Villa Merah ligt in het leuke vissersdorpje Pemuteran. De villa bestaat uit drie slaapkamers en een ruime tuin met verzorgde gazons met exotische planten en bomen. Het weelderige groen gras groeit rondom de villa en maakt het tot een perfecte ontspannen vakantiebestemming om tijd met vrienden en familie door te brengen. Nature's Bounty is in de regio te vinden en u heeft het strand recht voor uw deur. De villa is geschikt voor ontspanning en verjonging, want het heeft alles om hier tot rust te komen en weer te aarden met uzelf.
Er zijn drie slaapkamers in Villa Merah die zijn ontworpen met een traditionele en tropische Balinese inrichting met levendige kleuren en veel natuurlijk zonlicht. De eerste slaapkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed, de volgende met een tweepersoonsbed, en de derde met eenpersoonsbedden. Elke slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer en twee daarvan ondersteunen een gedeeltelijk open-air structuur zodat u een tropische douche kunt ervaren temidden van natuurlijk gebladerte!

Het meest opvallende kenmerk van Villa Merah is de uitgestrekte tuin die zich uitstrekt over een groot deel van het terrein, zodat u een open ruimte heeft om rond te rennen, te genieten van de schaduw van de wuivende bomen, de geurige bloemen te ruiken, en te ontspannen op de vele stoelen en krukjes die op oneven plaatsen staan. Er is ook een privé zwembad in het midden van de tuin, vergezeld van ligstoelen waar u baantjes kunt trekken of gewoon kunt chillen in het water. Geniet van de zon en een koel drankje terwijl u geniet van de warme, tropische zon op uw huid.
Er zijn houten stoelen, met de hand uitgesneden, krukjes in de vorm van dieren die je tussen de bomen kunt vinden, en zelfs ligstoelen met kussens in het midden van de tuin, perfect voor een middagdutje of een siësta. Een 'Bali-bed' comfortabel ingericht met kussens is ook een geweldige plek voor meditatie.
Het goed verlichte woongedeelte heeft stoffige roze muren met daarin ingewikkeld gesneden houten deuropeningen. Er hangt exotische verlichting en het woongedeelte is comfortabel ingericht met stoelen en banken zodat u lekker kunt uitrusten en liggen. Verschillende kamerplanten verfrissen de kamer nog meer en aangezien de banken naar buiten gericht zijn, kunt u eindeloos genieten van het uitzicht op het zwembad en de tuin terwijl u ontspant op de comfortabele sofa's. Op de veranda met kiezels vindt u nog meer zitplaatsen, perfect voor een kopje thee in de ochtend!
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met moderne voorzieningen en diensten voor gasten, en u kunt er gebruik van maken om te koken wat u maar wilt. Er is ook een charmante, kleine eethoek waar u kunt genieten van vers bereide maaltijden met uw dierbaren. Op de tussenverdieping staat een comfortabel bed met klamboe, voor wie er even tussenuit wil en alleen wil zijn!
Het vriendelijke personeel van Villa Merah is behulpzaam en gul voor de wensen van de gasten. Ze bereiden een warm, heerlijk ontbijt voor u en zorgen ook voor het huishouden en onderhoud.
Pemuteran is een rustige locatie en het huis van verschillende nationale parken en een mooi koraalrif. De tempels in de omgeving en de dagelijkse bezigheden van de lokale bevolking en hun cultuur zijn een genot voor het oog. Met het strand dicht bij u, kunt u genieten van een wandeling langs het water en ontspannen aan zee.
10/10We had the opportunity to spend a few days in this wonderful house, one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Indonesia where we traveled extensively. The location of the house is perfect, not too far from the beach- a nice 15 minute walk- and at the same time secluded and peaceful, among lush vegetation. The well tended landscape garden is an oasis of peace and beauty, and the swimming pool a highlight, both by day and by night when it is magically lit. The house itself is very pleasant and comfortable, decorated with excellent taste and with attention paid to every little detail. All the members of the staff were great, the service was excellent and they were all very attentive to all our needs. The village of Pemuteran is a lovely fishing village with a nice sandy and shady beach with very good snorkeling and diving and some nice beach resort restaurants and cafes with tables and sunbeds right on the sand with a very pleasant atmosphere. The only disadvantage of Villa Merah is that it feels so good to be there, that you risk not to see much of the surroundings! Highly recommended!
9.2/10My Family of 7 have just stayed for a wonderful week at Villa Merah. Arriving there is a fantastic experience as the spaciousness and atmosphere of the lovely gardens and the general setting brings a smile to ones face. The kids were very soon off exploring the huge gardens and begging to jump in the pool, while the adults were busy taking in the lovely open layout and wonderful artistic touches of the house itself. There are brilliant original paintings (by the owner, a well known artist) hanging on the walls and authentic artifacts from around Bali arranged tatefully about the property. I particularly loved the main entrance door which is an intricately carved masterpiece! Mornings were spent enjoying the dappled sunlight while feasting on great breakfasts prepared by the staff ( who were always happy to help but not at all intrusive), fun afternoons snorkelling at the beach or playing in the pool and gardens and great evenings cooking fresh fish on the BBQ. I would recommend having a car available as we did so you can pop to the shops, beach or whatever. I would definitely say the pics here don't do the place justice and we hope to have the chance to return sometime soon for some more perfect relaxation time.
10/10This beautifully decorated and luxurious villa in Pemuteran is paradise on earth. The staff are friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. Ketut the house keeper is a wonderful cook and very nice person. The house and gardens are immaculately kept. There has been so much love and attention to detail put in this property, it is a home from home rather than just a holiday let. The pool is great. The walk to the beach and village gives a very interesting slice of Balinese life. The beach is lovely with great snorkelling. There are resorts, restaurants, a bakery, shop and scuba diving companies all within reasonable distance. It is a truly wonderful place run by thoroughly nice people. I cannot recommend this place more and hope to return.
10/10What a nice atmosphere and surroundings! Off from the main road in Pemuteran you find the villa in a beautiful garden with swimmingpool. The villa is nice decorated and had enough space an places to relax. Every morning fresh baked eggs en fruit juice on the veranda makes you feel happy to start the day. The rooms are big, also the bathroom. Our stay felt like a 5 star hotel! We definitely will come back!
10/10Villa Merah is a wonderful place in a paradise-like secluded corner of Pemuteran. What struck us most was the attention to detail that the owners had paid in constructing and decorating the house and garden, giving villa Merah a very personal touch. The warm hospitality and excellent cooking by the caretaker couple of the villa further added to the feeling of comfort and luxury. We would highly recommend villa Merah to anyone looking for an exclusive and tailor-made stay on Bali.
