels always on hand. Highly recommend staying at this villa , it was great, couldn’t fault any service they supplied. Also I would recommend using Villa-Bali.com to book a holiday as their service and attention to detail and requests was very prompt and always had a satisfactory outcome, the staff were amazing.
10/10Villa Bougainvillea is just paradise. The standout of the whole experience is definitely the beautiful staff, they are all so welcoming, helpful, kind & thoughtful. The whole place is spotless, bedrooms are dotted around the property allowing every guest their privacy and you gather in the lounge dining area for meals, the garden is immaculate and it is just bliss to lie by the pool surrounded by all the beautiful flowers, trees etc., The meals were all amazing, we kept talking about eating out however eating in was just so good nothing was too much trouble for Made and his team. I genuinely felt very sad at having to leave this beautiful piece of paradise you can feel it doing your spirit so much good just soaking up this beautiful space. Thank you to all the team I am not sure you realize the difference you make to those who visit you. We will be back.
10/10We traveled with our children and met other family member in Bali. The wonderful team at Villa Bougainvillea were just perfect during our stay. So accommodating with any of our requests and just lovely with all the children. The grounds were kept beautifully the well established gardens are wonderfully landscaped and maintained. The rooms and main lounge area all fitted out in true Bali style and again wonderfully maintained and cleaned! Our meals were all cooked so very well by Made and his team. Cannot fault them at all - we can't wait to stay again! our opulent home away from home!

10/10Thank you for our best Bali experience to date. We loved Bali but we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the Bougainvillea team. Nothing was refused and very effort was made by Made and team to keep us happy and content. Thanks and we will be back for sure.
